1. தேவன் எழுந்தருளுவார், அவருடைய சத்துருக்கள் சிதறுண்டு, அவரைப் பகைக்கிறவர்கள் அவருக்கு முன்பாக ஓடிப்போவார்கள்.

1. To the chief musician. A Psalm of David. A Song. God rises up and His enemies are scattered; and those who hate Him flee from His face.

3. But the righteous are glad; they shout for joy before God; yea, they exult with gladness.

4. Sing to God, sing praise to His name; lift up a song for Him who rides in the deserts, by His name Jehovah; yea, exult in His presence.

5. In His holy dwelling God is a father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows.

6. தேவன் தனிமையானவர்களுக்கு வீடுவாசல் ஏற்படுத்தி, கட்டுண்டவர்களை விடுதலையாக்குகிறார்; துரோகிகளோ வறண்ட பூமியில் தங்குவார்கள்.

6. God causes the lonely to live at home; He brings out those who are bound with chains, while the rebellious dwell in a dry land.

7. O God, when You marched before Your people, when You walked on through the wilderness. Selah.

8. The earth shook, and the heavens dropped before God, this Sinai before God, the God of Israel.

9. O God, You sent down a shower of plenty, by which You upheld Your inheritance when it was weary.

10. Your flock lived in it. You, O God, have prepared for the poor in Your goodness.

11. Jehovah gave the Word; the bearers of it were a great army.

12. Kings of armies fled, they ran away; yea, she who stayed home has divided the plunder.

13. நீங்கள் அடுப்பினடியில் கிடந்தவர்களாயிருந்தாலும், வெள்ளியால் அலங்கரிக்கப்பட்ட புறாச்சிறகுகள் போலவும், பசும்பொன் நிறமாகிய அதின் இறகுகளின் சாயலாகவும் இருப்பீர்கள்.

13. When you lie among the sheepfolds, the wings of a dove are covered with silver, and its feathers with gleaming gold.

14. சர்வவல்லவர் அதில் ராஜாக்களைச் சிதறடித்தபோது, அது சல்மோன் மலையின் உறைந்த மழைபோல் வெண்மையாயிற்று.

14. When the Almighty scatters kings in it, it snows on Mount Salmon.

15. The mountain of Bashan is God's mountain; the Bashan range is a mountain of peaks.

16. Why do you gaze in envy, O mountain range, at the mountain God desired for His dwelling? Yea, Jehovah will dwell in it forever.

17. The chariots of God are myriads, thousands of thousands, the Lord is among them, in Sinai, in the holy place.

18. You have gone up on high; You have led captivity captive; You have received gifts among men; yea, to dwell among the rebellious, O Jehovah God.

20. Our God is the God of salvation; and to Jehovah the Lord are the issues of death.

21. Yea, God will crush the head of His enemies, the hairy crown of him who walks on in his guilt.

22. The Lord said, I will bring back from Bashan; I will bring back My people from the depths of the sea;

23. so that your foot may be dashed in the blood of your enemies, the tongue of your dogs in it.

24. தேவனே, உம்முடைய நடைகளைக் கண்டார்கள்; என் தேவனும் என் ராஜாவும் பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்திலே நடந்து வருகிற நடைகளையே கண்டார்கள்.

24. They have seen Your goings, O God, the goings of my God, my King, in the holy place.

25. முன்னாகப் பாடுகிறவர்களும், பின்னாக வீணைகளை வாசிக்கிறவர்களும், சுற்றிலும் தம்புரு வாசிக்கிற கன்னிகைகளும் நடந்தார்கள்.

25. The singers went before, then the musicians came; among them were the virgins playing the timbrels.

26. இஸ்ரவேலின் ஊற்றிலிருந்து தோன்றினவர்களே, சபைகளின் நடுவே ஆண்டவராகிய தேவனை ஸ்தோத்திரியுங்கள்.

26. O bless God in the congregations, the Lord, from the fountain of Israel.

27. There is little Benjamin ruling them; the leaders of Judah in their crowd, and the leaders of Zebulun, the leaders of Naphtali.

28. Your God has commanded your strength; O God, be strong, in this that You have worked out for us.

29. Because of Your temple over Jerusalem, kings shall bring a present to You.

30. நாணலிலுள்ள மிருககூட்டத்தையும், ஜனங்களாகிய கன்றுகளோடுகூட ரிஷப கூட்டத்தையும் அதட்டும்; ஒவ்வொருவனும் வெள்ளிப்பணங்களைக் கொண்டுவந்து பணிந்துகொள்ளுவான்; யுத்தங்களில் பிரியப்படுகிற ஜனங்களைச் சிதறடிப்பார்.

30. Rebuke the wild beasts of the reeds, the herd of bulls, with the calves of the peoples, trampling down with pieces of silver. He scatters the people who delight in war.

31. பிரபுக்கள் எகிப்திலிருந்து வருவார்கள்; எத்தியோப்பியா தேவனை நோக்கி கையெடுக்கத் தீவிரிக்கும்.

31. Let nobles be brought out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall run up her hands to God.

32. பூமியின் ராஜ்யங்களே, தேவனைப் பாடி, ஆண்டவரைக் கீர்த்தனம்பண்ணுங்கள். (சேலா)

32. Sing to God, kingdoms of the earth, praises to the Lord. Selah.

33. ஆதிமுதலாயிருக்கிற வானாதி வானங்களின்மேல் எழுந்தருளியிருக்கிறவரைப் பாடுங்கள்; இதோ, தமது சத்தத்தைப் பலத்த சத்தமாய் முழங்கப்பண்ணுகிறார்.

33. To Him who rides on the heavens of heavens of old; lo, He gives forth His voice, a mighty voice.

34. தேவனுடைய வல்லமையைப் பிரசித்தப்படுத்துங்கள்; அவருடைய மகிமை இஸ்ரவேலின்மேலும், அவருடைய வல்லமை மேகமண்டலங்களிலும் உள்ளது.

34. Give might to God over Israel; His majesty and His strength in the clouds.

35. தேவனே, உமது பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலங்களிலிருந்து பயங்கரமாய் விளங்குகிறீர்; இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவன் தம்முடைய ஜனங்களுக்குப் பெலனையும் சத்துவத்தையும் அருளுகிறவர்; தேவனுக்கு ஸ்தோத்திரமுண்டாவதாக.
