1. இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவினுடைய ஊழியக்காரனும், யாக்கோபினுடைய சகோதரனுமாயிருக்கிற யூதா, பிதாவாகிய தேவனாலே பரிசுத்தமாக்கப்பட்டவர்களும், இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவினாலே காக்கப்பட்டவர்களுமாகிய அழைக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு எழுதுகிறதாவது:

1. Jude, a slave of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to the called, who have been loved in God the Father and have been kept in Jesus Christ:

2. உங்களுக்கு இரக்கமும் சமாதானமும் அன்பும் பெருகக்கடவது.

2. Mercy to you+ and peace and love be multiplied.

3. Beloved, while I was giving all diligence to write to you+ of our common salvation, I was constrained to write to you+ exhorting you+ to contend earnestly for the faith which was once delivered to the saints.

4. For some men have infiltrated you+. They were written about long ago to this condemnation: ungodly men, changing the grace of our God into sexual immorality, and denying our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.

5. Now I desire to put you+ in remembrance, though you+ know all [this], that the Lord once having saved a people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who did not believe.

6. And angels who did not keep their own principality, but left their proper habitation, he has kept in everlasting bonds under darkness to the judgment of the great day.

7. As Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities around them, which committed sexual immorality and homosexuality as do these [men], are set forth as an example, serving a penalty of eternal fire.

8. Yet likewise these [men] also in their dreamings defile the flesh, and set at nothing dominion, and rail at dignities.

9. But Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, did not dare bring against him a railing judgment, but said, The Lord rebuke you.

10. But these [men] rail at whatever things they don't know: and what they understand naturally, like the creatures without reason, in these things they are destroyed.

11. Woe to them! For they went in the way of Cain, and ran riotously in the error of Balaam for wages, and perished in the opposing of Korah.

12. These [men] are the ones who are hidden rocks in your+ love-feasts when they feast with you+ without fear, shepherding themselves; clouds without water, carried along by winds; autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;

14. And to these [men] also Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied, saying, Look, the Lord came with tens of thousands of his holy ones,

15. to execute judgment on all, and to convict every soul of all their works of ungodliness which they have done in an ungodly manner, and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.

16. இவர்கள் முறுமுறுக்கிறவர்களும், முறையிடுகிறவர்களும், தங்கள் இச்சைகளின்படி நடக்கிறவர்களுமாயிருக்கிறார்கள்; இவர்களுடைய வாய் இறுமாப்பானவைகளைப் பேசும்; தற்பொழிவுக்காக முகஸ்துதி செய்வார்கள்.

16. These [men] are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own desires, and their mouth speaks great swelling [words], showing respect of persons for the sake of advantage.

17. நீங்களோ பிரியமானவர்களே, நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவின் அப்போஸ்தலரால் முன் சொல்லப்பட்ட வார்த்தைகளை நினைவுகூருங்கள்.

17. But you+, beloved, remember+ the words which have been spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;

18. கடைசிக்காலத்திலே தங்கள் துன்மார்க்கமான இச்சைகளின்படி நடக்கிற பரியாசக்காரர் தோன்றுவார்கள் என்று உங்களுக்குச் சொன்னார்களே.

18. that they said to you+, In the last time there will be mockers, walking after their own ungodly desires.

19. இவர்கள் பிரிந்துபோகிறவர்களும், ஜென்மசுபாவத்தாரும், ஆவியில்லாதவர்களுமாமே.

19. These [men] are the ones who make separations, sensual, not having the Spirit.

20. நீங்களோ பிரியமானவர்களே, உங்கள் மகா பரிசுத்தமான விசுவாசத்தின்மேல் உங்களை உறுதிப்படுத்திக்கொண்டு, பரிசுத்த ஆவிக்குள் ஜெபம்பண்ணி,

20. But you+, beloved, building up yourselves on your+ most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit,

21. தேவனுடைய அன்பிலே உங்களைக் காத்துக்கொண்டு, நித்தியஜீவனுக்கேதுவாக நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவினுடைய இரக்கத்தைப்பெறக் காத்திருங்கள்.

21. keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life.

22. அல்லாமலும், நீங்கள் பகுத்தறிவுள்ளவர்களாயிருந்து, சிலருக்கு இரக்கம்பாராட்டி, சிலரை அக்கினியிலிருந்து இழுத்துவிட்டு, பயத்தோடே இரட்சித்து,

22. And on some have mercy, who are in doubt;

23. மாம்சத்தால் கறைப்பட்டிருக்கிற வஸ்திரத்தையும் வெறுத்துத் தள்ளுங்கள்.

23. and some save, snatching them out of the fire; and on some have mercy with fear; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

24. வழுவாதபடி உங்களைக் காக்கவும், தமது மகிமையுள்ள சந்நிதானத்திலே மிகுந்த மகிழ்ச்சியோடே உங்களை மாசற்றவர்களாய் நிறுத்தவும் வல்லமையுள்ளவரும்,

24. Now to him who is able to guard you+ from stumbling, and to set you+ before the presence of his glory without blemish in exceeding joy,

25. தாம் ஒருவரே ஞானமுள்ளவருமாகிய நம்முடைய இரட்சகரான தேவனுக்குக் கனமும் மகத்துவமும் வல்லமையும் அதிகாரமும் இப்பொழுதும் எப்பொழுதும் உண்டாவதாக. ஆமென்.

25. to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, [be] glory, majesty, dominion and power, before all the age, and now, and to all the ages. Amen.
