1. கர்த்தர் சீனாய்மலையில் மோசேயை நோக்கி:

1. And the LORDE talked with Moses vpon mount Sinai, and sayde:

2. நீ இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரோடே சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்: நான் உங்களுக்குக் கொடுக்கும் தேசத்திலே நீங்கள் போய்ச் சேர்ந்திருக்கும்போது, தேசம் கர்த்தருக்கென்று ஓய்வு கொண்டாடவேண்டும்.

2. Speake to the children of Israel, and saye vnto them: Whan ye come in to the londe, yt I shal geue you, the londe shal rest vnto the LORDE,

3. ஆறுவருஷம் உன் வயலை விதைத்து, உன் திராட்சத்தோட்டத்தைக் கிளைகழித்து, அதின் பலனைச் சேர்ப்பாயாக.

3. so that thou sowe thy felde sixe yeares, and sixe yeares cut yi vynes, and gather in the frutes.

4. ஏழாம் வருஷத்திலோ, கர்த்தருக்கென்று ஓய்ந்திருக்கும் ஓய்வு தேசத்திற்கு இருக்கவேண்டும்; அதில் உன் வயலை விதைக்காமலும், உன் திராட்சத்தோட்டத்தைக் கிளைகழிக்காமலும்,

4. But in the seuenth yeare the lode shal haue his Sabbath of rest for a Sabbath vnto the LORDE, wherin thou shalt not sowe thy felde ner cut thy vynes.

5. தானாய் விளைந்து பயிரானதை அறுக்காமலும், கிளைகழிக்காதே விட்ட திராட்சச்செடியின் பழங்களைச் சேர்க்காமலும் இருப்பாயாக; தேசத்துக்கு அது ஓய்வு வருஷமாயிருக்கக்கடவது.

5. Loke what groweth of it self after thy haruest, thou shalt not reape it. And the grapes that growe without thy laboure, shalt thou not gather, for so moch as it is the yeare of the londes rest:

6. தேசத்தின் ஓய்விலே பயிராகிறது உங்களுக்கு ஆகாரமாயிருப்பதாக; உன் வேலைக்காரனுக்கும், உன் வேலைக்காரிக்கும், உன் கூலிக்காரனுக்கும், உன்னிடத்தில் தங்குகிற அந்நியனுக்கும்,

6. But the rest of the londe shalt thou kepe for this intent, that thou mayest eate therof, thy seruaunte, thy mayde, thy hyrelinge, thy gest, thy strauger with the,

7. உன் நாட்டு மிருகத்துக்கும், உன் தேசத்தில் இருக்கிற காட்டு மிருகத்துக்கும் அதில் விளைந்திருப்பதெல்லாம் ஆகாரமாயிருப்பதாக.

7. thy catell, and the beestes in thy londe. All the increase shal be meate.

8. அன்றியும், ஏழு ஓய்வு வருஷங்களுள்ள ஏழு ஏழு வருஷங்களை எண்ணுவாயாக; அந்த ஏழு ஓய்வு வருஷங்களும் நாற்பத்தொன்பது வருஷமாகும்.

8. And thou shalt nombre seuen of these yeare Sabbathes, that seuen yeares maye be tolde seuen tymes, and so the tyme of the seuen yeare Sabbathes make nyne and fourtye yeares.

9. அப்பொழுதும் ஏழாம் மாதம் பத்தாந்தேதியில் எக்காளச்சத்தம் தொனிக்கும்படி செய்யவேண்டும்; பாவநிவாரணநாளில் உங்கள் தேசமெங்கும் எக்காளச்சத்தம் தொனிக்கும்படி செய்யவேண்டும்.

9. Then shalt thou let the blast of the horne go thorow all youre londe, vpon the tenth daye of the seuenth moneth, euen in ye daye of attonement.

10. ஐம்பதாம் வருஷத்தைப் பரிசுத்தமாக்கி, தேசமெங்கும் அதின் குடிகளுக்கெல்லாம் விடுதலை கூறக்கடவீர்கள்; அது உங்களுக்கு யூபிலி வருஷம்; அதிலே உங்களில் ஒவ்வொருவனும் தன்தன் காணியாட்சிக்கும் தன் தன் குடும்பத்துக்கும் திரும்பிப் போகக்கடவன்.

10. And ye shal halowe the fiftieth yeare, and shall call it a fre yeare in ye londe, for all them that dwell therin: for it is the yeare of Iubilye. Then shall euery one amonge you come agayne to his possession and to his kynred:

11. அந்த ஐம்பதாம் வருஷம் உங்களுக்கு யூபிலி வருஷமாயிருப்பதாக; அதிலே விதைக்காமலும், தானாய் விளைந்து பயிரானதை அறுக்காமலும், கிளைகழிக்காமல் விடப்பட்ட திராட்சச்செடியின் பழங்களைச் சேர்க்காமலும் இருப்பீர்களாக.

11. for the fiftieth yeare is ye yeare of Iubilye. Ye shal not sowe ner reape it that groweth of it self, ner gather the grapes, that growe without laboure.

12. அது யூபிலி வருஷம்; அது உங்களுக்குப் பரிசுத்தமாயிருக்கவேண்டும்; அந்த வருஷத்தில் வயல்வெளியில் விளைந்தவைகளை நீங்கள் புசிக்கவேண்டும்.

12. For the yeare of Iubilye shall be holy amonge you. But loke what the felde beareth, that shall ye eate.

13. அந்த யூபிலி வருஷத்தில் உங்களில் அவனவன் தன்தன் காணியாட்சிக்குத் திரும்பிப்போகக்கடவன்.

13. This is the yeare of Iubilye, wherin ye shal come againe euery man to his owne.

14. ஆகையால், பிறனுக்கு எதையாவது விற்றாலும், அவனிடத்தில் எதையாவது கொண்டாலும் ஒருவருக்கொருவர் அநியாயம் செய்யக்கூடாது.

14. Now whan thou sellest ought vnto thy neghboure, or byest eny thinge of him, there shal none of you oppresse his brother:

15. யூபிலி வருஷத்துக்குப் பின்வரும் வருஷங்களின் தொகைக்கேற்கப் பிறனிடத்தில் கொள்ளுவாயாக; பலனுள்ள வருஷங்களின் தொகைக்கேற்க அவன் உனக்கு விற்பானாக.

15. but acordinge to the nombre of the yeare of Iubilye shalt thou bye it of him: and acordinge to the nombre of the yeares of increase shall he sell it vnto the.

16. பலனுள்ள வருஷங்களின் இலக்கத்தைப் பார்த்து அவன் உனக்கு விற்கிறபடியால், வருஷங்களின் தொகை ஏறினால் விலையேறவும், வருஷங்களின் தொகை குறைந்தால், விலை குறையவும் வேண்டும்.

16. Acordinge to the multitude of the yeares shalt thou rayse the pryce, & and acordynge to the fewnesse of the yeares shalt thou mynish the pryce: for he shall sell it vnto the acordinge to the nombre of the increase.

17. உங்களில் ஒருவனும் பிறனுக்கு அநியாயம் செய்யக்கூடாது; உன் தேவனுக்குப் பயப்படவேண்டும்; நான் உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர்.

17. Therfore let no man defraude his neghboure, but feare yi God. For I am the LORDE youre God.

18. என் கட்டளைகளின்படி செய்து, என் நியாயங்களைக் கைக்கொண்டு அவைகளின்படி நடக்கக்கடவீர்கள்; அப்பொழுது தேசத்திலே சுகமாய்க் குடியிருப்பீர்கள்.

18. Wherfore do after my statutes, and kepe my lawes, so yt ye do them that ye maye dwell safe in the londe.

19. பூமி தன் கனியைத் தரும்; நீங்கள் திருப்தியாகச் சாப்பிட்டு, அதில் சுகமாய்க் குடியிருப்பீர்கள்.

19. For the londe shal geue you hir frute, so that ye shal haue ynough to eate, and dwell safe therin.

20. ஏழாம் வருஷத்தில் எதைப் புசிப்போம்? நாங்கள் விதைக்காமலும், விளைந்ததைச் சேர்க்காமலும் இருக்கவேண்டுமே! என்று சொல்வீர்களானால்,

20. And yf ye wolde saye: What shall we eate in the seuenth yeare, in as moch as we shal not sowe, ner gather in oure increase?

21. நான் ஆறாம் வருஷத்தில் உங்களுக்கு ஆசீர்வாதத்தை அநுக்கிரகம்பண்ணுவேன்; அது உங்களுக்கு மூன்று வருஷத்தின் பலனைத் தரும்.

21. I wyll sende my blessynge vpon you in the sixte yeare,

22. நீங்கள் எட்டாம் வருஷத்திலே விதைத்து, ஒன்பதாம் வருஷம்மட்டும் பழைய பலனிலே சாப்பிடுவீர்கள்; அதின் பலன் விளையும்வரைக்கும் பழைய பலனைச் சாப்பிடுவீர்கள்.

22. that it shal brynge forth frute for thre yeare: so that ye shal sowe in ye eight yeare, and eate of the olde frute vntyll the nyenth yeare, that ye maye eate of the olde tyll new frutes come agayne.

23. தேசம் என்னுடையதாயிருக்கிறபடியால், நீங்கள் நிலங்களை அறுதியாய் விற்கவேண்டாம்; நீங்கள் பரதேசிகளும் என்னிடத்தில் புறக்குடிகளுமாயிருக்கிறீர்கள்.

23. Therfore shall ye not sell the londe for euer, for the lode is myne. And ye are straungers and indwellers before me.

24. உங்கள் காணியாட்சியான தேசமெங்கும் நிலங்களை மீட்டுக்கொள்ள இடங்கொடுக்கக்கடவீர்கள்.

24. And in all youre lande shall ye geue the londe to lowse.

25. உங்கள் சகோதரன் தரித்திரப்பட்டு, தன் காணியாட்சியிலே சிலதை விற்றால், அவன் இனத்தான் ஒருவன் வந்து, தன் சகோதரன் விற்றதை மீட்கக்கடவன்.

25. Whan thy brother waxeth poore, and selleth ye his possession, and his nexte kynsma commeth to him, yt he maye redeme it: then shall he redeme that his brother solde.

26. அதை மீட்க ஒருவனும் இல்லாமல், தானே அதை மீட்கத்தக்கவனானால்,

26. But whan a man hath none to redeme it, and ca get so moch with his hande as to redeme one parte,

27. அதை விற்றபின் சென்ற வருஷங்களின் தொகையைத் தள்ளி, மீந்த தொகையை ஏற்றி, கொண்டவனுக்குக் கொடுத்து, அவன் தன் காணியாட்சிக்குத் திரும்பிப்போகக்கடவன்.

27. then shall it be rekened how many yeares it hath bene solde, and the remnaunt shal be restored vnto him to whom he solde it, yt he maie come agayne to his possession.

28. அப்படிக் கொடுப்பதற்கான நிர்வாகம் அவனுக்கு இல்லாவிட்டால், அவன் விற்றது வாங்கினவன் கையிலே யூபிலி வருஷம்மட்டும் இருந்து, யூபிலி வருஷத்திலே அது விடுதலையாகும்; அப்பொழுது அவன் தன் காணியாட்சிக்குத் திரும்பப்போவான்.

28. But yf his hande can not get so moch, as to haue one parte agayne, the shal it yt he solde be styll in the hande of the byer vntyll ye yeare of Iubilye: In ye same shal it go out, and returne to his owner agayne.

29. ஒருவன் மதில்சூழ்ந்த பட்டணத்திலுள்ள தன் வாசஸ்தலமாகிய வீட்டை விற்றால், அதை விற்ற ஒரு வருஷத்துக்குள் அதை மீட்டுக்கொள்ளலாம்; ஒரு வருஷத்துக்குள்ளாகவே அதை மீட்டுக்கொள்ளவேண்டும்.

29. He that selleth a dwellinge house within the walles of the cite, hath an whole yeare respyte to lowse it out agayne: that shall be the tyme, wherin he maye redeme it.

30. ஒரு வருஷத்துக்குள்ளே அதை மீட்டுக்கொள்ளாதிருந்தால், மதில்சூழ்ந்த பட்டணத்திலுள்ள அந்த வீடு தலைமுறைதோறும் அதை வாங்கினவனுக்கே உரியதாகும்; யூபிலி வருஷத்திலும் அது விடுதலையாகாது.

30. But yf he redeme it not a fore the whole yeare be out then shal he that bought it, and his successours kepe it for euer, and it shall not go out lowse in the yeare of Iubylie.

31. மதில்சூழப்படாத கிராமங்களிலுள்ள வீடுகளோ, தேசத்தின் நிலங்கள்போலவே எண்ணப்படும்; அவைகள் மீட்கப்படலாம்; யூபிலி வருஷத்தில் அவைகள் விடுதலையாகும்.

31. Neuertheles yf it be an house in a vyllage that hath no wall aboute it, it shall be counted like vnto the felde of the coutre, and maye be redemed and shal go out fre in the yeare of Iubilye.

32. லேவியரின் காணியாட்சியாகிய பட்டணங்களிலுள்ள வீடுகளையோ லேவியர் எக்காலத்திலும் மீட்டுக்கொள்ளலாம்.

32. The cities of the Leuites, and the houses in the cities that their possession is in, maye allwaye be redemed.

33. இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருக்குள்ளே லேவியருடைய பட்டணங்களிலுள்ள வீடுகள் அவர்களுக்குரிய காணியாட்சியானபடியால், லேவியரிடத்தில் அவனுடைய காணியாட்சிப் பட்டணத்திலுள்ள வீட்டை ஒருவன் வாங்கினால், விற்கப்பட்ட அந்த வீடு யூபிலி வருஷத்தில் விடுதலையாகும்.

33. Who so purchaceth ought of the Leuites, shal leaue it in the yeare of Iubilye, whether it be house or cite that he hath had in possession. For the houses in the cities of the Leuites are their possession amonge the children of Israel.

34. அவர்கள் பட்டணங்களைச் சூழ்ந்த வெளிநிலம் விற்கப்படலாகாது; அது அவர்களுக்கு நித்திய காணியாட்சியாயிருக்கும்.

34. But the felde before their cities shal not be solde, for it is their awne for euer.

35. உன் சகோதரன் தரித்திரப்பட்டு, கையிளைத்துப்போனவனானால் அவனை ஆதரிக்கவேண்டும்; பரதேசியைப்போலும் தங்கவந்தவனைப்போலும் அவன் உன்னோடே பிழைப்பானாக.

35. Whan thy brother waxeth poore, and falleth in decaye besyde the, thou shalt receaue him as a straunger, or gest, that he maye lyue by the:

36. நீ அவன் கையில் வட்டியாவது பொலிசையாவது வாங்காமல், உன் தேவனுக்குப் பயந்து, உன் சகோதரன் உன்னோடே பிழைக்கும்படி செய்வாயாக.
லூக்கா 6:35

36. and thou shalt take no vsury of him, ner more then thou hast geue, but shalt feare thy God, that thy brother maye lyue besydes the.

37. அவனுக்கு உன் பணத்தை வட்டிக்கும், உன் தானியத்தைப் பொலிசைக்கும் கொடாயாக.

37. For thou shalt not lende him yi money vpon vsury, ner delyuer him thy meate vpon vauntage.

38. உங்களுக்குக் கானான் தேசத்தைக் கொடுத்து, உங்களுக்கு தேவனாயிருக்கும்படி, உங்களை எகிப்துதேசத்திலிருந்து புறப்படப்பண்ணின உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் நானே.

38. For I am the LORDE yor God, which haue brought you out of the lode of Egipte, to geue you the lande of Canaan, and to be youre God.

39. உன் சகோதரன் தரித்திரனாகி, உனக்கு விலைப்பட்டுப்போனால், அவனை அடிமையைப்போல ஊழியஞ்செய்ய நெருக்கவேண்டாம்.

39. Whan thy brother waxeth poore besyde the, and selleth himself vnto the, thou shalt not holde him as a bode ma:

40. அவன் கூலிக்காரனைப்போலவும் தங்கவந்தவனைப்போலவும் உன்னோடே இருந்து, யூபிலி வருஷம்மட்டும் உன்னிடத்தில் சேவிக்கக்கடவன்.

40. but as an hyred seruaunte and as a soiourner shall he be wt the, and serue the vntyll ye yeare of Iubilye.

41. பின்பு, தன் பிள்ளைகளோடுங்கூட உன்னை விட்டு நீங்கலாகி, தன் குடும்பத்தாரிடத்துக்கும் தன் பிதாக்களின் காணியாட்சிக்கும் திரும்பிப்போகக்கடவன்.

41. Then shal he departe lowse from the, & his childre with him, & shal returne to his awne kinred, and to his fathers possession:

42. அவர்கள் நான் எகிப்துதேசத்திலிருந்து புறப்படப்பண்ணின என்னுடைய ஊழியக்காரர்; ஆகையால், அவர்கள் அடிமைகளாக விற்கப்படலாகாது.

42. for they are my seruauntes, whom I brought out of the londe of Egipte. Therfore shal they not be solde like bondmen.

43. நீ அவனைக் கொடூரமாய் ஆளாமல், உன் தேவனுக்குப் பயந்திரு.
கொலோசெயர் 4:1

43. And thou shalt not raigne ouer them with crueltie, but shalt feare thy God.

44. உனக்கு இருக்கும் ஆண் அடிமையும் பெண் அடிமையும் சுற்றிலும் இருக்கிற புறஜாதிகளாயிருக்கவேண்டும்; அவர்களில் நீ ஆண் அடிமையையும் பெண் அடிமையையும் விலைக்கு வாங்கலாம்.

44. But yf thou wylt haue bode seruauntes and maydens, thou shalt bye them of the Heithen, that are rounde aboute you:

45. உங்களிடத்திலே பரதேசிகளாய்த் தங்குகிற அந்நிய புத்திரரிலும், உங்கள் தேசத்தில் உங்களிடத்திலே பிறந்திருக்கிற அவர்களுடைய குடும்பத்தாரிலும் நீங்கள் உங்களுக்கு அடிமைகளைக்கொண்டு, அவர்களை உங்களுக்குச் சுதந்தரமாக்கலாம்.

45. of the children of the soiourners and straungers amonge you, and of their generacions with you, and that are borne in youre londe, the same shal ye haue for bonde seruautes,

46. அவர்களை உங்களுக்குப் பின்வரும் உங்கள் சந்ததியாரும் சுதந்தரிக்கும்படி நீங்கள் அவர்களைச் சுதந்தரமாக்கிக்கொள்ளலாம்; என்றைக்கும் அவர்கள் உங்களுக்கு அடிமைகளாயிருக்கலாம்; உங்கள் சகோதரராகிய இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரோ ஒருவரையொருவர் கொடூரமாக ஆளக்கூடாது.

46. & shal possesse them, & youre children after you for an euerlastinge possession, these shalbe yor bondmen. But ouer youre brethren the children of Israel, there shall none of you raigne ouer another with crueltie.

47. உன்னிடத்தில் இருக்கிற பரதேசியும் அந்நியனும் செல்வனாயிருக்க, அவனிடத்தில் இருக்கிற உன் சகோதரன் தரித்திரப்பட்டு, அந்தப் பரதேசிக்காவது, அந்நியனுக்காவது, பரதேசியின் குடும்பத்தாரில் எவனுக்காவது அவன் விலைப்பட்டுப்போனால்,

47. Whan a straunger or soiourner waxeth ryche by the, and thy brother waxeth poore besyde him, & selleth him self vnto ye straunger or soiourner by the, or to eny of his kynne, then shall he haue right

48. அவன் விலைப்பட்டுப்போனபின் திரும்ப மீட்கப்படலாம்; அவன் சகோதரரில் ஒருவன் அவனை மீட்கலாம்.

48. (after that he is solde) to be redemed agayne. And eny of his brethren maye lowse him out:

49. அவனுடைய பிதாவின் சகோதரனாவது, அந்தச் சகோதரனுடைய புத்திரனாவது, அவன் குடும்பத்திலுள்ள அவனைச் சேர்ந்த இனத்தாரில் எவனாவது அவனை மீட்கலாம்; தன்னால் கூடுமானால், தன்னைத்தானே மீட்டுக்கொள்ளலாம்.

49. or his vncle or his vncles sonne, or eny other kynsman of his kynred: Or yf his awne hande getteth so moch, he shal lowse him self out,

50. அவன் தான் விலைப்பட்ட வருஷந்தொடங்கி, யூபிலி வருஷம்வரைக்கும் உண்டான காலத்தைத் தன்னை விலைக்குக் கொண்டவனுடன் கணக்குப் பார்க்கக்கடவன்; அவனுடைய விலைக்கிரயம் கூலிக்காரனுடைய காலக்கணக்குப்போல, வருஷத்தொகைக்கு ஒத்துப்பார்க்கவேண்டும்.

50. and shal reken with him that bought him, from ye yeare that he solde him self, vntyll the yeare of Iubilye. And ye money shal be counted acordinge to the nombre of the yeares that he was solde, and his wages of the whole tyme shalbe rekened withall.

51. இன்னும் அநேக வருஷங்கள் இருந்தால், அவன் தன் விலைக்கிரயத்திலே அவைகளுக்குத் தக்கதைத் தன்னை மீட்கும்பொருளாகத் திரும்பக்கொடுக்கக்கடவன்.

51. Yf there be yet many yeares vnto ye yeare of Iubilye, then shal he (acordinge to the same) geue the more for his delyueraunce, therafter as he is solde.

52. யூபிலி வருஷம்மட்டும் மீதியாயிருக்கிற வருஷங்கள் கொஞ்சமேயானால், அவனோடே கணக்குப் பார்த்து, தன் வருஷங்களுக்குத்தக்கதை, தன்னை மீட்கும் பொருளாகத் திரும்பக் கொடுக்கவேண்டும்.

52. Yf there remayne but few yeares vnto the yeare of Iubilye, then shall he geue agayne therafter for his redempcion.

53. இவன் வருஷத்திற்கு வருஷம் கூலிபொருந்திக்கொண்ட கூலிக்காரனைப் போல, அவனிடத்தில் இருக்கவேண்டும்; அவன் இவனை உனக்கு முன்பாகக் கொடூரமாய் ஆளக்கூடாது.
கொலோசெயர் 4:1

53. And his wages from yeare to yeare shall he reken withall, and thou shalt not let the other raigne cruelly ouer him in yi sight.

54. இப்படி இவன் மீட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படாதிருந்தால், இவனும் இவனோடுகூட இவன் பிள்ளைகளும் யூபிலி வருஷத்தில் விடுதலையாவார்கள்.

54. But yf he bye not him self out after this maner, then shal he go out fre in the yeare of Iubilye, and his childre with him:

55. இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் என் ஊழியக்காரர்; அவர்கள் நான் எகிப்துதேசத்திலிருந்து புறப்படப்பண்ணின என் ஊழியக்காரரே; நான் உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர்.

55. for the childre of Israel are my seruauntes, which I haue brought out of the londe of Egipte. I am the LORDE youre God.
