1. பின்னும் கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி:

1. The LORD spoke to Moshe, saying,

2. இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் எனக்கென்று நியமித்துச் செலுத்துகிற பரிசுத்த வஸ்துக்களைக்குறித்து ஆரோனும் அவன் குமாரரும் என் பரிசுத்த நாமத்தைப் பரிசுத்தக் குலைச்சலாக்காதபடிக்கு எச்சரிக்கையாய் இருக்கவேண்டும் என்று அவர்களோடே சொல்; நான் கர்த்தர்.

2. 'Tell Aharon and his sons to separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Yisra'el, which they make holy to me, and that they not profane my holy name. I am the LORD.

3. அன்றியும் நீ அவர்களை நோக்கி: உங்கள் தலைமுறைகளிலுள்ள சந்ததியாரில் எவனாகிலும் தான் தீட்டுப்பட்டிருக்கும்போது, இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் கர்த்தருக்கு நியமித்துச் செலுத்துகிற பரிசுத்தமானவைகளண்டையில் சேர்ந்தால், அந்த ஆத்துமா என் சந்நிதியில் இராதபடிக்கு அறுப்புண்டுபோவான் என்று சொல்; நான் கர்த்தர்.

3. Tell them, 'If anyone of all your seed throughout your generations approaches the holy things, which the children of Yisra'el make holy to the LORD, having his uncleanness on him, that soul shall be cut off from before me. I am the LORD.

4. ஆரோனின் சந்ததியாரில் எவன் குஷ்டரோகியோ, எவன் பிரமியமுள்ளவனோ, அவன் சுத்தமாகும்மட்டும் பரிசுத்தமானவைகளில் புசிக்கலாகாது; பிணத்தினாலே தீட்டானவைகளில் எதையாகிலும் தொட்டவனும், இந்திரியங்கழிந்தவனும்,

4. ''Whoever of the seed of Aharon is a leper or has an issue; he shall not eat of the holy things, until he is clean. Whoever touches anything that is unclean by the dead, or a man whose seed goes from him;

5. தீட்டுப்படுத்துகிற யாதொரு ஊரும் பிராணியையாகிலும் தீட்டுள்ள மனிதனையாகிலும் தொட்டவனும்,

5. or whoever touches any creeping thing, whereby he may be made unclean, or a man of whom he may take uncleanness, whatever uncleanness he has;

6. சாயங்காலம்மட்டும் தீட்டுப்பட்டிருப்பான்; அவன் ஜலத்தில் ஸ்நானம்பண்ணும்வரைக்கும் பரிசுத்தமானவைகளில் புசிக்கலாகாது.

6. the person that touches any such shall be unclean until the evening, and shall not eat of the holy things, unless he bathe his body in water.

7. சூரியன் அஸ்தமித்தபின்பு சுத்தமாயிருப்பான்; அதன்பின்பு அவன் பரிசுத்தமானவைகளில் புசிக்கலாம்; அது அவனுடைய ஆகாரம்.

7. When the sun is down, he shall be clean; and afterward he shall eat of the holy things, because it is his bread.

8. தானாய்ச் செத்ததையும் பீறுண்டதையும் அவன் புசிக்கிறதினாலே தன்னைத் தீட்டுப்படுத்தலாகாது; நான் கர்த்தர்.

8. That which dies of itself, or is torn by animals, he shall not eat, defiling himself by it. I am the LORD.

9. ஆகையால் பரிசுத்தமானதை அவர்கள் பரிசுத்தக்குலைச்சலாக்குகிறதினாலே, பாவம் சுமந்து அதினிமித்தம் சாகாதபடிக்கு, என் கட்டளையைக் காக்கக்கடவர்கள்; நான் அவர்களைப் பரிசுத்தமாக்குகிற கர்த்தர்.

9. ''They shall therefore keep my charge, lest they bear sin for it, and die therein, if they profane it. I am the LORD who sanctifies them.

10. அந்நியன் ஒருவனும் பரிசுத்தமானவைகளில் புசிக்கலாகாது; ஆசாரியன் வீட்டில் தங்கியிருக்கிறவனும் கூலிவேலை செய்கிறவனும் பரிசுத்தமானதில் புசிக்கலாகாது.

10. ''No stranger shall eat of the holy thing: a foreigner living with the Kohanim, or a hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing.

11. ஆசாரியனால் பணத்துக்குக் கொள்ளப்பட்டவனும், அவன் வீட்டிலே பிறந்தவனும் அவனுடைய ஆகாரத்தில் புசிக்கலாம்.

11. But if a Kohen buys a slave, purchased by his money, he shall eat of it; and such as are born in his house, they shall eat of his bread.

12. ஆசாரியனுடைய குமாரத்தி அந்நியனுக்கு வாழ்க்கைப்பட்டால், அவள் பரிசுத்தமானவைகளின் படைப்பிலே புசிக்கலாகாது.

12. If a Kohen's daughter is married to an outsider, she shall not eat of the heave offering of the holy things.

13. விதவையாய்ப்போன, அல்லது தள்ளப்பட்டவளான ஆசாரியனுடைய குமாரத்தி பிள்ளையில்லாதிருந்து, தன் தகப்பன் வீட்டில் தன்னுடைய இளவயதில் இருந்ததுபோல திரும்பவந்து இருந்தாளேயாகில், அவள் தன் தகப்பன் ஆகாரத்தில் புசிக்கலாம்; அந்நியனாகிய ஒருவனும் அதில் புசிக்கலாகாது.

13. But if a Kohen's daughter is a widow, or divorced, and has no child, and has returned to her father's house, as in her youth, she may eat of her father's bread: but no stranger shall eat any of it.

14. 'If a man eats something holy unwittingly, then he shall add the fifth part of its value to it, and shall give the holy thing to the Kohen.

15. அவர்கள் கர்த்தருக்குப் படைக்கிற இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருடைய பரிசுத்தமானவைகளைப் பரிசுத்தக்குலைச்சலாக்காமலும்,

15. The Kohanim shall not profane the holy things of the children of Yisra'el, which they offer to the LORD,

16. அவைகளைப் புசிக்கிறதினால் அவர்கள்மேல் குற்றமான அக்கிரமத்தைச் சுமரப்பண்ணாமலும் இருப்பார்களாக; நான் அவர்களைப் பரிசுத்தமாக்குகிற கர்த்தர் என்று சொல் என்றார்.

16. and so cause them to bear the iniquity that brings guilt, when they eat their holy things: for I am the LORD who sanctifies them.''

17. பின்னும் கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி:

17. The LORD spoke to Moshe, saying,

18. நீ ஆரோனோடும் அவன் குமாரரோடும் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் அனைவரோடும் சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்: இஸ்ரவேல் குடும்பத்தாரிலும் இஸ்ரவேலில் தங்குகிற அந்நியர்களிலும் தங்களுடைய பொருத்தனைகளின்படியாகிலும் உற்சாகத்தின்படியாகிலும் சர்வாங்க தகனபலிகளாகக் கர்த்தருக்குத் தங்கள் காணிக்கையை எவர்கள் செலுத்தப்போகிறார்களோ,

18. 'Speak to Aharon, and to his sons, and to all the children of Yisra'el, and say to them, 'Whoever is of the house of Yisra'el, or of the foreigners in Yisra'el, who offers his offering, whether it be any of their vows, or any of their freewill offerings, which they offer to the LORD for a burnt offering;

19. அவர்கள் தங்கள் மனதின்படியே மாடுகளிலாகிலும் ஆடுகளிலாகிலும் வெள்ளாடுகளிலாகிலும் பழுதற்ற ஒரு ஆணைப் பிடித்துவந்து செலுத்துவார்களாக.

19. that you may be accepted, you shall offer a male without blemish, of the bulls, of the sheep, or of the goats.

20. பழுதுள்ள ஒன்றையும் செலுத்தவேண்டாம்; அது உங்கள்நிமித்தம் அங்கிகரிக்கப்படுவதில்லை.

20. But whatever has a blemish, that you shall not offer: for it shall not be acceptable for you.

21. ஒருவன் விசேஷித்த பொருத்தனையாயாவது, உற்சாகமாயாவது, கர்த்தருக்கு மாடுகளிலாகிலும் ஆடுகளிலாகிலும் சமாதானபலிகளைச் செலுத்தப்போனால், அது அங்கிகரிக்கப்படும்படி, ஒரு பழுதுமில்லாமல் உத்தமமாயிருக்கவேண்டும்.

21. Whoever offers a sacrifice of shalom offerings to the LORD to accomplish a vow, or for a freewill offering, of the herd or of the flock, it shall be perfect to be accepted; there shall be no blemish therein.

22. குருடு, நெரிசல், முடம், கழலை, சொறி, புண் முதலிய பழுதுள்ளவைகளை நீங்கள் கர்த்தருக்குச் செலுத்தாமலும், அவைகளாலே கர்த்தருக்குப் பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் தகனபலியிடாமலும் இருப்பீர்களாக.

22. Blind, injured, maimed, having a wart, festering, or having a running sore, you shall not offer these to the LORD, nor make an offering by fire of them on the altar to the LORD.

23. நீண்ட அல்லது குறுகின அவயவமுள்ள மாட்டையும் ஆட்டையும் நீ உற்சாகபலியாக இடலாம்; பொருத்தனைக்காக அது அங்கிகரிக்கப்படமாட்டாது.

23. Either a bull or a lamb that has any deformity or lacking in his parts, that you may offer for a freewill offering; but for a vow it shall not be accepted.

24. விதை நசுங்கினதையும் நொறுங்கினதையும் காயம்பட்டதையும் விதை அறுக்கப்பட்டதையும் நீங்கள் கர்த்தருக்குச் செலுத்தாமலும், அவைகளை உங்கள் தேசத்தில் பலியிடாமலும் இருப்பீர்களாக.

24. That which has its testicles bruised, crushed, broken, or cut, you shall not offer to the LORD; neither shall you do thus in your land.

25. அந்நிய புத்திரன் கையிலும் இப்படிப்பட்டதை வாங்கி, தேவனுக்கு அப்பமாகச் செலுத்தீர்களாக; அவைகளின் கேடும் பழுதும் அவைகளில் இருக்கிறது; அவைகள் உங்களுக்காக அங்கிகரிக்கப்படுவதில்லை என்று சொல் என்றார்.

25. Neither from the hand of a foreigner shall you offer the bread of your God of any of these; because their corruption is in them. There is a blemish in them. They shall not be accepted for you.''

26. பின்னும் கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி:

26. The LORD spoke to Moshe, saying,

27. ஒரு கன்றாவது செம்மறியாட்டுக்குட்டியாவது வெள்ளாட்டுக்குட்டியாவது பிறந்தால், அது ஏழுநாள் தன் தாயினிடத்தில் இருக்கக்கடவது; எட்டாம் நாள் முதல் அது கர்த்தருக்குத் தகனபலியாக அங்கிகரிக்கப்படும்.

27. 'When a bull, or a sheep, or a goat, is born, then it shall remain seven days with its mother; and from the eighth day and thenceforth it shall be accepted for the offering of an offering made by fire to the LORD.

28. பசுவையும் அதின் கன்றையும், ஆட்டையும் அதின் குட்டியையும் ஒரே நாளில் கொல்லவேண்டாம்.

28. Whether it is a cow or ewe, you shall not kill it and its young both in one day.

29. கர்த்தருக்கு ஸ்தோத்திரபலியைச் செலுத்துவீர்களானால் மனப்பூர்வமாய் அதைச் செலுத்துவீர்களாக.

29. When you sacrifice a sacrifice of thanksgiving to the LORD, you shall sacrifice it so that you may be accepted.

30. அந்நாளிலேதான் அது புசிக்கப்படவேண்டும்; விடியற்காலம்மட்டும் நீங்கள் அதில் ஒன்றும் மீதியாக வைக்கவேண்டாம்; நான் கர்த்தர்.

30. It shall be eaten on the same day; you shall leave none of it until the morning. I am the LORD.

31. நீங்கள் என் கட்டளைகளைக் கைக்கொண்டு, அவைகளின்படி செய்யக்கடவீர்கள்; நான் கர்த்தர்.

31. 'Therefore you shall keep my mitzvot, and do them. I am the LORD.

32. என் பரிசுத்த நாமத்தைப் பரிசுத்தக்குலைச்சலாக்காதிருப்பீர்களாக; நான் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் நடுவே பரிசுத்தர் என்று மதிக்கப்படுவேன்; நான் உங்களைப் பரிசுத்தமாக்குகிற கர்த்தர்.

32. You shall not profane my holy name, but I will be made holy among the children of Yisra'el. I am the LORD who makes you holy,

33. நான் உங்களுக்கு தேவனாயிருப்பதற்காக, உங்களை எகிப்துதேசத்திலிருந்து புறப்படப்பண்ணினேன்; நான் கர்த்தர் என்று சொல் என்றார்.

33. who brought you out of the land of Mitzrayim, to be your God. I am the LORD.'
