1. தேவசபையிலே தேவன் எழுந்தருளியிருக்கிறார்; தேவர்களின் நடுவிலே அவர் நியாயம் விசாரிக்கிறார்.

1. A Psalme committed to Aspah. God standeth in the assemblie of gods: hee iudgeth among gods.

2. எதுவரைக்கும் நீங்கள் அநியாயத்தீர்ப்புச்செய்து, துன்மார்க்கருக்கு முகதாட்சிணியம்பண்ணுவீர்கள். (சேலா)

2. How long wil ye iudge vniustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.

3. ஏழைக்கும் திக்கற்றபிள்ளைக்கும் நியாயஞ்செய்து, சிறுமைப்பட்டவனுக்கும் திக்கற்றவனுக்கும் நீதி செய்யுங்கள்.

3. Doe right to the poore and fatherlesse: doe iustice to the poore and needie.

4. பலவீனனையும் எளியவனையும் விடுவித்து, துன்மார்க்கரின் கைக்கு அவர்களைத் தப்புவியுங்கள்.

4. Deliuer the poore and needie: saue them from the hand of the wicked.

5. அறியாமலும் உணராமலும் இருக்கிறார்கள், அந்தகாரத்திலே நடக்கிறார்கள்; தேசத்தின் அஸ்திபாரங்களெல்லாம் அசைகிறது.

5. They knowe not and vnderstand nothing: they walke in darkenes, albeit all the foundations of the earth be mooued.

6. நீங்கள் தேவர்கள் என்றும், நீங்களெல்லாரும் உன்னதமானவரின் மக்கள் என்றும் நான் சொல்லியிருந்தேன்.

6. I haue said, Ye are gods, and ye all are children of the most High.

7. ஆனாலும் நீங்கள் மனுஷரைப்போலச் செத்து, லோகப்பிரபுக்களில் ஒருவனைப்போல விழுந்து போவீர்கள்.

7. But ye shall die as a man, and yee princes, shall fall like others.

8. தேவனே, எழுந்தருளும், பூமிக்கு நியாயத்தீர்ப்புச் செய்யும்; நீரே சகல ஜாதிகளையும் சுதந்தரமாகக் கொண்டிருப்பவர்.

8. O God, arise, therefore iudge thou the earth: for thou shalt inherite all nations.
