1. கர்த்தாவே, என் முழு இருதயத்தோடும் உம்மைத் துதிப்பேன்; உம்முடைய அதிசயங்களையெல்லாம் விவரிப்பேன்.

1. To the Overseer, 'On the Death of Labben.' -- A Psalm of David. I confess, O Jehovah, with all my heart, I recount all Thy wonders,

2. உம்மில் மகிழ்ந்து களிகூருவேன்; உன்னதமானவரே, உமது நாமத்தைக் கீர்த்தனம் பண்ணுவேன்.

2. I rejoice and exult in Thee, I praise Thy Name, O Most High.

3. என் சத்துருக்கள் பின்னாகத் திரும்பும்போது, உமது சமுகத்தில் அவர்கள் இடறுண்டு அழிந்துபோவார்கள்.

3. In mine enemies turning backward, they stumble and perish from Thy face.

4. நீர் என் நியாயத்தையும் என் வழக்கையும் தீர்த்து, நீதியுள்ள நியாயாதிபதியாய் சிங்காசனத்தின்மேல் வீற்றிருக்கிறீர்.

4. For Thou hast done my judgment and my right. Thou hast sat on a throne, A judge of righteousness.

5. ஜாதிகளைக் கடிந்துகொண்டு, துன்மார்க்கரை அழித்து, அவர்கள் நாமத்தை என்றென்றைக்கும் இல்லாதபடி குலைத்துப்போட்டீர்.

5. Thou hast rebuked nations, Thou hast destroyed the wicked, Their name Thou hast blotted out to the age and for ever.

6. சத்துருக்கள் என்றென்றைக்கும் பாழாக்கப்பட்டார்கள்; அவர்கள் பட்டணங்களை நிர்மூலமாக்கினீர்; அவர்களைப் பற்றிய நினைவும் அற்றுப் போயிற்று.

6. O thou Enemy, Finished have been destructions for ever, As to cities thou hast plucked up, Perished hath their memorial with them.

7. கர்த்தரோ என்றென்றைக்கும் வீற்றிருப்பார்; தம்முடைய சிங்காசனத்தை நியாயத்தீர்ப்புக்கென்று எற்படுத்தியிருக்கிறார்.

7. And Jehovah to the age abideth, He is preparing for judgment His throne.

8. அவர் பூவுலகை நீதியாய் நியாயந்தீர்த்து, சகல ஜனங்களுக்கும் செம்மையாய் நீதிசெய்வார்.

8. And He judgeth the world in righteousness, He judgeth the peoples in uprightness.

9. சிறுமைப்பட்டவனுக்குக் கர்த்தர் அடைக்கலமானவர்; நெருக்கப்படுகிற காலங்களில் அவரே தஞ்சமானவர்.

9. And Jehovah is a tower for the bruised, A tower for times of adversity.

10. கர்த்தாவே, உம்மைத் தேடுகிறவர்களை நீர் கைவிடுகிறதில்லை; ஆதலால், உமது நாமத்தை அறிந்தவர்கள் உம்மை நம்பியிருப்பார்கள்.

10. They trust in Thee who do know Thy name, For Thou hast not forsaken Those seeking Thee, O Jehovah.

11. சீயோனில் வாசமாயிருக்கிற கர்த்தரைக் கீர்த்தனம்பண்ணி, அவர் செய்கைகளை ஜனங்களுக்குள்ளே அறிவியுங்கள்.

11. Sing ye praise to Jehovah, inhabiting Zion, Declare ye among the peoples His acts,

12. எனெனில் இரத்தப்பழிகளைக்குறித்து அவர் விசாரணை செய்யும்போது, அவர்களை நினைக்கிறார்; சிறுமைப்பட்டவர்களுடைய கூக்குரலை மறவார்.

12. For He who is seeking for blood Them hath remembered, He hath not forgotten the cry of the afflicted.

13. மரணவாசல்களிலிருந்து என்னைத் தூக்கிவிடுகிற கர்த்தாவே, நான் உம்முடைய துதிகளையெல்லாம் சீயோன் குமாரத்தியின் வாசல்களில் விவரித்து, உம்முடைய இரட்சிப்பினால் களிகூரும்படிக்கு,

13. Favour me, O Jehovah, See mine affliction by those hating me, Thou who liftest me up from the gates of death,

14. தேவரீர் எனக்கு இரங்கி, என்னைப் பகைக்கிறவர்களால் எனக்குவரும் துன்பத்தை நோக்கிப்பாரும்.

14. So that I recount all Thy praise, In the gates of the daughter of Zion. I rejoice on Thy salvation.

15. ஜாதிகள் தாங்கள் வெட்டின குழியில் தாங்களே விழுந்தார்கள்: அவர்கள் மறைவாய் வைத்த வலையில் அவர்களுடைய கால்களே அகப்பட்டுக்கொண்டன.

15. Sunk have nations in a pit they made, In a net that they hid hath their foot been captured.

16. கர்த்தர் தாம் செய்த நியாயத்தினால் அறியப்படுகிறார்; துன்மார்க்கன் தன் கைகளின் செய்கையிலே சிக்கிக்கொண்டான். (இகாயோன், சேலா.)

16. Jehovah hath been known, Judgment He hath done, By a work of his hands Hath the wicked been snared. Meditation. Selah.

17. துன்மார்க்கரும், தேவனை மறக்கிற எல்லா ஜாதிகளும், நரகத்திலே தள்ளப்படுவார்கள்.

17. The wicked do turn back to Sheol, All nations forgetting God.

18. எளியவன் என்றைக்கும் மறக்கப்படுவதில்லை; சிறுமைப்பட்டவர்களுடைய நம்பிக்கை ஒருபோதும் கெட்டுப்போவதில்லை.

18. For not for ever is the needy forgotten, The hope of the humble lost to the age.

19. எழுந்தருளும் கர்த்தாவே, மனுஷன் பெலன்கொள்ளாதபடி செய்யும்; ஜாதிகள் உம்முடைய சமுகத்தில் நியாயந்தீர்க்கப்படக்கடவர்கள்.

19. Rise, O Jehovah, let not man be strong, Let nations be judged before Thy face.

20. ஜாதிகள் தங்களை மனுஷர்தான் என்று அறியும்படிக்கு, அவர்களுக்குப் பயமுண்டாக்கும், கர்த்தாவே. (சேலா)

20. Appoint, O Jehovah, a director to them, Let nations know they [are] men! Selah.
