4. To which the tribes go up, even the tribes of the LORD-- An ordinance for Israel-- To give thanks to the name of the LORD.

5. அங்கே தாவீதின் வம்சத்தாருடைய சிங்காசனங்களாகிய நியாயாசனங்கள் வைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.

5. For there thrones were set for judgment, The thrones of the house of David.

6. எருசலேமின் சமாதானத்துக்காக வேண்டிக்கொள்ளுங்கள்; உன்னை நேசிக்கிறவர்கள் சுகித்திருப்பார்களாக.

6. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: 'May they prosper who love you.

7. உன் அலங்கத்திற்குள்ளே சமாதானமும், உன் அரமனைகளுக்குள்ளே சுகமும் இருப்பதாக.

7. 'May peace be within your walls, And prosperity within your palaces.'

8. என் சகோதரர் நிமித்தமும் என் சிநேகிதர் நிமித்தமும், உன்னில் சமாதானம் இருப்பதாக என்பேன்.

8. For the sake of my brothers and my friends, I will now say, 'May peace be within you.'

9. எங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரின் ஆலயத்தினிமித்தம் உனக்கு நன்மையுண்டாகத் தேடுவேன்.

9. For the sake of the house of the LORD our God, I will seek your good.
