7. Will you+ speak unrighteously for God, And talk deceitfully for him?

8. Will you+ show partiality to him? Will you+ contend for God?

9. அவர் உங்களை ஆராய்ந்துபார்த்தால் அது உங்களுக்கு நலமாயிருக்குமோ? மனுஷனைப் பரியாசம் பண்ணுகிறதுபோல அவரைப் பரியாசம்பண்ணுவீர்களோ?

9. Is it good that he should search you+ out? Or as one deceives common man, will you+ deceive him?

10. நீங்கள் அந்தரங்கமாய் முகதாட்சிணியம்பண்ணினால், அவர் உங்களை எவ்விதத்திலும் கண்டிப்பார்.

10. He will surely reprove you+, If you+ secretly show partiality.

11. அவருடைய மகத்துவம் உங்களைத் திடுக்கிடப்பண்ணாதோ? அவருடைய பயங்கரம் உங்களைப் பிடிக்கமாட்டாதோ?

11. Will not his splendor make you+ afraid, And his dread fall on you+?

12. Your+ memorable sayings are proverbs of ashes, Your+ defenses are defenses of clay.

13. நீங்கள் மவுனமாயிருங்கள், நான் பேசுகிறேன், எனக்கு வருகிறது வரட்டும்.

13. Listen+ to me silently, that I may speak; And let come upon me what will.

14. நான் என் பற்களினால் என் சதையைப் பிடுங்கி, என் பிராணனை என் கையிலே வைப்பானேன்?

14. Why should I take my flesh in my teeth, And put my life in my hand?

15. Look, he will slay me; I have no hope: Nevertheless I will maintain my ways before him.

16. அவரே என் இரட்சிப்பு; மாயக்காரனோ அவர் சந்நிதியில் சேரான்.

16. This also will be my salvation, That a godless man will not come before him.

17. Hear diligently my speech, And let my declaration be in your+ ears.

19. Who is he that will contend with me? For then I would hold my peace and give up the ghost.

20. Only don't do two things to me; Then I will not hide myself from your face:

21. உம்முடைய கையை என்னைவிட்டுத் தூரப்படுத்தும்; உம்முடைய பயங்கரம் என்னைக் கலங்கப்பண்ணாதிருப்பதாக.

21. Withdraw your hand far from me; And don't let your terror make me afraid.

22. நீர் கூப்பிடும், நான் உத்தரவு கொடுப்பேன்; அல்லது நான் பேசுவேன்; நீர் எனக்கு மறுமொழி சொல்லும்.

22. Then call, and I will answer; Or let me speak, and answer me.

23. என் அக்கிரமங்களும் பாவங்களும் எத்தனை? என் மீறுதலையும் என்பாவத்தையும் எனக்கு உணர்த்தும்.

23. How many are my iniquities and sins? Make me to know my transgression and my sin.

24. நீர் உமது முகத்தை மறைத்து, என்னை உமக்குப் பகைஞனாக எண்ணுவானேன்?

24. Why do you hide your face, And hold me for your enemy?

25. காற்றடித்த சருகை நொறுக்குவீரோ? காய்ந்துபோன துரும்பைப் பின்தொடருவீரோ?

25. Will you harass a driven leaf? And will you pursue the dry stubble?

26. மகா கசப்பான தீர்ப்புகளை என்பேரில் எழுதுகிறீர்; என் சிறுவயதின் அக்கிரமங்களை எனக்குப் பலிக்கப்பண்ணுகிறீர்.

26. For you write bitter things against me, And make me to inherit the iniquities of my youth:

27. என் கால்களைத் தொழுவடித்துப்போட்டு, என் வழிகளையெல்லாம் காவல்பண்ணுகிறீர்; என் காலடிகளில் அடையாளத்தைப் போடுகிறீர்.

27. You put my feet also in the stocks, And mark all my paths; You set a bound to the soles of my feet:

28. இப்படிப்பட்டவன் அழுகிப்போகிற வஸ்துபோலவும், பொட்டரித்த வஸ்திரம் போலவும் அழிந்து போவான்.

28. Though I am like a rotten thing that consumes, Like a garment that is moth-eaten.
