1. பென்யமீன், பேலா என்னும் தன் மூத்த குமாரனையும், அஸ்பால் என்னும் இரண்டாம் குமாரனையும், அகராக் என்னும் மூன்றாம் குமாரனையும்,

1. Beniamin begat Bela his eldest sonne, Asbel the second, and Aharah the thirde,

2. நோகா என்னும் நாலாம் குமாரனையும், ரப்பா என்னும் ஐந்தாம் குமாரனையும் பெற்றான்.

2. Nohah the fourth, & Raphah the fyfth.

3. பேலாவுக்கு இருந்த குமாரர், ஆதார், கேரா, அபியூத் என்பவர்கள்.

3. And the sonnes of Bela, were: Adar, Gera, Abihud,

4. அபிசுவா, நாமான், அகோவா,

4. Abisna, Naaman, and Ahoha,

5. கேரா, செப்புப்பான், ஊராம் என்பவர்கள் எகூதின் குமாரர்.

5. Gera, Sephuphan, and Huram.

6. கேபாவின் குடிகளுக்கு மூப்பான தலைவராயிருந்து, இவர்களை மனாகாத்திற்கு அழைத்துக்கொண்டுபோனவர்கள், நாமான், அகியா, கேரா என்பவர்களே.

6. And these are the sonnes of Ehud, and these are auncient heades among the inhabiters of Geba, and they caryed them to Manahath:

7. கேரா அவர்களை அங்கே அழைத்துக்கொண்டு போன பின்பு, ஊசாவையும் அகியூதையும் பெற்றான்.

7. Naaman, Ahia, and Gera, which Gera caryed them away, and begat Uzza, and Ahihud.

8. அவர்களை அனுப்பிவிட்டபின், சகராயீம் மோவாப் தேசத்திலே ஊசிம், பாராள் என்னும் தன் பெண்ஜாதிகளிடத்திலே பெற்ற பிள்ளைகளைத்தவிர,

8. And he begat Saharaim in the fielde of Moab, after he had sent them away, Husim also, & Baarah were his wyues.

9. தன் பெண்ஜாதியாகிய ஓதேசாலே யோவாபையும், சீபீயாவையும், மேசாவையும், மல்காமையும்,

9. And he begat of Hodes his wyfe, Iobab, and Zibia, Mesa, and Malcham,

10. எயூசையும், சாகியாவையும், மிர்மாவையும் பெற்றான்; பிதாக்களின் தலைவரான இவர்கள் அவனுடைய குமாரர்.

10. Ieuz, and Sachia, and Mirma: These were his sonnes [and] auncient fathers.

11. ஊசிம் வழியாய் அவன் அபிதூபையும் எல்பாலையும் பெற்றான்.

11. And of Husim he begat Ahitob, and Elpaal.

12. எல்பாலின் குமாரர், ஏபேர், மீஷாம், சாமேத்; இவன் ஓனோவையும் லோதையும் அதின் கிராமங்களையும் உண்டாக்கினவன்.

12. The sonnes of Elpaal, were: Eber, Misaham, and Samed, which buylt Ono, Lod, and the townes therof.

13. பெரீயாவும் சேமாவும் ஆயலோன் குடிகளுடைய பிதாக்களிலே தலைவராயிருந்தார்கள்; இவர்கள் காத்தின் குடிகளை ஓட்டிவிட்டார்கள்.

13. Beria and Sema were auncient fathers among the inhabiters of Aialon, and they draue away the inhabiters of Geth,

14. அகியோ, சாஷாக், எரேமோத்,

14. And Aio, Sasar, and Ierimoth,

15. செபதியா, ஆராத், ஆதேர்,

15. Zebadia, Arad, and Ader,

16. மிகாயேஸ், இஸ்பா, யோகா என்பவர்கள் பெரீயாவின் குமாரர்.

16. Michael, and Iispa, and Ioha, the sonnes of Beria.

17. செபதியா, மெசுல்லாம், இஸ்கி, ஏபேர்,

17. Zebadia, Mesullam, Hezeki, & Heber,

18. இஸமெராயி, இஸ்லியா, யோபாப் என்பவர்கள் எல்பாலின் குமாரர்.

18. Ismerai also and Iessiah, and Iobab the sonnes of Elpaal.

19. யாக்கிம், சிக்ரி, சப்தி,

19. Iakim, and Zicri, and Sabdi,

20. எலியேனாய், சில்தாய், எலியேல்,

20. Elienai, Zilthai, and Eliel,

21. அதாயா, பெராயா, சிம்ராத் என்பவர்கள் சிமியின் குமாரர்.

21. Adaia, and Beraia, and Zimreth the sonnes of Simhi.

22. இஸ்பான், ஏபேர், ஏலியேல்,

22. Iispan, Eber, and Eliel,

23. அப்தோன், சிக்ரி, ஆனான்,

23. Abdon, and Zicri, and Hanan,

24. அனனியா, ஏலாம், அந்தோதியா,

24. Hanania, Elam, and Anathothia,

25. இபிதியா, பெனூயேல் என்பவர்கள் சாஷாக்கின் குமாரர்.

25. Iephdeia, and Phenuel, the sonnes of Sadac.

26. சம்சேராய், செகரியா, அத்தாலியா,

26. And Samserai, Seharia, and Athaliah,

27. யரெஷியா, எலியா, சிக்ரி என்பவர்கள் எரொகாமின் குமாரர்.

27. Iaresiah, Elia, and Zichri, the sonnes of Ieroham.

28. இவர்கள் தங்கள் சந்ததிகளின் பிதாக்களிலே தலைவராயிருந்து, எருசலேமிலே குடியிருந்தார்கள்.

28. These were auncient fathers and captaynes in their kinredes, & these dwelt in Hierusalem.

29. கிபியோனிலே குடியிருந்தவன், கிபியோனின் மூப்பன்; அவன் பெண்ஜாதியின் பேர் மாக்காள்.

29. And at Gibeon dwelt Abi Gibeon, whose wyfe was called Maacah.

30. அவன் மூத்த குமாரன் அப்தோன் என்பவன்; மற்றவர்கள், சூர், கீஸ், பாகால், நாதாப்,

30. And his eldest sonne was Abdon, then Zur, Cis, Baal, and Nadab,

31. கேதோர், அகியோ, சேகேர் என்பவர்கள்.

31. Gedor, Ahio, and Zacher.

32. மிக்லோத் சிமியாவைப் பெற்றான்; இவர்களும் தங்கள் சகோதரரோடுங்கூட எருசலேமிலே தங்கள் சகோதரருக்குச் சமீபத்தில் குடியிருந்தார்கள்.

32. And Mikloth begat Simea: And these also dwelt with their brethren in Hierusalem ouer against them.

33. நேர் கீசைப் பெற்றான்; கீஸ் சவுலைப் பெற்றான்; சவுல் யோனத்தானையும், மல்கிசூவாவையும், அபினதாபையும், எஸ்பாலையும் பெற்றான்.

33. Ner begat Cis, and Cis begat Saul, and Saul begat Iehonathan, Malchisua, Abinadab, and Esbaal.

34. யோனத்தானின் குமாரன் மேரிபால்; மேரிபால் மீகாவைப் பெற்றான்.

34. And the sonne of Iehonathan was Meribbaal, & Meribbaal begat Micah.

35. மீகாவின் குமாரர், பித்தோன், மேலேக், தரேயா, ஆகாஸ் என்பவர்கள்.

35. And the sonnes of Micah were Piton, Melech, Tharea, and Ahaz.

36. ஆகாஸ் யோகதாவைப் பெற்றான்; யோகதா அலமேத்தையும், அஸ்மாவேத்தையும், சிம்ரியையும் பெற்றான்; சிம்ரி மோசாவைப் பெற்றான்.

36. And Ahaz begat Iehoiada: And Iehoiada begat Alemeth, Asmaneth, and Zimri: Zimri begat Moza.

37. மோசா பினியாவைப் பெற்றான்; இவன் குமாரன் ரப்பா; இவன் குமாரன் எலியாசா; இவன் குமாரன் ஆத்சேல்.

37. Moza begat Binea, whose sonne was Rapha, and his sonne was Elasa, and his sonne Azel.

38. ஆத்சேலுக்கு ஆறு குமாரர் இருந்தார்கள்; அவர்கள் நாமங்களாவன, அஸ்ரீக்காம், பொக்குரு, இஸ்மவேல், செகரியா, ஒபதியா, ஆனான்; இவர்கள் எல்லாரும் ஆத்சேலின் குமாரர்.

38. And Azel had sixe sonnes, whose names are these: Esricam, Bochri, Ismael, Searia, Obadia, and Hanan: Al these were the sonnes of Azel.

39. அவன் சகோதரனாகிய எசேக்கின் குமாரர், ஊலாம் என்னும் மூத்தகுமாரனும், ஏகூஸ் என்னும் இரண்டாம் குமாரனும், எலிபேலேத் என்னும் மூன்றாம் குமாரனுமே.

39. And the sonnes of Esek his brother, were: Ulam his eldest, Iehus the second, and Eliphelet the thirde.

40. ஊலாமின் குமாரர் பராக்கிரமசாலிகளான வில்வீரராய் இருந்தார்கள்; அவர்களுக்கு அநேகம் புத்திரர் பெளத்திரர் இருந்தார்கள்; அவர்கள் தொகை நூற்றைம்பதுபேர்; இவர்கள் எல்லாரும் பென்யமீன் புத்திரர்.

40. And the sonnes of Ulam were mightie men, & strong archers, and had many sonnes, and sonnes sonnes, an hundred & fyftie. All these are of the sonnes of Beniam.
