1. தகனபலிபீடத்தையும் சீத்திம் மரத்தால் உண்டாக்கினான்; அது ஐந்து முழநீளமும் ஐந்து முழ அகலமும் சதுரவடிவும் மூன்று முழ உயரமுமானது.

1. The altar of burned offerings he made of hard wood; a square altar, five cubits long, five cubits wide and three cubits high,

2. அதின் நாலு மூலைகளிலும் அதனோடு ஏகமாயிருக்கிற அதின் நாலு கொம்புகளையும் உண்டாக்கி, அதை வெண்கலத்தகட்டால் மூடி,

2. And he put horns at its four angles made of the same, plating it all with brass;

3. அந்தப் பீடத்தின் சகல பணிமுட்டுகளாகிய சாம்பல் எடுக்கத்தக்க சட்டிகளையும், கரண்டிகளையும், கிண்ணிகளையும், முள்துறடுகளையும், நெருப்புச் சட்டிகளையும் உண்டாக்கினான்; அதின் பணிமுட்டுகளையெல்லாம் வெண்கலத்தினால் பண்ணினான்.

3. And brass was used for all the vessels of the altar, the baskets and the spades, the basins and the meat-hooks and the fire-trays; all the vessels he made of brass

4. வலைப்பின்னல்போன்ற ஒரு வெண்கலச் சல்லடையையும் பலிபீடத்திற்கு உண்டாக்கி, அதை அந்தப் பீடத்தின் சுற்றுக்குக் கீழே பாதி உயரத்தில் இருக்கத்தக்கதாக வைத்து,

4. And he made a network of brass for the altar, under the frame round it, stretching half-way up;

5. அந்த வெண்கலச் சல்லடையின் நாலு மூலைகளிலும் தண்டுகளைப் பாய்ச்சுகிறதற்கு நாலு வளையங்களை வார்ப்பித்து,

5. And four rings for the four angles of this network, to take the rods.

6. அந்தத் தண்டுகளைச் சீத்திம் மரத்தால் பண்ணி, அவைகளை வெண்கலத்தகட்டால் மூடி,

6. The rods he made of hard wood plated with brass.

7. பலிபீடத்தை அவைகளால் சுமக்கத்தக்கதாக, அதின் பக்கங்களிலுள்ள வளையங்களில் பாய்ச்சினான்; பலிபீடத்தை உள்வெளிவிட்டுப் பலகைகளினால் செய்தான்.

7. He put the rods through the rings at the opposite sides of the altar for lifting it; he made the altar hollow, boarded in with wood.

8. ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்தின் வாசலில் கூட்டம் கூட்டமாய்க் கூடின ஸ்திரீகளின் தர்ப்பணங்களாலே, வெண்கலத் தொட்டியையும் அதின் வெண்கலப் பாதத்தையும் உண்டாக்கினான்.

8. And he made the washing-vessel of brass on a brass base, using the polished brass looking-glasses given by the women who did work at the doors of the Tent of meeting.

9. பிராகாரத்தையும் உண்டுபண்ணினான். தெற்கே தென்திசைக்கு எதிரான பிராகாரத்துக்குத் திரித்த மெல்லிய பஞ்சுநூலால் நெய்த நூறு முழ நீளமான தொங்குதிரைகளைச் செய்தான்.

9. To make the open space, he put hangings on the south side, of the best linen, a hundred cubits long:

10. அவைகளின் தூண்கள் இருபது; அவைகளின் வெண்கலப் பாதங்கள் இருபது; தூண்களின் கொக்கிகளும் அவைகளின் பூண்களும் வெள்ளி.

10. Their twenty pillars and their twenty bases were brass; and the hooks of the pillars and their bands were of silver.

11. வடபக்கத்துத் தொங்குதிரைகள் நூறு முழம்; அவைகளின் தூண்கள் இருபது; அவைகளின் வெண்கலப் பாதங்கள் இருபது; தூண்களின் கொக்கிகளும் பூண்களும் வெள்ளி.

11. And for the north side. hangings a hundred cubits long, on twenty brass pillars in brass bases, with silver hooks and bands.

12. மேற்பக்கத்துத் தொங்குதிரைகள் ஐம்பது முழம்; அவைகளின் தூண்கள் பத்து; அவைகளின் பாதங்கள் பத்து; தூண்களின் கொக்கிகளும் அவைகளின் பூண்களும் வெள்ளி.

12. And on the west side, hangings fifty cubits long, on ten pillars in ten bases, with silver bands.

13. சூரியன் உதிக்கிற திசையாகிய கீழ்ப்பக்கத்துத் தொங்குதிரைகள் ஐம்பது முழம்.

13. And on the east side, the open space was fifty cubits long.

14. ஒருபுறத்துத் தொங்குதிரைகள் பதினைந்து முழம்; அவைகளின் தூண்கள் மூன்று; அவைகளின் பாதங்கள் மூன்று.

14. The hangings on one side of the doorway were fifteen cubits long, on three pillars with their three bases;

15. பிராகாரவாசலின் ஒருபுறத்துக்குச் சரியாக மறுபுறத்திலும் தொங்குதிரைகள் பதினைந்து முழம்; அவைகளின் தூண்கள் மூன்று; அவைகளின் பாதங்கள் மூன்று.

15. And the same on the other side of the doorway; on this side and on that the hangings were fifteen cubits long, on three pillars with their three bases.

16. சுற்றுபிராகாரத்துத் தொங்குதிரைகளெல்லாம் மெல்லிய பஞ்சுநூலால் நெய்யப்பட்டிருந்தது.

16. All the hangings were of the best linen.

17. தூண்களின் பாதங்கள் வெண்கலம்; தூண்களின் கொக்கிகளும், பூண்களும் வெள்ளி; அவைகளின் குமிழ்களை மூடிய தகடும் வெள்ளி; பிராகாரத்தின் தூண்களெல்லாம் வெள்ளிப்பூண்கள் போடப்பட்டவைகளுமாயிருந்தது.

17. And the bases of the pillars were of brass; their hooks and the bands round the tops of them were of silver; all the pillars were ringed with silver.

18. பிராகார வாசலின் தொங்குதிரை இளநீலநூலாலும் இரத்தாம்பரநூலாலும் சிவப்புநூலாலும் திரித்த மெல்லிய பஞ்சுநூலாலும் செய்யப்பட்ட விசித்திரத்தையல் வேலையாயிருந்தது; அதின் நீளம் இருபது முழம், அதின் அகலமும் உயரமும் பிராகாரத்தின் தொங்குதிரைகளுக்குச் சரியாய் ஐந்து முழம்.

18. And the curtain for the doorway of the open space was of the best linen, with designs of blue and purple and red in needlework; it was twenty cubits long and five cubits high, to go with the hangings round the sides.

19. அவைகளின் தூண்கள் நாலு; அவைகளின் வெண்கலப் பாதங்கள் நாலு; அவைகளின் கொக்கிகள் வெள்ளி; அவைகளின் குமிழ்களை மூடிய தகடும் அவைகளின் பூண்களும் வெள்ளி.

19. There were four pillars with their bases, all of brass, the hooks being of silver, and their tops and their bands being covered with silver.

20. வாசஸ்தலத்துக்கும் பிராகாரத்துக்கும் சுற்றிலும் இருந்த முளைகளெல்லாம் வெண்கலம்.

20. All the nails used for the House and the open space round it were of brass.

21. மோசேயின் கட்டளைப்படி ஆசாரியனான ஆரோனின் குமாரனாகிய இத்தாமாரின் கையிலே லேவியரின் ஊழியத்திற்கென்று எண்ணிக் கொடுக்கப்பட்ட சாட்சியின் வாசஸ்தலத்துப் பொருள்களின் தொகை இதுவே.

21. This is the price of the making of the House, even the House of witness, as it was valued by the word of Moses, for the work of the Levites under the direction of Ithamar, the son of Aaron the priest.

22. யூதாவின் கோத்திரத்தில் ஊரின் மகனாகிய ஊரியின் குமாரன் பெசலெயேல் கர்த்தர் மோசேக்குக் கற்பித்ததை எல்லாம் செய்தான்.

22. Bezalel, the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, made everything as the Lord had given orders to Moses.

23. அவனோடேகூடத் தாண் கோத்திரத்து அகிசாமாகின் குமாரனாகிய அகோலியாப் சித்திரக் கொத்துவேலைக்காரனும், விநோத வேலைகளைச்செய்கிற தொழிலாளியும், இளநீலநூலாலும் இரத்தாம்பரநூலாலும் சிவப்புநூலாலும் மெல்லிய பஞ்சுநூலாலும் சித்திரத் தையல்வேலை செய்கிறவனுமாயிருந்தான்.

23. And with him was Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan; a designer and a trained workman, expert in needlework of blue and purple and red and the best linen.

24. பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தின் வேலைகள் யாவற்றிற்கும் காணிக்கையாகக் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுச் செலவான பொன்னெல்லாம் பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தின் சேக்கலின்படி இருபத்தொன்பது தாலந்தும் எழுநூற்று முப்பது சேக்கல் நிறையுமாய் இருந்தது.

24. The gold used for all the different work done for the holy place, the gold which was given, was twenty-nine talents, and seven hundred and thirty shekels in weight, by the scale of the holy place.

25. சபையில் எண்ணப்பட்டவர்கள் கொடுத்த வெள்ளி பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தின் சேக்கலின்படி நூறு தாலந்தும், ஆயிரத்தெழுநூற்று எழுபத்தைந்து சேக்கல் நிறையுமாய் இருந்தது.

25. And the silver given by those who were numbered of the people was a hundred talents, and a thousand, seven hundred and seventy-five shekels in weight, by the scale of the holy place.

26. எண்ணப்பட்டவர்களின் தொகையில் சேர்ந்த இருபது வயது முதற்கொண்டு அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட ஆறுலட்சத்து மூவாயிரத்து ஐந்நூற்று ஐம்பது பேர்களில் ஒவ்வொரு தலைக்கு பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தின் சேக்கலின்படி அரைச்சேக்கலாகிய பெக்கா என்னும் விழுக்காடு சேர்ந்தது.

26. A beka, that is, half a shekel by the holy scale, for everyone who was numbered; there were six hundred and three thousand, five hundred and fifty men of twenty years old and over.

27. அந்த வெள்ளியில் நூறு தாலந்து வெள்ளியினால் பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தின் பாதங்களும் திரையின் பாதங்களும் வார்ப்பிக்கப்பட்டது; பாதத்துக்கு ஒரு தாலந்து விழுக்காடு நூறு பாதங்களுக்கு நூறு தாலந்து செலவாயிற்று.

27. Of this silver, a hundred talents was used for making the bases of the pillars of the holy place and of the veil; a talent for every base.

28. அந்த ஆயிரத்தெழுநூற்று எழுபத்தைந்து சேக்கலால் தூண்களுக்குப் பூண்களைப் பண்ணி, அவைகளின் குமிழ்களைத் தகடுகளால் மூடி, அவைகளுக்குப் பூண்களை உண்டாக்கினான்.

28. And a thousand, seven hundred and seventy-five shekels of silver was used to make the hooks for the pillars, and for plating the tops of the pillars and for making their bands.

29. காணிக்கையாகச் செலுத்தப்பட்ட வெண்கலமானது எழுபது தாலந்தும் இரண்டாயிரத்து நானூறு சேக்கல் நிறையுமாய் இருந்தது.

29. The brass which was given was seventy talents, two thousand four hundred shekels;

30. அதினாலே ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரவாசல் மறைவின் பாதங்களையும், வெண்கலப்பலிபீடத்தையும், அதின் வெண்கலச் சல்லடையையும், பலிபீடத்தின் சகல பணிமுட்டுகளையும்,

30. From it he made the bases of the doorway of the Tent of meeting and the brass altar and the network for it and all the vessels for the altar,

31. சுற்றுப் பிராகாரத்தின் பாதங்களையும், பிராகாரவாசல் மறைவின் பாதங்களையும், வாசஸ்தலத்தின் சகல முளைகளையும், சுற்றுப்பிராகாரத்தின் சகலமுளைகளையும் பண்ணினான்.

31. And the bases for the open space all round and for its doorway, and all the nails for the House and for the open space.
