1. கர்த்தாவே, என் முழு இருதயத்தோடும் உம்மைத் துதிப்பேன்; உம்முடைய அதிசயங்களையெல்லாம் விவரிப்பேன்.

1. [To the chiefe musition at the death of Labben, a psalme of Dauid.] I wyl prayse God with all myne heart: I wyl recite all thy marueylous workes.

2. உம்மில் மகிழ்ந்து களிகூருவேன்; உன்னதமானவரே, உமது நாமத்தைக் கீர்த்தனம் பண்ணுவேன்.

2. I wyll be glad & reioyce in thee: I wyll sing psalmes vnto thy name, O thou most hyest.

3. என் சத்துருக்கள் பின்னாகத் திரும்பும்போது, உமது சமுகத்தில் அவர்கள் இடறுண்டு அழிந்துபோவார்கள்.

3. For that myne enemies are returned backwarde: are fallen and perished at thy presence.

4. நீர் என் நியாயத்தையும் என் வழக்கையும் தீர்த்து, நீதியுள்ள நியாயாதிபதியாய் சிங்காசனத்தின்மேல் வீற்றிருக்கிறீர்.

4. For that thou hast geuen iudgement in my ryght and cause: thou that iudgest right, hast sit in the throne of iudgement.

5. ஜாதிகளைக் கடிந்துகொண்டு, துன்மார்க்கரை அழித்து, அவர்கள் நாமத்தை என்றென்றைக்கும் இல்லாதபடி குலைத்துப்போட்டீர்.

5. Thou hast rebuked the Heathen, and destroyed the vngodly: thou hast abolished their name for euer and euer.

6. சத்துருக்கள் என்றென்றைக்கும் பாழாக்கப்பட்டார்கள்; அவர்கள் பட்டணங்களை நிர்மூலமாக்கினீர்; அவர்களைப் பற்றிய நினைவும் அற்றுப் போயிற்று.

6. O thou enemie thou thoughtest to bryng vs to a perpetuall desolation: and to destroy our cities, so that there shoulde remayne no memory of them.

7. கர்த்தரோ என்றென்றைக்கும் வீற்றிருப்பார்; தம்முடைய சிங்காசனத்தை நியாயத்தீர்ப்புக்கென்று எற்படுத்தியிருக்கிறார்.

7. But God wyll sit for euer: he hath prepared his throne for iudgement.

8. அவர் பூவுலகை நீதியாய் நியாயந்தீர்த்து, சகல ஜனங்களுக்கும் செம்மையாய் நீதிசெய்வார்.

8. For he wyll iudge the world in iustice: and minister iudgement vnto the people in righteousnesse.

9. சிறுமைப்பட்டவனுக்குக் கர்த்தர் அடைக்கலமானவர்; நெருக்கப்படுகிற காலங்களில் அவரே தஞ்சமானவர்.

9. God also wyll be a refuge for the oppressed: euen a refuge in tyme of trouble.

10. கர்த்தாவே, உம்மைத் தேடுகிறவர்களை நீர் கைவிடுகிறதில்லை; ஆதலால், உமது நாமத்தை அறிந்தவர்கள் உம்மை நம்பியிருப்பார்கள்.

10. And they that knowe thy name wyll put their trust in thee: for thou O God hast neuer fayled them that seeke thee.

11. சீயோனில் வாசமாயிருக்கிற கர்த்தரைக் கீர்த்தனம்பண்ணி, அவர் செய்கைகளை ஜனங்களுக்குள்ளே அறிவியுங்கள்.

11. Sing psalmes vnto God abiding at Sion: declare his notable actes among the people.

12. எனெனில் இரத்தப்பழிகளைக்குறித்து அவர் விசாரணை செய்யும்போது, அவர்களை நினைக்கிறார்; சிறுமைப்பட்டவர்களுடைய கூக்குரலை மறவார்.

12. For he maketh inquisition of blood: he remembreth it, and forgetteth not the complaynt of the poore.

13. மரணவாசல்களிலிருந்து என்னைத் தூக்கிவிடுகிற கர்த்தாவே, நான் உம்முடைய துதிகளையெல்லாம் சீயோன் குமாரத்தியின் வாசல்களில் விவரித்து, உம்முடைய இரட்சிப்பினால் களிகூரும்படிக்கு,

13. Haue mercy on me O God: consider the trouble whiche I suffer of them that hate me, lift me vp from the gates of death.

14. தேவரீர் எனக்கு இரங்கி, என்னைப் பகைக்கிறவர்களால் எனக்குவரும் துன்பத்தை நோக்கிப்பாரும்.

14. That I may shewe all thy prayses within the gates of the daughter of Sion: and reioyce in thy saluation.

15. ஜாதிகள் தாங்கள் வெட்டின குழியில் தாங்களே விழுந்தார்கள்: அவர்கள் மறைவாய் வைத்த வலையில் அவர்களுடைய கால்களே அகப்பட்டுக்கொண்டன.

15. The Heathen are sunke downe into the pit that they made: their owne foote is snared in the same net whiche they had layde priuily [for other.]

16. கர்த்தர் தாம் செய்த நியாயத்தினால் அறியப்படுகிறார்; துன்மார்க்கன் தன் கைகளின் செய்கையிலே சிக்கிக்கொண்டான். (இகாயோன், சேலா.)

16. God is knowen by the iudgement that he hath executed: the vngodly is trapped in ye worke of his owne handes, this ought to be considered alwayes. Selah.

17. துன்மார்க்கரும், தேவனை மறக்கிற எல்லா ஜாதிகளும், நரகத்திலே தள்ளப்படுவார்கள்.

17. The wicked shalbe turned vnto hell: and all people that forget God.

18. எளியவன் என்றைக்கும் மறக்கப்படுவதில்லை; சிறுமைப்பட்டவர்களுடைய நம்பிக்கை ஒருபோதும் கெட்டுப்போவதில்லை.

18. But the poore shall not alway be forgotten: [neither] shall the hope of the humble afflicted, perishe for euer.

19. எழுந்தருளும் கர்த்தாவே, மனுஷன் பெலன்கொள்ளாதபடி செய்யும்; ஜாதிகள் உம்முடைய சமுகத்தில் நியாயந்தீர்க்கப்படக்கடவர்கள்.

19. Aryse vp O God, let not man preuaile: let the Heathen in thy sight be iudged.

20. ஜாதிகள் தங்களை மனுஷர்தான் என்று அறியும்படிக்கு, அவர்களுக்குப் பயமுண்டாக்கும், கர்த்தாவே. (சேலா)

20. Put them in feare O God: that the Heathen may knowe them selues to be but men. Selah.
