1. கர்த்தாவே, என் முழு இருதயத்தோடும் உம்மைத் துதிப்பேன்; உம்முடைய அதிசயங்களையெல்லாம் விவரிப்பேன்.

1. I will give thanks to LORD with my whole heart. I will show forth all thy marvelous works.

2. உம்மில் மகிழ்ந்து களிகூருவேன்; உன்னதமானவரே, உமது நாமத்தைக் கீர்த்தனம் பண்ணுவேன்.

2. I will be glad and exult in thee. I will sing praise to thy name, O thou Most High.

3. என் சத்துருக்கள் பின்னாகத் திரும்பும்போது, உமது சமுகத்தில் அவர்கள் இடறுண்டு அழிந்துபோவார்கள்.

3. When my enemies turn back, they stumble and perish at thy presence.

4. நீர் என் நியாயத்தையும் என் வழக்கையும் தீர்த்து, நீதியுள்ள நியாயாதிபதியாய் சிங்காசனத்தின்மேல் வீற்றிருக்கிறீர்.

4. For thou have maintained my right and my cause. Thou sit in the throne judging righteously.

5. ஜாதிகளைக் கடிந்துகொண்டு, துன்மார்க்கரை அழித்து, அவர்கள் நாமத்தை என்றென்றைக்கும் இல்லாதபடி குலைத்துப்போட்டீர்.

5. Thou have rebuked the nations. Thou have destroyed the wicked. Thou have blotted out their name forever and ever.

6. சத்துருக்கள் என்றென்றைக்கும் பாழாக்கப்பட்டார்கள்; அவர்கள் பட்டணங்களை நிர்மூலமாக்கினீர்; அவர்களைப் பற்றிய நினைவும் அற்றுப் போயிற்று.

6. The enemy have come to an end. They are desolate forever, and the cities which thou have overthrown. The very memory of them is perished,

7. கர்த்தரோ என்றென்றைக்கும் வீற்றிருப்பார்; தம்முடைய சிங்காசனத்தை நியாயத்தீர்ப்புக்கென்று எற்படுத்தியிருக்கிறார்.

7. but LORD will endure forever. He has prepared his throne for judgment,

8. அவர் பூவுலகை நீதியாய் நியாயந்தீர்த்து, சகல ஜனங்களுக்கும் செம்மையாய் நீதிசெய்வார்.

8. and he will judge the world in righteousness. He will minister justice to the peoples in uprightness.

9. சிறுமைப்பட்டவனுக்குக் கர்த்தர் அடைக்கலமானவர்; நெருக்கப்படுகிற காலங்களில் அவரே தஞ்சமானவர்.

9. LORD will also be a high tower for the oppressed, a high tower in times of trouble.

10. கர்த்தாவே, உம்மைத் தேடுகிறவர்களை நீர் கைவிடுகிறதில்லை; ஆதலால், உமது நாமத்தை அறிந்தவர்கள் உம்மை நம்பியிருப்பார்கள்.

10. And those who know thy name will put their trust in thee, for thou, LORD, have not forsaken those who seek thee.

11. சீயோனில் வாசமாயிருக்கிற கர்த்தரைக் கீர்த்தனம்பண்ணி, அவர் செய்கைகளை ஜனங்களுக்குள்ளே அறிவியுங்கள்.

11. Sing praises to LORD, who dwells in Zion. Declare among the people his doings.

12. எனெனில் இரத்தப்பழிகளைக்குறித்து அவர் விசாரணை செய்யும்போது, அவர்களை நினைக்கிறார்; சிறுமைப்பட்டவர்களுடைய கூக்குரலை மறவார்.

12. For he who makes inquiry for blood remembers them. He does not forget the cry of the poor.

13. மரணவாசல்களிலிருந்து என்னைத் தூக்கிவிடுகிற கர்த்தாவே, நான் உம்முடைய துதிகளையெல்லாம் சீயோன் குமாரத்தியின் வாசல்களில் விவரித்து, உம்முடைய இரட்சிப்பினால் களிகூரும்படிக்கு,

13. Have mercy upon me, O LORD. Behold my affliction from those who hate me, thou who lifts me up from the gates of death

14. தேவரீர் எனக்கு இரங்கி, என்னைப் பகைக்கிறவர்களால் எனக்குவரும் துன்பத்தை நோக்கிப்பாரும்.

14. that I may show forth all thy praise. In the gates of the daughter of Zion I will rejoice in thy salvation.

15. ஜாதிகள் தாங்கள் வெட்டின குழியில் தாங்களே விழுந்தார்கள்: அவர்கள் மறைவாய் வைத்த வலையில் அவர்களுடைய கால்களே அகப்பட்டுக்கொண்டன.

15. The nations are sunk down in the pit that they made. In the net which they hid, their own foot is taken.

16. கர்த்தர் தாம் செய்த நியாயத்தினால் அறியப்படுகிறார்; துன்மார்க்கன் தன் கைகளின் செய்கையிலே சிக்கிக்கொண்டான். (இகாயோன், சேலா.)

16. LORD has made himself known. He has executed justice. The wicked man is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah.

17. துன்மார்க்கரும், தேவனை மறக்கிற எல்லா ஜாதிகளும், நரகத்திலே தள்ளப்படுவார்கள்.

17. Wicked men shall be turned back to Sheol, even all the nations that forget God.

18. எளியவன் என்றைக்கும் மறக்கப்படுவதில்லை; சிறுமைப்பட்டவர்களுடைய நம்பிக்கை ஒருபோதும் கெட்டுப்போவதில்லை.

18. For a needy man shall not always be forgotten, nor the expectation of the poor perish forever.

19. எழுந்தருளும் கர்த்தாவே, மனுஷன் பெலன்கொள்ளாதபடி செய்யும்; ஜாதிகள் உம்முடைய சமுகத்தில் நியாயந்தீர்க்கப்படக்கடவர்கள்.

19. Arise, O LORD, let not man prevail. Let the nations be judged in thy sight.

20. ஜாதிகள் தங்களை மனுஷர்தான் என்று அறியும்படிக்கு, அவர்களுக்குப் பயமுண்டாக்கும், கர்த்தாவே. (சேலா)

20. Put them in fear, O LORD. Let the nations know themselves to be but men. Selah.
