1. ராஜாவாகிய என் தேவனே, உம்மை உயர்த்தி, உம்முடைய நாமத்தை எப்பொழுதும் என்றென்றைக்கும் ஸ்தோத்திரிப்பேன்.

1. [Aleph] I will extol thee, my God, my king, and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.

2. நாடோறும் உம்மை ஸ்தோத்திரித்து, எப்பொழுதும் என்றென்றைக்கும் உம்முடைய நாமத்தைத் துதிப்பேன்.

2. [Beth] Each day will I bless thee, and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.

3. கர்த்தர் பெரியவரும் மிகவும் புகழப்படத்தக்கவருமாயிருக்கிறார்; அவருடைய மகத்துவம் ஆராய்ந்து முடியாது.

3. [Gimel] Great [is] the LORD and greatly to be praised, and his greatness [is] unsearchable.

4. தலைமுறை தலைமுறையாக உம்முடைய கிரியைகளின் புகழ்ச்சியைச் சொல்லி, உம்முடைய வல்லமையுள்ள செய்கைகளை அறிவிப்பார்கள்.

4. [Daleth] One generation shall praise thy works to another and shall declare thy mighty acts.

5. உம்முடைய சிறந்த மகிமைப் பிரதாபத்தையும், உம்முடைய அதிசயமான கிரியைகளையுங்குறித்துப் பேசுவேன்.

5. [He] I will speak of the beauty of the glory of thy majesty and of thy wondrous works.

6. ஜனங்கள் உம்முடைய பயங்கரமான கிரியைகளின் வல்லமையைச் சொல்லுவார்கள்; உம்முடைய மகத்துவத்தை நான் விவரிப்பேன்.

6. [Vau] And [men] shall speak of the might of thy terrible acts, and I will declare thy greatness.

7. [Zain] They shall proclaim the memory of thy great goodness and shall sing [of] thy righteousness.

8. [Cheth] The LORD [is] gracious and full of compassion, slow to anger and of great mercy.

9. கர்த்தர் எல்லார்மேலும் தயவுள்ளவர்; அவர் இரக்கங்கள் அவருடைய எல்லாக் கிரியைகளின்மேலுமுள்ளது.

9. [Teth] The LORD [is] good to all; and his tender mercies [shine] over all his works.

10. கர்த்தாவே, உம்முடைய கிரியைகளெல்லாம் உம்மைத் துதிக்கும்; உம்முடைய பரிசுத்தவான்கள் உம்மை ஸ்தோத்திரிப்பார்கள்.

10. [Jod] Let all thy works praise thee, O LORD, and thy merciful ones bless thee.

11. மனுபுத்திரருக்கு உமது வல்லமையுள்ள செய்கைகளையும், உமது ராஜ்யத்தின் சிறந்த மகிமைப்பிரதாபத்தையும் தெரிவிக்கும்படிக்கு;

11. [Caph] They speak of the glory of thy kingdom and talk of thy power,

12. உமது ராஜ்யத்தின் மகிமையை அறிவித்து, உமது வல்லமையைக் குறித்துப் பேசுவார்கள்.

12. [Lamed] to make known to the sons of Adam his mighty acts and the glory of the magnificence of his kingdom.

13. உம்முடைய ராஜ்யம் சதாகாலங்களிலுமுள்ள ராஜ்யம், உம்முடைய ஆளுகை தலைமுறை தலைமுறையாகவும் உள்ளது.

13. [Mem] Thy kingdom [is] a kingdom of all ages, and thy dominion [endures] throughout all generations.

14. கர்த்தர் விழுகிற யாவரையும் தாங்கி, மடங்கடிக்கப்பட்ட யாவரையும் தூக்கிவிடுகிறார்.

14. [Samech] The LORD upholds all that fall and raises up all [those that are] oppressed.

15. எல்லா ஜீவன்களின் கண்களும் உம்மை நோக்கிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறது; ஏற்ற வேளையிலே நீர் அவைகளுக்கு ஆகாரங்கொடுக்கிறீர்.

15. [Ain] The eyes of all wait upon thee, and thou givest them their food in due season.

16. நீர் உமது கையைத் திறந்து, சகல பிராணிகளின் வாஞ்சையையும் திருப்தியாக்குகிறீர்.

16. [Pe] Thou dost open thine hand and satisfy the desire [of] every living thing.

17. கர்த்தர் தமது வழிகளிலெல்லாம் நீதியுள்ளவரும், தமது கிரியைகளிலெல்லாம் கிருபையுள்ளவருமாயிருக்கிறார்.

17. [Tzaddi] The LORD [is] righteous in all his ways and merciful in all his works.

18. [Koph] The LORD [is] near unto all those that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.

19. அவர் தமக்குப் பயந்தவர்களுடைய விருப்பத்தின்படி செய்து, அவர்கள் கூப்பிடுதலைக் கேட்டு, அவர்களை இரட்சிக்கிறார்.

19. [Resh] He will fulfil the desire of those that fear him; he also will hear their cry and will save them.

20. கர்த்தர் தம்மில் அன்புகூருகிற யாவரையும் காப்பாற்றி, துன்மார்க்கர் யாவரையும் அழிப்பார்.

20. [Schin] The LORD preserves all those that love him, but all the wicked he will destroy.

21. என் வாய் கர்த்தரின் துதியைச் சொல்வதாக; மாம்சதேகமுள்ள யாவும் அவருடைய பரிசுத்த நாமத்தை எப்பொழுதும் என்றென்றைக்கும் ஸ்தோத்திரிக்கக்கடவது.

21. [Tau] My mouth shall speak the praise of the LORD, and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.:
