4. Every valley will be exalted, and every mountain and hill will be made low; and the uneven will be made level, and the rough places a plain:

14. With whom did he take counsel, and who instructed him, and taught him in the path of justice, and taught him knowledge, and showed to him the way of understanding?

21. Have you+ not known? Have you+ not heard? Has it not been told to you+ from the beginning? Have you+ not understood from the foundations of the earth?

22. [It is] he who sits above the circle of the earth, and its inhabitants are as grasshoppers; who stretches out the heavens as a curtain, and spreads them out as a tent to dwell in;

23. who brings princes to nothing; who makes the judges of the earth as vanity.

24. Yes, they have not been planted; yes, they have not been sown; yes, their stock has not taken root in the earth: moreover he blows on them, and they wither, and the whirlwind takes them away as stubble.

25. இப்படியிருக்க, என்னை யாருக்கு ஒப்பிடுவீர்கள்? எனக்கு யாரை நிகராக்குவீர்கள்? என்று பரிசுத்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்.

25. To whom then will you+ liken me, that I should be equal [to him]? says the Holy One.

26. உங்கள் கண்களை ஏறெடுத்துப்பாருங்கள்; அவைகளைச் சிருஷ்டித்தவர் யார்? அவர் அவைகளின் சேனையை இலக்கத்திட்டமாகப் புறப்படப்பண்ணி, அவைகளையெல்லாம் பேர்பேராக அழைக்கிறவராமே; அவருடைய மகா பெலத்தினாலும், அவருடைய மகா வல்லமையினாலும், அவைகளில் ஒன்றும் குறையாமலிருக்கிறது.

26. Lift up your+ eyes on high, and see who has created these, that brings out their host by number; he calls them all by name; by the greatness of his might, and for that he is strong in power, not one is lacking.

27. யாக்கோபே, இஸ்ரவேலே: என் வழி கர்த்தருக்கு மறைவாயிற்று என்றும், என் நியாயம் என் தேவனிடத்தில் எட்டாமல் போகிறது என்றும் நீ சொல்வானேன்?

27. Why do you say, O Jacob, and speak, O Israel, My way is hid from Yahweh, and the justice [due] to me has passed away from my God?

28. பூமியின் கடையாந்தரங்களைச் சிருஷ்டித்த கர்த்தராகிய அநாதி தேவன் சோர்ந்துபோவதுமில்லை, இளைப்படைவதுமில்லை; இதை நீ அறியாயோ? இதை நீ கேட்டதில்லையோ? அவருடைய புத்தி ஆராய்ந்துமுடியாதது.

28. Haven't you known? Haven't you heard? The everlasting God, Yahweh, the Creator of the ends of the earth, does not faint, neither is weary; there is no searching of his understanding.

29. சோர்ந்துபோகிறவனுக்கு அவர் பெலன் கொடுத்து, சத்துவமில்லாதவனுக்குச் சத்துவத்தைப் பெருகப்பண்ணுகிறார்.

29. He gives power to the faint; and to him who has no might he increases strength.

30. Even the youths will faint and be weary, and the young men will completely fall:

31. கர்த்தருக்குக் காத்திருக்கிறவர்களோ புதுப்பெலன் அடைந்து, கழுகுகளைப்போலச் செட்டைகளை அடித்து எழும்புவார்கள்; அவர்கள் ஓடினாலும் இளைப்படையார்கள், நடந்தாலும் சோர்ந்துபோகார்கள்.

31. but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength; they will mount up with wings as eagles; they will run, and not be weary; they will walk, and not faint.
