1. பின்னும் கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி:

1. And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:

2. நான் யூதாவின் கோத்திரத்தில் ஊருடைய மகனான ஊரியின் குமாரன் பெசலெயேலைப் பேர்சொல்லி அழைத்து,

2. Behold, I have called by name Beseleel the son of Uri the son of Hur of the tribe of Juda,

3. விநோதமான வேலைகளை அவன் யோசித்துச் செய்கிறதற்கும், பொன்னிலும் வெள்ளியிலும் வெண்கலத்திலும் வேலைசெய்கிறதற்கும்,

3. And I have filled him with the spirit of God, with wisdom and understanding, and knowledge in all manner of work.

4. இரத்தினங்களை முத்திரைவெட்டாக வெட்டிப் பதிக்கிறதற்கும், மரத்தில் சித்திரவேலைகளைச் செய்கிறதற்கும்,

4. To devise whatsoever may be artificially made of gold, and silver, and brass,

5. மற்றும் சகலவித வேலைகளையும் யூகித்துச் செய்கிறதற்கும் வேண்டிய ஞானமும் புத்தியும் அறிவும் அவனுக்கு உண்டாக, அவனை தேவஆவியினால் நிரப்பினேன்.

5. Of marble, and precious stones, and variety of wood.

6. மேலும், தாண் கோத்திரத்திலுள்ள அகிசாமாகின் குமாரனாகிய அகோலியாபையும் அவனோடே துணையாகக் கூட்டினதுமன்றி, ஞான இருதயமுள்ள யாவருடைய இருதயத்திலும் ஞானத்தை அருளினேன்; நான் உனக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டயாவையும் அவர்கள் செய்வார்கள்.

6. And I have given him for his companion Ooliab the son of Achisamech of the tribe of Dan. And I have put wisdom in the heart of every skillful man, that they may make all things which I have commanded thee,

7. ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்தையும் சாட்சிப்பெட்டியையும் அதின்மேலுள்ள கிருபாசனத்தையும், கூடாரத்திலுள்ள சகல பணிமுட்டுகளையும்,

7. The tabernacle of the covenant, and the ark of the testimony, and the propitiatory that is over it, and all the vessels of the tabernacle,

8. மேஜையையும் அதின் பணிமுட்டுகளையும், சுத்தமான குத்துவிளக்கையும் அதின் சகல கருவிகளையும், தூபபீடத்தையும்,

8. And the table and the vessels thereof, the most pure candlestick with the vessels thereof, and the altars of incense,

9. தகனபலிபீடத்தையும் அதின் சகல பணிமுட்டுகளையும், தொட்டியையும் அதின் பாதத்தையும்,

9. And of holocaust, and all their vessels, the laver with its foot,

10. ஆராதனை வஸ்திரங்களையும், ஆசாரிய ஊழியம் செய்வதற்கான ஆசாரியனாகிய ஆரோனின் பரிசுத்த வஸ்திரங்களையும், அவன் குமாரரின் வஸ்திரங்களையும்,

10. The holy vestments in the ministry for Aaron the priest, and for his sons, that they may execute their office about the sacred things:

11. அபிஷேக தைலத்தையும், பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்துக்குச் சுகந்தவர்க்கங்களாகிய தூபவர்க்கத்தையும், நான் உனக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே, அவர்கள் செய்யவேண்டும் என்றார்.

11. The oil of unction, and the incense of spices in the sanctuary, all things which I have commanded thee, shall they make.

12. மேலும், கர்த்தர் மோசேயினிடத்தில்:

12. And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:

13. நீ இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரை நோக்கி, நீங்கள் என் ஓய்வுநாட்களை ஆசரிக்க வேண்டும்; உங்களைப் பரிசுத்தப்படுத்துகிற கர்த்தர் நான் என்பதை நீங்கள் அறியும்படி, இது உங்கள் தலைமுறைதோறும் எனக்கும் உங்களுக்கும் அடையாளமாயிருக்கும்.

13. Speak to the children of Israel, and thou shalt say to them: See that thou keep my sabbath: because it is a sign between me and you in your generations: that you may know that I am the Lord, who sanctify you.

14. ஆகையால், ஓய்வுநாளை ஆசரிப்பீர்களாக; அது உங்களுக்குப் பரிசுத்தமானது; அதைப் பரிசுத்தக்குலைச்சலாக்குகிறவன் கொலையுண்ணக்கடவன்; அதிலே வேலைசெய்கிற எந்த ஆத்துமாவும் தன் ஜனத்தின் நடுவில் இராதபடிக்கு அறுப்புண்டுபோவான்.

14. Keep you my sabbath: for it is holy unto you: he that shall profane it, shall be put to death: he that shall do my work in it, his soul shall perish out of the midst of his people.

15. ஆறுநாளும் வேலைசெய்யலாம்; ஏழாம் நாளோ வேலை ஒழிந்திருக்கும் ஓய்வுநாள்; அது கர்த்தருக்குப் பரிசுத்தமானது; ஓய்வுநாளில் வேலைசெய்கிறவன் எவனும் கொலைசெய்யப்படவேண்டும்.

15. Six days shall you do work: in the seventh day is the sabbath, the rest holy to the Lord. Every one that shall do any work on this day, shall die.

16. ஆகையால், இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் தங்கள் தலைமுறைதோறும் ஓய்வுநாளை நித்திய உடன்படிக்கையாக ஆசரிக்கும்படி, அதைக் கைக்கொள்ளக்கடவர்கள்.

16. Let the children of Israel keep the sabbath, and celebrate it in their generations. It is an everlasting covenant

17. அது என்றைக்கும் எனக்கும் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருக்கும் அடையாளமாயிருக்கும்; ஆறுநாளைக்குள்ளே கர்த்தர் வானத்தையும் பூமியையும் உண்டாக்கி, ஏழாம் நாளிலே ஓய்ந்திருந்து பூரித்தார் என்றார்.

17. Between me and the children of Israel, and a perpetual sign. For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, and in the seventh he ceased from work.

18. சீனாய்மலையில் அவர் மோசேயோடே பேசி முடிந்தபின், தேவனுடைய விரலினால் எழுதப்பட்ட கற்பலகைகளாகிய சாட்சியின் இரண்டு பலகைகளை அவனிடத்தில் கொடுத்தார்.

18. And the Lord, when he had ended these words in mount Sinai, gave to Moses two stone tables of testimony, written with the finger of God.
