1. தூபங்காட்டுகிறதற்கு ஒரு தூபபீடத்தையும் சீத்திம் மரத்தினால் உண்டாக்குவாயாக.

1. 'And thou hast made an altar [for] making perfume; [of] shittim wood thou dost make it;

2. அது ஒரு முழ நீளமும் ஒரு முழ அகலமுமான சதுரமும், இரண்டு முழ உயரமுமாய் இருக்கவேண்டும், அதின் கொம்புகள் அதனோடே ஏகமுமாயிருக்க வேண்டும்.

2. a cubit its length, and a cubit its breadth, (it is square), and two cubits its height; its horns [are] of the same.

3. அதின் மேற்புறத்தையும் சுற்றுப்புறத்தையும் அதின் கொம்புகளையும் பசும்பொன்தகட்டால் மூடி, சுற்றிலும் அதற்குப் பொன்திரணையை உண்டுபண்ணி,

3. 'And thou hast overlaid it with pure gold, its top, and its sides round about, and its horns; and thou hast made to it a crown of gold round about;

4. அந்தத் திரணையின்கீழே அதின் இரண்டு பக்கங்களிலும் அதைச் சுமக்கும் தண்டுகளின் இடங்களாகிய அதின் இரண்டு பக்கத்து இரண்டு மூலைகளிலும் இரண்டு பொன் வளையங்களை உண்டாக்குவாயாக.

4. and two rings of gold thou dost make to it under its crown; on its two ribs thou dost make [them], on its two sides, and they have become places for staves, to bear it with them.

5. அந்தத் தண்டுகளையும் சீத்திம் மரத்தால் பண்ணி, அவைகளையும் பொன்தகட்டால் மூடக்கடவாய்.

5. 'And thou hast made the staves of shittim wood, and hast overlaid them with gold;

6. சாட்சிப்பெட்டிக்கு முன்னிருக்கும் திரைச்சீலைக்கும், நான் உன்னைச் சந்திக்கும் இடமாகிய சாட்சி சந்நிதியின்மேலுள்ள கிருபாசனத்துக்கும் முன்பாக அதை வைக்கக்கடவாய்.

6. and thou hast put it before the vail, which [is] by the ark of the testimony, before the mercy-seat which [is] over the testimony, whither I am met with thee.

7. 'And Aaron hath made perfume on it, perfume of spices, morning by morning; in his making the lamps right he doth perfume it,

8. உங்கள் தலைமுறைதோறும் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் காட்டவேண்டிய நித்திய தூபம் இதுவே.

8. and in Aaron's causing the lamps to go up between the evenings, he doth perfume it; a continual perfume before Jehovah to your generations.

9. அதின்மேல் அந்நிய தூபத்தையாகிலும், தகனபலியையாகிலும், போஜனபலியையாகிலும் படைக்கவேண்டாம்; அதின்மேல் பானபலியை ஊற்றவும்வேண்டாம்.

9. 'Ye do not cause strange perfume to go up upon it, and burnt-offering, and present, and libation ye do not pour out on it;

10. வருஷத்தில் ஒருமுறை ஆரோன் பாவநிவாரணபலியின் இரத்தத்தினால் அதின் கொம்புகளின்மேல் பிராயச்சித்தம்பண்ணுவானாக; உங்கள் தலைமுறைதோறும் வருஷத்தில் ஒருமுறை அதின்மேல் பிராயச்சித்தம்பண்ணுவானாக; அது கர்த்தருக்கு மகா பரிசுத்தமானது என்றார்.

10. and Aaron hath made atonement on its horns, once in a year, by the blood of the sin-offering of atonements; once in a year doth he make atonement for it, to your generations; it [is] most holy to Jehovah.'

11. பின்னும் கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி:

11. And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

12. நீ இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரை அவர்கள் இலக்கத்தின்படி கணக்குப்பார்க்கும் பொருட்டு, அவர்களை எண்ணும்போது, அவர்களுக்குள்ளே ஒரு வாதை உண்டாகாதபடிக்கு, அவர்களில் ஒவ்வொருவனும் எண்ணப்படும் சமயத்தில் தன்தன் ஆத்துமாவுக்காகக் கர்த்தருக்கு மீட்கும் பொருளைக் கொடுக்கக்கடவன்.

12. 'When thou takest up the sum of the sons of Israel for their numbers, then they have given each an atonement [for] his soul to Jehovah in their being numbered, and there is no plague among them in their being numbered.

13. எண்ணப்படுகிறவர்களின் தொகையிலே சேருகிற ஒவ்வொருவனும் பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்துச் சேக்கல் கணக்கின்படி அரைச்சேக்கல் கொடுக்கவேண்டும்; ஒரு சேக்கலுக்கு இருபது கேரா; கர்த்தருக்குச் செலுத்தப்படுவது அரைச்சேக்கல்.

13. 'This they do give, every one passing over unto those numbered, half a shekel, by the shekel of the sanctuary (the shekel [is] twenty gerahs); half a shekel [is] the heave-offering to Jehovah;

14. எண்ணப்படுகிறவர்களின் தொகையிலே சேருகிற இருபது வயது முதற்கொண்டு அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட ஒவ்வொருவனும் அதைக் கர்த்தருக்குச் செலுத்தவேண்டும்.

14. every one passing over unto those numbered, from a son of twenty years and upwards, doth give the heave-offering of Jehovah;

15. உங்கள் ஆத்துமாக்களுக்காகப் பாவநிவிர்த்திபண்ணும்படி நீங்கள் கர்த்தருக்குக் காணிக்கை செலுத்தும்போது, ஐசுவரியவான் அரைச்சேக்கலுக்கு அதிகமாய்க் கொடுக்கவும் வேண்டாம், தரித்திரன் அதற்குக் குறைவாகக் கொடுக்கவும் வேண்டாம்.

15. the rich doth not multiply, and the poor doth not diminish from the half-shekel, to give the heave-offering of Jehovah, to make atonement for your souls.

16. அந்தப் பாவநிவிர்த்தி பணத்தை நீ இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் கையில் வாங்கி, அதை ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்தின் திருப்பணிக்குக் கொடுப்பாயாக; அது கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் உங்கள் ஆத்துமாக்களுக்காகப் பாவநிவிர்த்தி செய்யும்பொருட்டு, இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருக்கு ஞாபகக்குறியாயிருக்கும் என்றார்.

16. 'And thou hast taken the atonement-money from the sons of Israel, and hast given it for the service of the tent of meeting; and it hath been to the sons of Israel for a memorial before Jehovah, to make atonement for your souls.'

17. பின்னும் கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி:

17. And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

18. கழுவுகிறதற்கு வெண்கலத்தால் ஒரு தொட்டியையும், வெண்கலத்தால் அதின் பாதத்தையும் உண்டாக்கி, அதை ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திற்கும் பலிபீடத்திற்கும் நடுவே வைத்து, அதிலே தண்ணீர் வார்ப்பாயாக.

18. 'And thou hast made a laver of brass (and its base of brass), for washing; and thou hast put it between the tent of meeting and the altar, and hast put water there;

19. அதனிடத்தில் ஆரோனும் அவன் குமாரரும் தங்கள் கைகளையும் தங்கள் கால்களையும் கழுவக்கடவர்கள்.

19. and Aaron and his sons have washed at it their hands and their feet,

20. அவர்கள் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திற்குள் பிரவேசிக்கும்போதும், கர்த்தருக்குத் தகனத்தைக் கொளுத்தவும் பலிபீடத்தினிடத்தில் ஆராதனைசெய்யவும் சேரும்போதும், அவர்கள் சாகாதபடிக்குத் தண்ணீரினால் தங்களைக் கழுவக்கடவர்கள்.

20. in their going in unto the tent of meeting they wash [with] water, and die not; or in their drawing nigh unto the altar to minister, to perfume a fire-offering to Jehovah,

21. அவர்கள் சாகாதபடிக்குத் தங்கள் கைகளையும் தங்கள் கால்களையும் கழுவக்கடவர்கள்; இது தலைமுறைதோறும் அவனுக்கும் அவன் சந்ததியாருக்கும் நித்திய கட்டளையாயிருக்கும் என்றார்.

21. then they have washed their hands and their feet, and they die not, and it hath been to them a statute age-during, to him and to his seed to their generations.'

22. பின்னும் கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி:

22. And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

23. மேன்மையான சுகந்தவர்க்கங்களாகிய சுத்தமான வெள்ளைப்போளத்தில் பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தின் சேக்கலின்படி ஐந்நூறு சேக்கல் எடையையும், சுகந்த கருவாப்பட்டையிலே அதில் பாதியாகிய இருநூற்று ஐம்பது சேக்கல் எடையையும், சுகந்த வசம்பில் இருநூற்று ஐம்பது சேக்கல் எடையையும்,

23. 'And thou, take to thyself principal spices, wild honey five hundred [shekels]; and spice-cinnamon, the half of that, two hundred and fifty; and spice-cane two hundred and fifty;

24. இலவங்கப்பட்டையில் ஐந்நூறு சேக்கல் எடையையும், ஒலிவ எண்ணெயில் ஒரு குடம் எண்ணெயையும் எடுத்து,

24. and cassia five hundred, by the shekel of the sanctuary, and olive oil a hin;

25. அதனால், பரிமள தைலக்காரன் செய்வதுபோல, கூட்டப்பட்ட பரிமளதைலமாகிய சுத்தமான அபிஷேக தைலத்தை உண்டுபண்ணுவாயாக; அது பரிசுத்த அபிஷேக தைலமாயிருக்கக்கடவது.

25. and thou hast made it a holy anointing oil, a compound mixture, work of a compounder; it is a holy anointing oil.

26. அதினாலே ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்தையும், சாட்சிப்பெட்டியையும்,

26. 'And thou hast anointed with it the tent of meeting, and the ark of the testimony,

27. மேஜையையும், அதின் பணிமுட்டுகள் எல்லாவற்றையும், குத்துவிளக்கையும், அதின் கருவிகளையும், தூபபீடத்தையும்,

27. and the table and all its vessels, and the candlestick and its vessels, and the altar of perfume,

28. தகன பலிபீடத்தையும் அதின் பணிமுட்டுகள் எல்லாவற்றையும், தொட்டியையும், அதின் பாதத்தையும் அபிஷேகம்பண்ணி,

28. and the altar of burnt-offering and all its vessels, and the laver and its base;

29. அவைகள் மகா பரிசுத்தமாயிருக்கும்படிக்கு, அவைகளைப் பரிசுத்தப்படுத்துவாயாக; அவைகளைத் தொடுகிறதெல்லாம் பரிசுத்தமாயிருக்கும்.

29. and thou hast sanctified them, and they have been most holy; all that is coming against them is holy;

30. ஆரோனும் அவன் குமாரரும் எனக்கு ஆசாரிய ஊழியம் செய்யும்படிக்கு, நீ அவர்களை அபிஷேகம்பண்ணி, அவர்களைப் பரிசுத்தப்படுத்துவாயாக.

30. and Aaron and his sons thou dost anoint, and hast sanctified them for being priests to Me.

31. இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரோடே நீ பேசிச்சொல்லவேண்டியதாவது: உங்கள் தலைமுறைதோறும் இது எனக்குரிய பரிசுத்த அபிஷேக தைலமாயிருக்கவேண்டும்.

31. 'And unto the sons of Israel thou dost speak, saying, A holy anointing oil is this to Me, to your generations;

32. இது மனிதருடைய சரீரத்தின்மேல் வார்க்கப்படலாகாது; இது செய்யப்பட்ட முறையின்படி அவர்கள் வேறொரு தைலத்தைச் செய்யவுங்கூடாது; இது பரிசுத்தமானது, இது உங்களுக்குப் பரிசுத்தமாயிருப்பதாக.

32. on flesh of man it is not poured, and with its proper proportion ye make none like it; it [is] holy; it is holy to you;

33. இந்த முறையின்படியே தைலங்கூட்டுகிறவனும், அதில் எடுத்து அந்நியன்மேல் வார்க்கிறவனும், தன் ஜனத்தில் இராதபடிக்கு அறுப்புண்டுபோகக்கடவன் என்று சொல் என்றார்.

33. a man who compoundeth [any] like it, or who putteth of it on a stranger -- hath even been cut off from his people.'

34. பின்னும் கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி: சுத்த வெள்ளைப்போளமும் குங்கிலியமும் அல்பான் பிசினுமாகிய கந்தவர்க்கங்களையும் சுத்தமான சாம்பிராணியையும் நீ சமநிறையாக எடுத்து,

34. And Jehovah saith unto Moses, 'Take to thee spices, stacte, and onycha, and galbanum, spices and pure frankincense; they are part for part;

35. தைலக்காரன் செய்கிறதுபோல அதற்குப் பரிமளமேற்றி, துப்புரவான பரிசுத்த தூபவர்க்கமாக்கி,

35. and thou hast made it a perfume, a compound, work of a compounder, salted, pure, holy;

36. அதில் கொஞ்சம் எடுத்துப் பொடியாக இடித்து, நான் உன்னைச் சந்திக்கும் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலிருக்கும் சாட்சி சந்நிதியில் வைப்பாயாக; அது உங்களுக்கு மகா பரிசுத்தமாயிருக்கக்கடவது.

36. and thou hast beaten [some] of it small, and hast put of it before the testimony, in the tent of meeting, whither I am met with thee; most holy it is to you.

37. இந்தத் தூபவர்க்கத்தை நீ செய்யவேண்டிய முறையின்படி உங்களுக்காகச் செய்துகொள்ளலாகாது; இது கர்த்தருக்கென்று உனக்குப் பரிசுத்தமாயிருப்பதாக.

37. 'As to the perfume which thou makest, with its proper proportion ye do not make to yourselves, holy it is to thee to Jehovah;

38. இதற்கு ஒப்பானதை முகருகிறதற்காகச் செய்கிறவன் தன் ஜனத்தில் இராதபடி அறுப்புண்டுபோகக்கடவன் என்றார்.

38. a man who maketh [any] like it -- to be refreshed by it -- hath even been cut off from his people.'
