1. தேவன் இல்லை என்று மதிகேடன் தன் இருதயத்தில் சொல்லிக்கொள்ளுகிறான்; அவர்கள் தங்களைக் கெடுத்து, அருவருப்பான அக்கிரமங்களைச் செய்து வருகிறார்கள்; நன்மைசெய்கிறவன் ஒருவனும் இல்லை.
ரோமர் 3:10-12

1. To the choirmaster: according to Mahalath. A Maskil of David. The fool says in his heart, 'There is no God.' They are corrupt, doing abominable iniquity; there is none that does good.

2. தேவனைத் தேடுகிற உணர்வுள்ளவன் உண்டோ என்று பார்க்க, தேவன் பரலோகத்திலிருந்து மனுபுத்திரரைக் கண்ணோக்கினார்.

2. God looks down from heaven upon the sons of men to see if there are any that are wise, that seek after God.

3. அவர்கள் எல்லாரும் வழிவிலகி, ஏகமாய்க் கெட்டுப்போனார்கள்; நன்மைசெய்கிறவன் இல்லை, ஒருவனாகிலும் இல்லை.

3. They have all fallen away; they are all alike depraved; there is none that does good, no, not one.

4. அக்கிரமக்காரருக்கு அறிவு இல்லையா? அப்பத்தைப் பட்சிக்கிறதுபோல் என் ஜனத்தைப் பட்சிக்கிறார்களே; அவர்கள் தேவனைத் தொழுதுகொள்ளுகிறதில்லை.

4. Have those who work evil no understanding, who eat up my people as they eat bread, and do not call upon God?

5. உனக்கு விரோதமாய்ப் பாளயமிறங்கினவனுடைய எலும்புகளைத் தேவன் சிதறப்பண்ணினபடியால், பயமில்லாத இடத்தில் மிகவும் பயந்தார்கள்; தேவன் அவர்களை வெறுத்தபடியினால் நீ அவர்களை வெட்கப்படுத்தினாய்.

5. There they are, in great terror, in terror such as has not been! For God will scatter the bones of the ungodly; they will be put to shame, for God has rejected them.

6. சீயோனிலிருந்து இஸ்ரவேலுக்கு இரட்சிப்பு வருவதாக; தேவன் தம்முடைய ஜனத்தின் சிறையிருப்பைத் திருப்பும்போது, யாக்கோபுக்குக் களிப்பும் இஸ்ரவேலுக்கு மகிழ்ச்சியும் உண்டாகும்.

6. O that deliverance for Israel would come from Zion! When God restores the fortunes of his people, Jacob will rejoice and Israel be glad.
