1. உம்மை என் முழு இருதயத்தோடும் துதிப்பேன்; தேவர்களுக்கு முன்பாக உம்மைக் கீர்த்தனம் பண்ணுவேன்.

1. A Psalme of David. I will praise thee with my whole heart: euen before the gods will I praise thee.

2. உமது பரிசுத்த ஆலயத்திற்கு நேராக நான் பணிந்து, உமது கிருபையினிமித்தமும் உமது உண்மையினிமித்தமும் உமது நாமத்தைத் துதிப்பேன்; உமது சகல பிரஸ்தாபத்தைப்பார்க்கிலும் உமது வார்த்தையை நீர் மகிமைப்படுத்தியிருக்கிறீர்.

2. I will worship toward thine holy Temple and praise thy Name, because of thy louing kindenesse and for thy trueth: for thou hast magnified thy Name aboue all things by thy word.

3. நான் கூப்பிட்ட நாளிலே எனக்கு மறுஉத்தரவு அருளினீர்; என் ஆத்துமாவிலே பெலன்தந்து என்னைத் தைரியப்படுத்தினீர்;

3. When I called, then thou heardest me, and hast encreased strength in my soule.

4. கர்த்தாவே, பூமியின் ராஜாக்களெல்லாரும் உமது வாயின் வார்த்தைகளைக் கேட்கும்போது உம்மைத் துதிப்பார்கள்.

4. All the Kings of the earth shall praise thee, O Lord: for they haue heard the wordes of thy mouth.

5. கர்த்தரின் மகிமை பெரிதாயிருப்பதினால், அவர்கள் கர்த்தரின் வழிகளைப் பாடுவார்கள்.

5. And they shall sing of the wayes of the Lord, because the glory of the Lord is great.

6. கர்த்தர் உயர்ந்தவராயிருந்தும், தாழ்மையுள்ளவனை நோக்கிப் பார்க்கிறார்; மேட்டிமையானவனையோ தூரத்திலிருந்து அறிகிறார்.

6. For the Lord is high: yet he beholdeth the lowly, but the proude he knoweth afarre off.

7. நான் துன்பத்தின் நடுவில் நடந்தாலும் நீர் என்னை உயிர்ப்பிப்பீர்; என் சத்துருக்களின் கோபத்துக்கு விரோதமாக உமது கையை நீட்டுவீர்; உமது வலதுகரம் என்னை இரட்சிக்கும்.

7. Though I walke in the middes of trouble, yet wilt thou reuiue me: thou wilt stretch foorth thine hand vpon the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall saue me.

8. கர்த்தர் எனக்காக யாவையும் செய்து முடிப்பார்; கர்த்தாவே, உமது கிருபை என்றுமுள்ளது; உமது கரத்தின் கிரியைகளை நெகிழவிடாதிருப்பீராக.

8. The Lord will performe his worke toward me: O Lord, thy mercie endureth for euer: forsake not the workes of thine handes.
