1. குற்றநிவாரணபலியின் பிரமாணம் என்னவென்றால், அது மகா பரிசுத்தமானது.

1. This is the ritual of the guilt offering. It is most holy;

2. சர்வாங்க தகனபலி கொல்லப்படும் இடத்தில், குற்றநிவாரணபலியும் கொல்லப்படவேண்டும்; அதின் இரத்தத்தைப் பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் சுற்றிலும் தெளித்து,

2. at the spot where the burnt offering is slaughtered, they shall slaughter the guilt offering, and its blood shall be dashed against all sides of the altar.

3. அதினுடைய கொழுப்பு முழுவதையும், அதின் வாலையும், குடல்களை மூடிய கொழுப்பையும்,

3. All its fat shall be offered: the broad tail, the fat that covers the entrails,

4. இரண்டு குண்டிக்காய்களையும், அவைகளின்மேல் சிறுகுடல்களினிடத்திலிருக்கிற கொழுப்பையும், குண்டிக்காய்களோடே கூடக் கல்லீரலின்மேல் இருக்கிற ஜவ்வையும் எடுத்துச் செலுத்துவானாக.

4. the two kidneys with the fat that is on them at the loins, and the appendage of the liver, which shall be removed with the kidneys.

5. இவைகளை ஆசாரியன் பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் கர்த்தருக்குத் தகனபலியாகத் தகனிக்கக்கடவன்; அது குற்றநிவாரணபலி.

5. The priest shall turn them into smoke on the altar as an offering by fire to the LORD; it is a guilt offering.

6. ஆசாரியரில் ஆண்மக்கள் யாவரும் அதைப் புசிப்பார்களாக; அது பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தில் புசிக்கப்படவேண்டும்; அது மகா பரிசுத்தமானது.

6. Every male among the priests shall eat of it; it shall be eaten in a holy place; it is most holy.

7. பாவநிவாரணபலி எப்படியோ குற்ற நிவாரணபலியும் அப்படியே; அவ்விரண்டிற்கும் பிரமாணம் ஒன்றே; அதினாலே பாவநிவிர்த்தி செய்த ஆசாரியனை அது சேரும்.

7. The guilt offering is like the sin offering, there is the same ritual for them; the priest who makes atonement with it shall have it.

8. ஒருவருடைய சர்வாங்க தகனபலியைச் செலுத்தின ஆசாரியன் தான் செலுத்தின தகனபலியின் தோலைத் தனக்காக வைத்துக்கொள்ளவேண்டும்.

8. So, too, the priest who offers anyone's burnt offering shall keep the skin of the burnt offering that he has offered.

9. அடுப்பிலே பாகம்பண்ணப்பட்டதும், சட்டியிலும் தட்டின்மேலும் சமைக்கப்பட்டதுமான போஜனபலி யாவும் அதைச் செலுத்துகிற ஆசாரியனுடையவைகளாயிருக்கும்.

9. And every grain offering baked in the oven, and all that is prepared in a pan or on a griddle, shall belong to the priest who offers it.

10. எண்ணெயிலே பிசைந்ததும் எண்ணெயிலே பிசையாததுமான சகல போஜனபலியும் ஆரோனுடைய குமாரர் யாவருக்கும் சரிபங்காகச் சேரவேண்டும்.

10. But every other grain offering, mixed with oil or dry, shall belong to all the sons of Aaron equally.

11. கர்த்தருக்குச் செலுத்துகிற சமாதானபலிகளின் பிரமாணம் என்னவென்றால்,

11. This is the ritual of the sacrifice of the offering of well-being that one may offer to the LORD.

12. அதை ஸ்தோத்திரத்துக்காகச் செலுத்துவானானால், அவன் ஸ்தோத்திர பலியோடுகூட எண்ணெயிலே பிசைந்த புளிப்பில்லா அதிரசங்களையும், எண்ணெய் பூசப்பட்ட புளிப்பில்லா அடைகளையும், எண்ணெயிலே பிசைந்து வறுக்கப்பட்ட மெல்லிய மாவினால் செய்த அதிரசங்களையும் படைக்கக்கடவன்.

12. If you offer it for thanksgiving, you shall offer with the thank offering unleavened cakes mixed with oil, unleavened wafers spread with oil, and cakes of choice flour well soaked in oil.

13. அவைகளைப் படைக்கிறதும் அல்லாமல், புளித்தமாவினால் செய்த அப்பத்தையும், தன்னுடைய சமாதானபலியாகிய ஸ்தோத்திரபலியோடுகூட படைக்கவேண்டும்.

13. With your thanksgiving sacrifice of well-being you shall bring your offering with cakes of leavened bread.

14. அந்தப் படைப்பு முழுவதிலும் வகைக்கு ஒவ்வொன்றை எடுத்துக் கர்த்தருக்கு ஏறெடுத்துப் படைக்கும் பலியாகச் செலுத்துவானாக; அது சமாதானபலியின் இரத்தத்தைத் தெளித்த ஆசாரியனுடையதாகும்.

14. From this you shall offer one cake from each offering, as a gift to the LORD; it shall belong to the priest who dashes the blood of the offering of well-being.

15. சமாதானபலியாகிய ஸ்தோத்திரபலியின் மாம்சமானது செலுத்தப்பட்ட அன்றைத்தினமே புசிக்கப்படவேண்டும்; அதில் ஒன்றும் விடியற்காலமட்டும் வைக்கப்படலாகாது.

15. And the flesh of your thanksgiving sacrifice of well-being shall be eaten on the day it is offered; you shall not leave any of it until morning.

16. அவன் செலுத்தும் பலி பொருத்தனையாயாவது உற்சாகபலியாயாவது இருக்குமானால், அது செலுத்தப்படும் நாளிலும், அதில் மீதியானது மறுநாளிலும் புசிக்கப்படலாம்.

16. But if the sacrifice you offer is a votive offering or a freewill offering, it shall be eaten on the day that you offer your sacrifice, and what is left of it shall be eaten the next day;

17. பலியின் மாம்சத்தில் மீதியாயிருக்கிறது மூன்றாம் நாளில் அக்கினியிலே சுட்டெரிக்கப்படக்கடவது.

17. but what is left of the flesh of the sacrifice shall be burned up on the third day.

18. சமாதானபலியின் மாம்சத்தில் மீதியானது மூன்றாம் நாளில் புசிக்கப்படுமானால், அது அங்கிகரிக்கப்படாது; அதைச் செலுத்தினவனுக்கு அது பலிக்காது; அது அருவருப்பாயிருக்கும்; அதைப் புசிக்கிறவன் தன் அக்கிரமத்தைச் சுமப்பான்.

18. If any of the flesh of your sacrifice of well-being is eaten on the third day, it shall not be acceptable, nor shall it be credited to the one who offers it; it shall be an abomination, and the one who eats of it shall incur guilt.

19. தீட்டான எந்த வஸ்துவிலாவது அந்த மாம்சம் பட்டதானால் அது புசிக்கப்படாமல் அக்கினியிலே சுட்டெரிக்கப்படக்கடவது; மற்ற மாம்சத்தையோ சுத்தமாயிருக்கிறவனெவனும் புசிக்கலாம்.

19. Flesh that touches any unclean thing shall not be eaten; it shall be burned up. As for other flesh, all who are clean may eat such flesh.

20. ஒருவன் தீட்டுள்ளவனாயிருக்கையில் கர்த்தருடைய சமாதானபலியின் மாம்சத்தைப் புசித்தால், அவன் தன் ஜனத்தாரில் இராதபடிக்கு அறுப்புண்டுபோவான்.

20. But those who eat flesh from the LORD's sacrifice of well-being while in a state of uncleanness shall be cut off from their kin.

21. மனுஷருடைய தீட்டையாவது, தீட்டான மிருகத்தையாவது, அருவருக்கப்படத்தக்க தீட்டான மற்ற எந்த வஸ்துவையாவது ஒருவன் தொட்டிருந்து, கர்த்தருடைய சமாதானபலியின் மாம்சத்திலே புசித்தால், அவன் தன் ஜனங்களில் இராதபடிக்கு அறுப்புண்டுபோவான் என்றார்.

21. When any one of you touches any unclean thing-- human uncleanness or an unclean animal or any unclean creature-- and then eats flesh from the LORD's sacrifice of well-being, you shall be cut off from your kin.

22. பின்னும் கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி:

22. The LORD spoke to Moses, saying:

23. நீ இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரோடே சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால், மாடு, ஆடு, வெள்ளாடு என்பவைகளின் கொழுப்பை நீங்கள் புசிக்கலாகாது.

23. Speak to the people of Israel, saying: You shall eat no fat of ox or sheep or goat.

24. தானாய்ச் செத்த மிருகத்தின் கொழுப்பையும், பீறுண்ட மிருகத்தின் கொழுப்பையும் பலவித வேலைகளுக்கு வழங்கலாம்; ஆனாலும் நீங்கள் அதை ஒருபோதும் புசிக்கலாகாது.

24. The fat of an animal that died or was torn by wild animals may be put to any use, but you must not eat it.

25. கர்த்தருக்குத் தகனபலியாகச் செலுத்தப்படும் மிருகத்தின் கொழுப்பைப் புசிக்கிற எந்த ஆத்துமாவும் தன் ஜனங்களில் இராதபடிக்கு அறுப்புண்டுபோவான்.

25. If any one of you eats the fat from an animal of which an offering by fire may be made to the LORD, you who eat it shall be cut off from your kin.

26. உங்கள் வாசஸ்தலங்களில் எங்கும் யாதொரு பறவையின் இரத்தத்தையாவது, யாதொரு மிருகத்தின் இரத்தத்தையாவது புசிக்கலாகாது.

26. You must not eat any blood whatever, either of bird or of animal, in any of your settlements.

27. எவ்வித இரத்தத்தையாகிலும் புசிக்கிற எவனும் தன் ஜனங்களில் இராதபடிக்கு அறுப்புண்டுபோவான் என்று சொல் என்றார்.

27. Any one of you who eats any blood shall be cut off from your kin.

28. பின்னும் கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி:

28. The LORD spoke to Moses, saying:

29. நீ இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரோடே சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால், கர்த்தருக்குச் சமாதானபலி செலுத்துகிறவன் தான் செலுத்தும் சமாதானபலியைக் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் கொண்டுவருவானாக.

29. Speak to the people of Israel, saying: Any one of you who would offer to the LORD your sacrifice of well-being must yourself bring to the LORD your offering from your sacrifice of well-being.

30. கர்த்தருக்குத் தகனபலியாகப் படைப்பவைகளை அவன் கைகளே கொண்டுவரவேண்டும்; மார்க்கண்டத்தையும் அதனோடுகூட அதின்மேல் வைத்த கொழுப்பையும் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் அசைவாட்டும் பலியாக அசைவாட்டும்படிக்குக் கொண்டுவரக்கடவன்.

30. Your own hands shall bring the LORD's offering by fire; you shall bring the fat with the breast, so that the breast may be raised as an elevation offering before the LORD.

31. அப்பொழுது ஆசாரியன் அந்தக் கொழுப்பைப் பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் தகனிக்கவேண்டும்; மார்க்கண்டமோ ஆரோனையும் அவன் குமாரரையும் சேரும்.

31. The priest shall turn the fat into smoke on the altar, but the breast shall belong to Aaron and his sons.

32. உங்கள் சமாதானபலிகளில் வலது முன்னந்தொடையை ஏறெடுத்துப்படைக்கும் பலியாகப் படைக்கும்படி ஆசாரியனிடத்தில் கொடுப்பீர்களாக.

32. And the right thigh from your sacrifices of well-being you shall give to the priest as an offering;

33. ஆரோனுடைய குமாரரில், சமாதானபலியின் இரத்தத்தையும் கொழுப்பையும் செலுத்துகிறவனுக்கு, வலது முன்னந்தொடை பங்காகச் சேரும்.

33. the one among the sons of Aaron who offers the blood and fat of the offering of well-being shall have the right thigh for a portion.

34. இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரின் சமாதானபலிகளில் அசைவாட்டும் மார்க்கண்டத்தையும் ஏறெடுத்துப்படைக்கும் முன்னந்தொடையையும் நான் அவர்கள் கையில் வாங்கி, அவைகளை ஆசாரியனாகிய ஆரோனுக்கும் அவன் குமாரருக்கும் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருக்குள் நடக்கும் நித்திய கட்டளையாகக் கொடுத்தேன் என்று சொல் என்றார்.

34. For I have taken the breast of the elevation offering, and the thigh that is offered, from the people of Israel, from their sacrifices of well-being, and have given them to Aaron the priest and to his sons, as a perpetual due from the people of Israel.

35. கர்த்தருக்கு ஆசாரிய ஊழியம் செய்யும்படி ஆரோனும் அவன் குமாரரும் நியமிக்கப்பட்ட நாளிலே, இது அபிஷேகம் பண்ணப்பட்ட அவர்களுக்குக் கர்த்தருடைய தகனபலிகளில் கிடைக்கும்படி உண்டான கட்டளை.

35. This is the portion allotted to Aaron and to his sons from the offerings made by fire to the LORD, once they have been brought forward to serve the LORD as priests;

36. இப்படி அவர்களுக்கு இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் தங்கள் தலைமுறைதோறும் நித்திய நியமமாகக் கொடுக்கும்படி கர்த்தர் அவர்களை அபிஷேகம்பண்ணின நாளிலே கட்டளையிட்டார்.

36. these the LORD commanded to be given them, when he anointed them, as a perpetual due from the people of Israel throughout their generations.

37. சர்வாங்கதகனபலிக்கும் போஜனபலிக்கும் பாவநிவாரணபலிக்கும் குற்றநிவாரணபலிக்கும் பிரதிஷ்டைபலிகளுக்கும் சமாதானபலிகளுக்கும் அடுத்த பிரமாணம் இதுவே.

37. This is the ritual of the burnt offering, the grain offering, the sin offering, the guilt offering, the offering of ordination, and the sacrifice of well-being,

38. கர்த்தருக்குத் தங்கள் பலிகளைச் செலுத்தவேண்டும் என்று அவர் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருக்குச் சீனாய் வனாந்தரத்திலே கற்பிக்கும்போது இவைகளை மோசேக்குச் சீனாய்மலையில் கட்டளையிட்டார்.

38. which the LORD commanded Moses on Mount Sinai, when he commanded the people of Israel to bring their offerings to the LORD, in the wilderness of Sinai.
