1. கர்த்தர் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலிருந்து மோசேயைக் கூப்பிட்டு, அவனை நோக்கி:

1. And Jehovah called to Moses and spoke to him out of the tabernacle of the congregation, saying,

2. நீ இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரிடத்தில் சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால், உங்களில் ஒருவன் கர்த்தருக்குப் பலிசெலுத்த வந்தால், மாட்டுமந்தையிலாவது ஆட்டுமந்தையிலாவது ஒரு மிருகத்தைத் தெரிந்தெடுத்து, பலிசெலுத்தவேண்டும்.

2. Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, If any one of you brings an offering to Jehovah, you shall bring your offering of the cattle, of the herd and of the flock.

3. அவன் செலுத்துவது மாட்டுமந்தையிலிருந்து எடுக்கப்பட்ட சர்வாங்க தகனபலியானால், அவன் பழுதற்ற ஒரு காளையைச் செலுத்துவானாக; கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் தான் அங்கிகரிக்கப்படும்படி, அவன் அதை ஆசரிப்புக்கூடார வாசலில் கொண்டுவந்து,

3. If his offering is a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish. He shall offer it of his own voluntary will at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before Jehovah.

4. அது தன் பாவநிவிர்த்திக்கென்று அங்கிகரிக்கப்படும்படி தன் கையை அதின் தலையின்மேல் வைத்து,

4. And he shall put his hand on the head of the burnt offering. And it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for him.

5. கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் அந்தக்காளையைக் கொல்லக்கடவன்; அப்பொழுது ஆரோனின் குமாரராகிய ஆசாரியர்கள் அதின் இரத்தத்தை எடுத்து, அதை ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரவாசலில் இருக்கிற பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் சுற்றிலும் தெளிக்கக்கடவர்கள்.

5. And he shall kill the young bull before Jehovah. And the priests, Aaron's sons, shall bring the blood and sprinkle the blood all around on the altar that is by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

6. பின்பு அவன் அந்தச் சர்வாங்க தகனபலியைத் தோலுரித்து, அதைச் சந்துசந்தாகத் துண்டிக்கக்கடவன்.

6. And he shall skin the burnt offering and cut it into its pieces.

7. அப்பொழுது ஆசாரியனாகிய ஆரோனின் குமாரர் பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் அக்கினியைப் போட்டு, அக்கினியின்மேல் கட்டைகளை அடுக்கி,

7. And the sons of Aaron the priest shall put fire on the altar and lay the wood in order on the fire.

8. அவன் குமாரராகிய ஆசாரியர்கள், துண்டங்களையும் தலையையும் கொழுப்பையும் பலிபீடத்திலுள்ள அக்கினியில் இருக்கிற கட்டைகளின்மேல் அடுக்கிவைக்கக்கடவர்கள்.

8. And the priests, Aaron's sons, shall arrange the parts with the head and the fat on the wood that is on the fire on the altar.

9. அதின் குடல்களையும் தொடைகளையும் அவன் தண்ணீரினால் கழுவுவானாக; அவைகளையெல்லாம் ஆசாரியன் பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் சர்வாங்க தகனபலியாகத் தகனிக்கக்கடவன்; இது கர்த்தருக்குச் சுகந்த வாசனையான தகனபலி.

9. But its inward parts and its legs he shall wash in water. And the priest shall burn all on the altar, a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor to Jehovah.

10. அவன் செலுத்துவது செம்மறியாட்டு மந்தையிலுள்ள ஆடுகளிலாவது வெள்ளாட்டு மந்தையிலுள்ள ஆடுகளிலாவது எடுக்கப்பட்ட சர்வாங்க தகனபலியானால், பழுதற்ற ஒரு கடாவைக் கொண்டுவந்து,

10. And if his offering is of the flocks, of the sheep, or of the goats, for a burnt offering, he shall bring a male without blemish.

11. கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் பலிபீடத்தின் வடபுறத்தில் அதைக் கொல்லக்கடவன்; அப்பொழுது ஆரோனின் குமாரராகிய ஆசாரியர்கள் அதின் இரத்தத்தைப் பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் சுற்றிலும் தெளிக்கக்கடவர்கள்.

11. And he shall kill it on the side of the altar northward before Jehovah. And the priests, Aaron's sons, shall sprinkle its blood all around on the altar.

12. பின்பு அவன் அதைச் சந்துசந்தாகத் துண்டித்து, அதின் தலையையும் கொழுப்பையும் கூடவைப்பானாக; அவைகளை ஆசாரியன் பலிபீடத்திலுள்ள அக்கினியில் இருக்கிற கட்டைகளின்மேல் அடுக்கிவைக்கக்கடவன்.

12. And he shall cut it into its pieces, with its head and its fat. And the priest shall arrange on the wood that is on the fire, which is on the altar.

13. குடல்களையும் தொடைகளையும் அவன் தண்ணீரினால் கழுவுவானாக; அவைகளையெல்லாம் ஆசாரியன் கொண்டுவந்து பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் தகனிக்கக்கடவன்; இது சர்வாங்க தகனபலி; இது கர்த்தருக்குச் சுகந்த வாசனையான தகனபலி.

13. But he shall wash the inward parts and the legs in water; and the priest shall bring near all of it and burn it on the altar. It is a burnt sacrifice, a fire offering of a sweet fragrance to Jehovah.

14. அவன் கர்த்தருக்குச் செலுத்துவது பறவைகளிலிருந்து எடுக்கப்பட்ட சர்வாங்க தகனபலியானால், காட்டுப் புறாக்களிலாவது புறாக்குஞ்சுகளிலாவது எடுத்துச் செலுத்தக்கடவன்.

14. And if the burnt sacrifice for his offering to Jehovah is out of fowls, then he shall bring his offering of turtle-doves or of young pigeons.

15. அதை ஆசாரியன் பலிபீடத்தண்டையில் கொண்டுவந்து, அதின் தலையைக்கிள்ளி, பலிபீடத்தில் தகனித்து, அதின் இரத்தத்தைப் பலிபீடத்தின் பக்கத்தில் சிந்தவிட்டு,

15. And the priest shall bring it to the altar, and wring off its head and burn it on the altar. And its blood shall be drained at the side of the altar.

16. அதின் இரைப்பையை அதின் மலத்தோடுங்கூட எடுத்து, அதைப் பலிபீடத்தண்டையில் கீழ்புறமாகச் சாம்பல் இருக்கிற இடத்திலே எறிந்துவிட்டு,

16. And he shall pluck away its crop with its feathers, and throw it beside the altar on the east part, by the place of the ashes.

17. பின்பு அதின் செட்டைகளுடன் அதை இரண்டாக்காமல் பிளப்பானாக; பின்பு ஆசாரியன் அதைப் பலிபீடத்திலுள்ள அக்கினியில் இருக்கிற கட்டைகளின்மேல் தகனிக்கக்கடவன்; இது சர்வாங்க தகனபலி; இது கர்த்தருக்குச் சுகந்த வாசனையான தகனபலி.

17. And he shall cut it in two with the wings of it, not dividing it. And the priest shall burn it on the altar, on the wood that is on the fire. It is a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor to Jehovah.
