1. தாவீது ராஜா வயதுசென்ற விர்த்தாப்பியனானபோது, வஸ்திரங்களினால் அவனை மூடினாலும், அவனுக்கு அனல் உண்டாகவில்லை.

1. Now king David was old and stricken in years; and they covered him with clothes, but he got no heat.

2. அப்பொழுது அவனுடைய ஊழியக்காரர் அவனை நோக்கி: ராஜசமுகத்தில் நின்று, அவருக்குப் பணிவிடை செய்யவும், ராஜாவாகிய எங்கள் ஆண்டவனுக்கு அனல் உண்டாகும்படி உம்முடைய மடியிலே படுத்துக்கொள்ளவும் கன்னியாகிய ஒரு சிறு பெண்ணை ராஜாவாகிய எங்கள் ஆண்டவனுக்குத் தேடுவோம் என்று சொல்லி,

2. Therefore his servants said to him, Let there be sought for my lord the king a young virgin: and let her stand before the king, and cherish him; and let her lie in your bosom, that my lord the king may keep warm.

3. இஸ்ரவேலின் எல்லையிலெல்லாம் அழகான ஒரு பெண்ணைத் தேடி, சூனேம் ஊராளாகிய அபிஷாகைக் கண்டு, அவளை ராஜாவினிடத்தில் கொண்டுவந்தார்கள்.

3. So they sought for a beautiful young lady throughout all the borders of Yisra'el, and found Avishag the Shunammite, and brought her to the king.

4. அந்தப் பெண் வெகு அழகாயிருந்தாள்; அவள் ராஜாவுக்கு உதவியாயிருந்து அவனுக்குப் பணிவிடை செய்தாள்; ஆனாலும் ராஜா அவளை அறியவில்லை.

4. The young lady was very beautiful; and she cherished the king, and ministered to him; but the king didn't know her intimately.

5. ஆகீத்திற்குப் பிறந்த அதோனியா என்பவன்; நான் ராஜா ஆவேன் என்று சொல்லி, தன்னைத்தான் உயர்த்தி, தனக்கு இரதங்களையும் குதிரை வீரரையும், தனக்குமுன் ஓடும் ஐம்பது காலாட்களையும் சம்பாதித்தான்.

5. Then Adoniyahu the son of Haggit exalted himself, saying, I will be king: and he prepared him chariots and horsemen, and fifty men to run before him.

6. அவனுடைய தகப்பன்: நீ இப்படிச் செய்வானேன் என்று அவனை ஒருக்காலும் கடிந்து கொள்ளவில்லை; அவன் மிகவும் அழகுள்ளவனாயிருந்தான்; அப்சலோமுக்குப்பின் அவனுடைய தாய் அவனைப் பெற்றாள்.

6. His father had not displeased him at any time in saying, Why have you done so? and he was also a very goodly man; and he was born after Avshalom.

7. அவன் செருயாவின் குமாரனாகிய யோவாபோடும், ஆசாரியனாகிய அபியத்தாரோடும் ஆலோசனைபண்ணிவந்தான்; அவர்கள் அவனிடத்திலிருந்து அவனுக்கு உதவி செய்து வந்தார்கள்.

7. He conferred with Yo'av the son of Tzeru'yah, and with Avyatar the Kohen: and they following Adoniyahu helped him.

8. ஆசாரியனாகிய சாதோக்கும், யோய்தாவின் குமாரனாகிய பெனாயாவும், தீர்க்கதரிசியாகிய நாத்தானும், சீமேயியும், ரேயியும், தாவீதோடிருக்கிற பராக்கிரமசாலிகளும், அதோனியாவுக்கு உடந்தையாயிருக்கவில்லை.

8. But Tzadok the Kohen, and Benayah the son of Yehoiada, and Natan the prophet, and Shim`i, and Re`i, and the mighty men who belonged to David, were not with Adoniyahu.

9. அதோனியா இன்ரோகேலுக்குச் சமீபமான சோகெலெத் என்னும் கல்லின் அருகே ஆடுமாடுகளையும் கொழுத்த ஜந்துக்களையும் அடித்து, ராஜாவின் குமாரராகிய தன் சகோதரரெல்லாரையும், ராஜாவின் ஊழியக்காரரான யூதாவின் மனுஷர் அனைவரையும் அழைத்தான்.

9. Adoniyahu killed sheep and oxen and fatlings by the stone of Zochelet, which is beside `En-Rogel; and he called all his brothers, the king's sons, and all the men of Yehudah, the king's servants:

10. தீர்க்கதரிசியாகிய நாத்தானையும், பெனாயாவையும், பராக்கிரமசாலிகளையும், தன் சகோதரனாகிய சாலொமோனையும் அழைக்கவில்லை.

10. but Natan the prophet, and Benayah, and the mighty men, and Shlomo his brother, he didn't call.

11. அப்பொழுது நாத்தான் சாலொமோனின் தாயாகிய பத்சேபாளை நோக்கி: நம்முடைய ஆண்டவனாகிய தாவீதுக்குத் தெரியாமல், ஆகீத்தின் குமாரனாகிய அதோனியா ராஜாவாகிற செய்தியை நீ கேட்கவில்லையா?

11. Then Natan spoke to Bat-Sheva the mother of Shlomo, saying, Haven't you heard that Adoniyahu the son of Haggit reigns, and David our lord doesn't know it?

12. இப்போதும் உன் பிராணனையும், உன் குமாரனாகிய சாலொமோனின் பிராணனையும் தப்புவிக்கும்படிக்கு நீ வா, உனக்கு நான் ஆலோசனை சொல்லுவேன்.

12. Now therefore come, please let me give you counsel, that you may save your own life, and the life of your son Shlomo.

13. நீ தாவீது ராஜாவினிடத்தில் போய்: ராஜாவாகிய என் ஆண்டவனே, எனக்குப்பின் உன் குமாரனாகிய சாலொமோன் ராஜாவாகி, அவனே என் சிங்காசனத்தின்மேல் வீற்றிருப்பான் என்று நீர் உமது அடியாளுக்கு ஆணையிடவில்லையா? அப்படியிருக்க, அதோனியா ராஜாவாகிறது என்ன? என்று அவரிடத்தில் கேள்.

13. Go and get you in to king David, and tell him, Didn't you, my lord, king, swear to your handmaid, saying, Assuredly Shlomo your son shall reign after me, and he shall sit on my throne? why then does Adoniyahu reign?

14. நீ அங்கே ராஜாவோடே பேசிக்கொண்டிருக்கையில், நானும் உனக்குப் பின்வந்து, உன் வார்த்தைகளை உறுதிப்படுத்துவேன் என்றான்.

14. Behold, while you yet talk there with the king, I also will come in after you, and confirm your words.

15. அப்படியே பத்சேபாள் பள்ளியறைக்குள் ராஜாவிடத்தில் போனாள்; ராஜா மிகவும் வயது சென்றவனாயிருந்தான்; சூனேம் ஊராளாகிய அபிஷாக் ராஜாவுக்குப் பணிவிடை செய்து கொண்டிருந்தாள்.

15. Bat-Sheva went in to the king into the chamber: and the king was very old; and Avishag the Shunammite was ministering to the king.

16. பத்சேபாள் குனிந்து, ராஜாவை வணங்கினாள்; அப்பொழுது ராஜா: உனக்கு என்ன வேண்டும் என்று கேட்டான்.

16. Bat-Sheva bowed, and did obeisance to the king. The king said, What would you?

17. அதற்கு அவள்: என் ஆண்டவனே, எனக்குப்பின் உன் குமாரனாகிய சாலொமோன் ராஜாவாகி, அவனே என் சிங்காசனத்தின்மேல் வீற்றிருப்பான் என்று நீர் உம்முடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரைக் கொண்டு, உமது அடியாளுக்கு ஆணையிட்டீரே.

17. She said to him, My lord, you swore by the LORD your God to your handmaid, saying, Assuredly Shlomo your son shall reign after me, and he shall sit on my throne.

18. இப்பொழுது, இதோ, அதோனியா ராஜாவாகிறான்; என் ஆண்டவனாகிய ராஜாவே, நீர் அதை அறியவில்லை.

18. Now, behold, Adoniyahu reigns; and you, my lord the king, don't know it:

19. அவன் மாடுகளையும் கொழுத்த ஜந்துக்களையும் ஆடுகளையும் திரளாக அடித்து, ராஜாவின் குமாரர் அனைவரையும் ஆசாரியனாகிய அபியத்தாரையும், யோவாப் என்னும் படைத்தலைவனையும் அழைத்தான்; ஆனாலும் உமது அடியானாகிய சாலொமோனை அழைக்கவில்லை.

19. and he has slain oxen and fatlings and sheep in abundance, and has called all the sons of the king, and Avyatar the Kohen, and Yo'av the captain of the host; but he hasn't called Shlomo your servant.

20. ராஜாவாகிய என் ஆண்டவனே, ராஜாவாகிய என் ஆண்டவனுக்குப் பிறகு அவருடைய சிங்காசனத்தின்மேல் வீற்றிருப்பவன் இன்னான் என்று தங்களுக்கு அறிவிக்க வேண்டும் என்று இஸ்ரவேலர் அனைவரின் கண்களும் உம்மை நோக்கிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது.

20. You, my lord the king, the eyes of all Yisra'el are on you, that you should tell them who shall sit on the throne of my lord the king after him.

21. அறிவியாமற்போனால் ராஜாவாகிய என் ஆண்டவன் தம்முடைய பிதாக்களோடே படுத்துக்கொண்டபின்பு, நானும் என் குமாரனாகிய சாலொமோனும் குற்றவாளிகளாய் எண்ணப்படுவோம் என்றாள்.

21. Otherwise it will happen, when my lord the king shall sleep with his fathers, that I and my son Shlomo shall be counted offenders.

22. அவள் ராஜாவோடே பேசிக்கொண்டிருக்கையில், தீர்க்கதரிசியாகிய நாத்தான் வந்தான்.

22. Behold, while she yet talked with the king, Natan the prophet came in.

23. தீர்க்கதரிசியாகிய நாத்தான் வந்திருக்கிறார் என்று ராஜாவுக்குத் தெரிவித்தார்கள்; அவன் ராஜாவுக்கு முன்பாகப் பிரவேசித்து முகங்குப்புற விழுந்து ராஜாவை வணங்கினான்.

23. They told the king, saying, Behold, Natan the prophet. When he was come in before the king, he bowed himself before the king with his face to the ground.

24. நாத்தான்: ராஜாவாகிய என் ஆண்டவனே, அதோனியா எனக்குப்பின் ராஜாவாகி, அவனே என் சிங்காசனத்தின்மேல் வீற்றிருப்பான் என்று நீர் சொன்னதுண்டோ?

24. Natan said, My lord, king, have you said, Adoniyahu shall reign after me, and he shall sit on my throne?

25. அவன் இன்றையதினம் போய், மாடுகளையும் கொழுத்த ஜந்துக்களையும், ஆடுகளையும் திரளாக அடித்து, ராஜாவின் குமாரர் அனைவரையும் இராணுவத்தலைவரையும், ஆசாரியனாகிய அபியத்தாரையும் அழைத்தான்; அவர்கள் அவனுக்கு முன்பாகப் புசித்துக் குடித்து, ராஜாவாகிய அதோனியா வாழ்க என்று சொல்லுகிறார்கள்.

25. For he is gone down this day, and has slain oxen and fatlings and sheep in abundance, and has called all the king's sons, and the captains of the host, and Avyatar the Kohen; and, behold, they are eating and drinking before him, and say, Long live king Adoniyahu.

26. ஆனாலும் உமது அடியானாகிய என்னையும், ஆசாரியனாகிய சாதோக்கையும், யோய்தாவின் குமாரனாகிய பெனாயாவையும், உமது அடியானாகிய சாலொமோனையும் அவன் அழைக்கவில்லை.

26. But he hasn't called me, even me your servant, and Tzadok the Kohen, and Benayah the son of Yehoiada, and your servant Shlomo.

27. ராஜாவாகிய என் ஆண்டவனுக்குப்பின் தமது சிங்காசனத்தில் வீற்றிருப்பவன் இவன்தான் என்று நீர் உமது அடியானுக்குத் தெரிவிக்காதிருக்கையில், இந்தக் காரியம் ராஜாவாகிய என் ஆண்டவன் கட்டளையால் நடந்திருக்குமோ என்றான்.

27. Is this thing done by my lord the king, and you haven't shown to your servants who should sit on the throne of my lord the king after him?

28. அப்பொழுது தாவீது ராஜா பிரதியுத்தரமாக: பத்சேபாளை என்னிடத்தில் வரவழையுங்கள் என்றான்; அவள் ராஜசமுகத்தில் பிரவேசித்து ராஜாவுக்கு முன்னே நின்றாள்.

28. Then king David answered, Call to me Bat-Sheva. She came into the king's presence, and stood before the king.

29. அப்பொழுது ராஜா: உன் குமாரனாகிய சாலொமோன் எனக்குப்பின் அரசாண்டு, அவனே என் ஸ்தானத்தில் என் சிங்காசனத்தின்மேல் வீற்றிருப்பான் என்று நான் உனக்கு இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர்மேல் ஆணையிட்டபடியே, இன்றைக்குச் செய்து தீர்ப்பேன் என்பதை,

29. The king swore, and said, As the LORD lives, who has redeemed my soul out of all adversity,

30. என் ஆத்துமாவை எல்லா இக்கட்டுக்கும் நீங்கலாக்கி மீட்ட கர்த்தருடைய ஜீவனைக்கொண்டு சொல்லுகிறேன் என்று ஆணையிட்டான்.

30. most assuredly as I swore to you by the LORD, the God of Yisra'el, saying, Assuredly Shlomo your son shall reign after me, and he shall sit on my throne in my place; most assuredly so will I do this day.

31. அப்பொழுது பத்சேபாள் தரைமட்டும் குனிந்து ராஜாவை வணங்கி, என் ஆண்டவனாகிய தாவீது ராஜா என்றைக்கும் வாழ்க என்றாள்.

31. Then Bat-Sheva bowed with her face to the eretz, and did obeisance to the king, and said, Let my lord king David live forever.

32. பின்பு தாவீது ராஜா, ஆசாரியனாகிய சாதோக்கையும் தீர்க்கதரிசியாகிய நாத்தானையும் யோய்தாவின் குமாரன் பெனாயாவையும் என்னிடத்தில் வரவழையுங்கள் என்றான்.

32. King David said, Call to me Tzadok the Kohen, and Natan the prophet, and Benayah the son of Yehoiada. They came before the king.

33. அவர்கள் ராஜாவுக்கு முன்பாகப் பிரவேசித்தபோது, ராஜா அவர்களை நோக்கி: நீங்கள் உங்கள் ஆண்டவனுடைய சேவகரைக் கூட்டிக்கொண்டு, என் குமாரனாகிய சாலொமோனை என் கோவேறுகழுதையின்மேல் ஏற்றி, அவனைக் கீகோனுக்கு அழைத்துக்கொண்டு போங்கள்.

33. The king said to them, Take with you the servants of your lord, and cause Shlomo my son to ride on my own mule, and bring him down to Gichon:

34. அங்கே ஆசாரியனாகிய சாதோக்கும் தீர்க்கதரிசியாகிய நாத்தானும் அவனை இஸ்ரவேலின்மேல் ராஜாவாக அபிஷேகம்பண்ணக்கடவர்கள்; பின்பு எக்காளம் ஊதி, ராஜாவாகிய சாலொமோன் வாழ்க என்று வாழ்த்துங்கள்.

34. and let Tzadok the Kohen and Natan the prophet anoint him there king over Yisra'el; and blow you the shofar, and say, Long live king Shlomo.

35. அதின் பின்பு அவன் நகர்வலம் வந்து, என் சிங்காசனத்தில் வீற்றிருக்கும்படி, அவனைக் கூட்டிக்கொண்டு வாருங்கள்; அவனே என் ஸ்தானத்தில் ராஜாவாயிருப்பான்; அவன் இஸ்ரவேலின்மேலும் யூதாவின்மேலும் தலைவனாயிருக்கும்படி அவனை ஏற்படுத்தினேன் என்றான்.

35. Then you shall come up after him, and he shall come and sit on my throne; for he shall be king in my place; and I have appointed him to be prince over Yisra'el and over Yehudah.

36. அப்பொழுது யோய்தாவின் குமாரன் பெனாயா ராஜாவுக்குப் பிரதியுத்தரமாக: ஆமென், ராஜாவாகிய என் ஆண்டவனுடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரும் இப்படியே சொல்வாராக.

36. Benayah the son of Yehoiada answered the king, and said, Amein: the LORD, the God of my lord the king, say so too.

37. கர்த்தர் ராஜாவாகிய என் ஆண்டவனோடே எப்படி இருந்தாரோ, அப்படியே அவர் சாலொமோனோடும் இருந்து, தாவீது ராஜாவாகிய என் ஆண்டவனுடைய சிங்காசனத்தைப்பார்க்கிலும் அவருடைய சிங்காசனத்தைப் பெரிதாக்குவாராக என்றான்.

37. As the LORD has been with my lord the king, even so be he with Shlomo, and make his throne greater than the throne of my lord king David.

38. அப்படியே ஆசாரியனாகிய சாதோக்கும், தீர்க்கதரிசியாகிய நாத்தானும், யோய்தாவின் குமாரன் பெனாயாவும், கிரேத்தியரும் பிலேத்தியரும் போய், சாலொமோனைத் தாவீது ராஜாவினுடைய கோவேறுகழுதையின்மேல் ஏற்றி, அவனைக் கீகோனுக்கு நடத்திக்கொண்டு போனார்கள்.

38. So Tzadok the Kohen, and Natan the prophet, and Benayah the son of Yehoiada, and the Kereti and the Peleti, went down, and caused Shlomo to ride on king David's mule, and brought him to Gichon.

39. ஆசாரியனாகிய சாதோக்கு தைலக்கொம்பைக் கூடாரத்திலிருந்து எடுத்துக்கொண்டுபோய், சாலொமோனை அபிஷேகம்பண்ணினான்; அப்பொழுது எக்காளம் ஊதி, ஜனங்களெல்லாரும் ராஜாவாகிய சாலொமோன் வாழ்க என்று வாழ்த்தினார்கள்.

39. Tzadok the Kohen took the horn of oil out of the Tent, and anointed Shlomo. They blew the shofar; and all the people said, Long live king Shlomo.

40. பிற்பாடு ஜனங்களெல்லாரும் அவன் பிறகாலே போனார்கள்; ஜனங்கள் நாகசுரங்களை ஊதி, பூமி அவர்கள் சத்தத்தினால் அதிரத்தக்கதாக மகா பூரிப்பாய்ச் சந்தோஷித்தார்கள்.

40. All the people came up after him, and the people piped with pipes, and rejoiced with great joy, so that the eretz shook with the sound of them.

41. அதோனியாவும் அவனோடிருந்த எல்லா விருந்தாளிகளும் போஜனம்பண்ணி முடித்தபோது, அதைக் கேட்டார்கள்; யோவாப் எக்காளசத்தத்தைக் கேட்டபோது, நகரத்தில் உண்டாயிருக்கிற ஆரவாரம் என்ன என்று விசாரித்தான்.

41. Adoniyahu and all the guests who were with him heard it as they had made an end of eating. When Yo'av heard the sound of the shofar, he said, Why is this noise of the city being in an uproar?

42. அவன் பேசிக்கொண்டிருக்கையில், ஆசாரியனாகிய அபியத்தாரின் குமாரன் யோனத்தான் வந்தான்; அப்பொழுது அதோனியா, உள்ளே வா, நீ கெட்டிக்காரன், நீ நற்செய்தி கொண்டு வருகிறவன் என்றான்.

42. While he yet spoke, behold, Yonatan the son of Avyatar the Kohen came: and Adoniyahu said, Come in; for you are a worthy man, and bring good news.

43. யோனத்தான் அதோனியாவுக்குப் பிரதியுத்தரமாக: ஏது, தாவீது ராஜாவாகிய நம்முடைய ஆண்டவன் சாலொமோனை ராஜாவாக்கினாரே.

43. Yonatan answered Adoniyahu, Most assuredly our lord king David has made Shlomo king:

44. ராஜா ஆசாரியனாகிய சாதோக்கையும், தீர்க்கதரிசியாகிய நாத்தானையும், யோய்தாவின் குமாரன் பெனாயாவையும், கிரேத்தியரையும் பிலேத்தியரையும் அவனோடே அனுப்பினார்; அவர்கள் அவனை ராஜாவுடைய கோவேறு கழுதையின்மேல் ஏற்றினார்கள்.

44. and the king has sent with him Tzadok the Kohen, and Natan the prophet, and Benayah the son of Yehoiada, and the Kereti and the Peleti; and they have caused him to ride on the king's mule;

45. ஆசாரியனாகிய சாதோக்கும், தீர்க்கதரிசியாகிய நாத்தானும், அவனைக் கீகோனிலே ராஜாவாக அபிஷேகம்பண்ணினார்கள்; நகரமெல்லாம் முழங்கத்தக்கதாக அங்கேயிருந்து பூரிப்போடே புறப்பட்டுப்போனார்கள்; நீங்கள் கேட்ட இரைச்சல் அதுதான்.

45. and Tzadok the Kohen and Natan the prophet have anointed him king in Gichon; and they are come up from there rejoicing, so that the city rang again. This is the noise that you have heard.

46. அல்லாமலும் சாலொமோன் ராஜாங்கத்துக்குரிய சிங்காசனத்தின்மேல் வீற்றிருக்கிறான்.

46. Also Shlomo sits on the throne of the kingdom.

47. ராஜாவின் ஊழியக்காரரும் தாவீது ராஜாவாகிய நம்முடைய ஆண்டவனை வாழ்த்துதல் செய்யவந்து: தேவன் சாலொமோனின் நாமத்தை உம்முடைய நாமத்தைப்பார்க்கிலும் பிரபலப்படுத்தி, அவருடைய சிங்காசனத்தை உம்முடைய சிங்காசனத்தைப்பார்க்கிலும் பெரிதாக்குவாராக என்றார்கள்; ராஜா தம்முடைய கட்டிலின்மேல் குனிந்து பணிந்துகொண்டார்.

47. Moreover the king's servants came to bless our lord king David, saying, Your God make the name of Shlomo better than your name, and make his throne greater than your throne: and the king bowed himself on the bed.

48. பின்னும் ராஜா: என்னுடைய கண்கள் காண இன்றையதினம் என் சிங்காசனத்தின்மேல் ஒருவனை வீற்றிருக்கச்செய்த இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்கு ஸ்தோத்திரம் என்று சொன்னார் என்றான்.

48. Also thus said the king, Blessed be the LORD, the God of Yisra'el, who has given one to sit on my throne this day, my eyes even seeing it.

49. அப்பொழுது அதோனியாவின் விருந்தாளிகளெல்லாரும் அதிர்ந்து எழுந்திருந்து, அவரவர் தங்கள் வழியே போய்விட்டார்கள்.

49. All the guests of Adoniyahu were afraid, and rose up, and went every man his way.

50. அதோனியா, சாலொமோனுக்குப் பயந்ததினால் எழுந்துபோய், பலிபீடத்தின் கொம்புகளைப் பிடித்துகொண்டான்.

50. Adoniyahu feared because of Shlomo; and he arose, and went, and caught hold on the horns of the altar.

51. இதோ, அதோனியா ராஜாவாகிய சாலொமோனுக்குப் பயப்படுகிறான் என்றும், இதோ, அவன் பலிபீடத்தின் கொம்புகளைப் பிடித்துக்கொண்டு, ராஜாவாகிய சாலொமோன் தமது அடியானைப் பட்டயத்தாலே கொன்று போடுவதில்லை என்று இன்று எனக்கு ஆணையிடுவாராக என்கிறான் என்றும், சாலொமோனுக்கு அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது.

51. It was told Shlomo, saying, Behold, Adoniyahu fears king Shlomo; for, behold, he has laid hold on the horns of the altar, saying, Let king Shlomo swear to me first that he will not kill his servant with the sword.

52. அப்பொழுது சாலொமோன்: அவன் யோக்கியன் என்று விளங்க நடந்துகொண்டால் அவன் தலைமயிரில் ஒன்றும் தரையிலே விழப்போகிறதில்லை; அவனிடத்தில் பொல்லாப்புக் காணப்படுமேயாகில், அவன் சாகவேண்டும் என்றான்.

52. Shlomo said, If he shall show himself a worthy man, there shall not a hair of him fall to the eretz; but if wickedness be found in him, he shall die.

53. அவனைப் பலிபீடத்திலிருந்து கொண்டுவர, ராஜாவாகிய சாலொமோன் ஆட்களை அனுப்பினான்; அவன் வந்து, ராஜாவாகிய சாலொமோனை வணங்கினான்; சாலொமோன் அவனைப் பார்த்து: உன் வீட்டிற்குப் போ என்றான்.

53. So king Shlomo sent, and they brought him down from the altar. He came and did obeisance to king Shlomo; and Shlomo said to him, Go to your house.
