18. When Jared was 162 years old, he had a son named Enoch.

19. After Enoch was born, Jared lived 800 years and had other sons and daughters.

21. When Enoch was 65 years old, he had a son named Methuselah.

22. After Methuselah was born, Enoch walked with God 300 years more and had other sons and daughters.

23. So Enoch lived a total of 365 years.

24. ஏனோக்கு தேவனோடே சஞ்சரித்துக்கொண்டிருக்கையில், காணப்படாமற்போனான்; தேவன் அவனை எடுத்துக்கொண்டார்.

27. So Methuselah lived a total of 969 years, and then he died.

28. லாமேக்கு நூற்றெண்பத்திரண்டு வயதானபோது, ஒரு குமாரனைப் பெற்று,

28. When Lamech was 182, he had a son.

29. கர்த்தர் சபித்த பூமியிலே நமக்கு உண்டான வேலையிலும், நம்முடைய கைகளின் பிரயாசத்திலும், இவன் நம்மைத் தேற்றுவான் என்று சொல்லி, அவனுக்கு நோவா என்று பேரிட்டான்.
