1. கர்த்தர் மோசேயையும் ஆரோனையும் நோக்கி:

1. And the Lorde spake vnto Moyses & Aaron, saying:

2. கர்த்தர் கற்பித்த நியமப்பிரமாணமாவது: பழுதற்றதும் ஊனமில்லாததும் நுகத்தடிக்கு உட்படாததுமாகிய சிவப்பான ஒரு கிடாரியை உன்னிடத்தில் கொண்டுவரும்படி இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருக்குச் சொல்லுங்கள்.

2. This is the ordinaunce of the lawe which the Lord hath commaunded, saying: Speake vnto the children of Israel that they bring thee a redde cowe without spot, and wherin is no blemishe, and vpon which neuer came yoke.

3. அதை எலெயாசார் என்னும் ஆசாரியனிடத்தில் ஒப்புக்கொடுங்கள்; அவன் அதைப் பாளயத்துக்கு வெளியே கொண்டுபோகக்கடவன்; அங்கே அது அவனுக்கு முன்பாகக் கொல்லப்படக்கடவது.

3. And ye shall geue her vnto Eleazar the priest, that he may bryng her without the hoast, and cause her to be slayne before his face:

4. அப்பொழுது ஆசாரியனாகிய எலெயாசார் தன் விரலினால் அதின் இரத்தத்தில் கொஞ்சம் எடுத்து, ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்துக்கு எதிராக ஏழுதரம் தெளிக்கக்கடவன்.

4. And let Eleazar the priest take of her blood with his finger, and sprinckle it directly before the tabernacle of the congregation seuen tymes.

5. பின்பு கிடாரியை அவன் கண்களுக்கு முன்பாக ஒருவன் சுட்டெரிக்கவேண்டும்; அதின் தோலும் அதின் மாம்சமும் அதின் இரத்தமும் அதின் சாணியும் சுட்டெரிக்கப்படவேண்டும்.

5. And cause the cowe to be burnt in his sight, with her skinne, fleshe, & blood: and the doung of her shal he burne also.

6. அப்பொழுது ஆசாரியன் கேதுருக்கட்டையையும் ஈசோப்பையும் சிவப்பு நூலையும் எடுத்து, கிடாரி எரிக்கப்படுகிற நெருப்பின் நடுவிலே போடக்கடவன்.

6. And let the priest take Cedar wood, and hysope, and scarlet [lase] and cast it in the middes of the burnyng of the cowe.

7. பின்பு ஆசாரியன் தன் வஸ்திரங்களைத் தோய்த்து, ஜலத்திலே ஸ்நானம்பண்ணி, அதின்பின்பு பாளயத்தில் பிரவேசிக்கக்கடவன்; ஆசாரியன் சாயங்காலமட்டும் தீட்டுப்பட்டிருப்பான்.

7. Then let the priest washe his clothes, and he shall bathe his fleshe in water, and then come into the hoast, and the priest shalbe vncleane vntyll the euen.

8. அதைச் சுட்டெரித்தவனும் தன் வஸ்திரங்களை ஜலத்தில் தோய்த்து, ஜலத்திலே ஸ்நானம்பண்ணி, சாயங்காலமட்டும் தீட்டுப்பட்டிருப்பான்.

8. And he that burneth her shall washe his clothes in water, & bathe his fleshe in water, and be vncleane vntyll euen.

9. சுத்தமாயிருக்கிற ஒருவன் அந்தக்கிடாரியின் சாம்பலை வாரிக்கொண்டு, பாளயத்திற்குப் புறம்பே சுத்தமான ஒரு இடத்திலே கொட்டிவைக்கக்கடவன்; அது இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரின் சபைக்காகத் தீட்டுக்கழிக்கும் ஜலத்துக்கென்று காத்து வைக்கப்படவேண்டும்; அது பாவத்தைப் பரிகரிக்கும்.
எபிரேயர் 9:13

9. And a man that is cleane, shall gather vp the asshes of the cowe, and lay them without the hoast in a cleane place, and it shalbe kept for the multitude of the children of Israel for a water of seperation: It is a sinne offeryng.

10. கிடாரியின் சாம்பலை வாரினவன் தன் வஸ்திரங்களைத் தோய்க்கக்கடவன்; அவன் சாயங்காலமட்டும் தீட்டுப்பட்டிருப்பான்; இது இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருக்கும் அவர்கள் நடுவிலே தங்குகிற அந்நியனுக்கும் நித்திய கட்டளையாயிருப்பதாக.

10. Therfore he that gathereth the asshes of the cowe, shall washe his clothes, and remayne vncleane vntill euen: And it shalbe vnto the children of Israel, and vnto the strauger that dwelleth among them, a statute for euer.

11. செத்துப்போனவனுடைய பிரேதத்தைத் தொட்டவன் ஏழுநாள் தீட்டுப்பட்டிருப்பான்.

11. He that toucheth the dead body of any man, shalbe vncleane seuen dayes.

12. அவன் மூன்றாம் நாளிலும் ஏழாம் நாளிலும் தீட்டுக்கழிக்கும் ஜலத்தினால் தன்னைச் சுத்திகரிக்கக்கடவன்; அப்பொழுது சுத்தமாவான்; மூன்றாம் நாளிலும் ஏழாம் நாளிலும் தன்னைச் சுத்திகரிக்காமலிருப்பானாகில் சுத்தமாகான்.

12. And he shall purifie hym selfe with this water the thirde day, & the seuenth day he shalbe cleane: But if he purifie not hym selfe the thirde day, then the seuenth day he shall not be cleane.

13. செத்தவனுடைய பிரேதத்தைத் தொட்டும், தன்னைச் சுத்திகரித்துக்கொள்ளாதவன் கர்த்தரின் வாசஸ்தலத்தைத் தீட்டுப்படுத்துகிறான்; அந்த ஆத்துமா இஸ்ரவேலில் இராமல் அறுப்புண்டுபோவான்; தீட்டுக்கழிக்கும் ஜலம் அவன்மேல் தெளிக்கப்படாததினால், அவன் தீட்டுப்பட்டிருப்பான்; அவன் தீட்டு இன்னும் அவன்மேல் இருக்கும்.

13. Whosoeuer toucheth the dead coarse of any man that is dead, & purgeth not hym selfe, defileth the tabernacle of the Lorde, and that soule shalbe cut of from Israel, because the water of seperation was not sprinckled vpon hym: he shalbe therfore vncleane, his vncleanesse is yet vpon hym.

14. கூடாரத்தில் ஒரு மனிதன் செத்தால், அதற்கடுத்த நியமமாவது: அந்தக் கூடாரத்தில் பிரவேசிக்கிற யாவரும் கூடாரத்தில் இருக்கிற யாவரும் ஏழுநாள் தீட்டுப்பட்டிருப்பார்கள்.

14. This is the lawe of a man that dyeth in a tent: All that come into the tent, and all that is in the tent, shalbe vncleane seuen dayes.

15. மூடிக் கட்டப்படாமல் திறந்திருக்கும் பாத்திரங்கள் எல்லாம் தீட்டுப்பட்டிருக்கும்.

15. And all the vessels that be open, which haue no coueryng bounde vpon them, shalbe vncleane.

16. வெளியிலே பட்டயத்தால் வெட்டுண்டவனையாவது, செத்தவனையாவது, மனித எலும்பையாவது, பிரேதக்குழியையாவது, தொட்டவன் எவனும் ஏழுநாள் தீட்டுப்பட்டிருப்பான்.

16. And whosoeuer toucheth one that is slayne with a sworde in the fieldes, or a dead person, or a bone of a dead man, or a graue, shalbe vncleane seuen dayes.

17. ஆகையால் தீட்டுப்பட்டவனுக்காக, பாவத்தைப் பரிகரிக்கும் கிடாரியின் சாம்பலிலே கொஞ்சம் எடுத்து, ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் போட்டு, அதின்மேல் ஊற்று ஜலம் வார்க்கவேண்டும்.

17. Therfore, for an vncleane person they shal take of the burnt asshes of the sinne offeryng, and runnyng water shalbe put therto in a vessell.

18. சுத்தமான ஒருவன் ஈசோப்பை எடுத்து, அந்த ஜலத்திலே தோய்த்து, கூடாரத்தின்மேலும் அதிலுள்ள சகல பணிமுட்டுகளின்மேலும் அங்கேயிருக்கிற ஜனங்களின்மேலும் தெளிக்கிறதுமல்லாமல், எலும்பையாகிலும் வெட்டுண்டவனையாகிலும் செத்தவனையாகிலும் பிரேதக்குழியையாகிலும் தொட்டவன்மேலும் தெளிக்கக்கடவன்.

18. And let a cleane person take hysope, & dippe it in the water, and sprinckle it vpon the tent, and vpon all the vessels, and on the persons that were therin, and vpon hym that touched a bone, or a slaine person, or a dead body, or a graue.

19. சுத்தமாயிருக்கிறவன் தீட்டுப்பட்டவன்மேல் மூன்றாம் நாளிலும் ஏழாம் நாளிலும் தெளிக்கவேண்டும்; ஏழாம் நாளில் இவன் தன்னைச் சுத்திகரித்து, தன் வஸ்திரங்களைத் தோய்த்து, ஜலத்தில் ஸ்நானம்பண்ணி, சாயங்காலத்திலே சுத்தமாயிருப்பான்.

19. And the cleane person shall sprinckle vpon the vncleane the thirde day and the seuenth day: And the seuenth day he shall purifie hym selfe, and washe his clothes, & bathe hym selfe in water, and shalbe cleane at euen.

20. தீட்டுப்பட்டிருக்கிறவன் தன்னைச் சுத்திகரித்துக்கொள்ளாதிருந்தால், அவன் சபையில் இராதபடிக்கு அறுப்புண்டுபோவான்; அவன் கர்த்தரின் பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தைத் தீட்டுப்படுத்தினான்; தீட்டுக்கழிக்கும் ஜலம் அவன்மேல் தெளிக்கப்படாததினால் அவன் தீட்டுப்பட்டிருக்கிறான்.

20. But the man that is vncleane, and purifieth not him selfe, the same soule shalbe cut of from among the congregation: because he hath defiled the sanctuarie of the Lorde, and the water of seperation hath not ben sprinckled vpon hym, therfore shall he remayne vncleane.

21. தீட்டுக்கழிக்கும் ஜலத்தைத் தெளிக்கிறவனும் தன் வஸ்திரங்களைத் தோய்க்கக்கடவன்; தீட்டுக்கழிக்கும் ஜலத்தைத் தொட்டவனும் சாயங்காலமட்டும் தீட்டுப்பட்டிருப்பான்.

21. And it shalbe a perpetuall lawe vnto them, that he that sprinckleth the water of seperation, shall washe his clothes: and he that toucheth the water of seperation, shalbe vncleane vntyll euen.

22. தீட்டுப்பட்டிருக்கிறவன் தொடுகிறவைகளெல்லாம் தீட்டுப்படும், அவைகளைத் தொடுகிறவனும் சாயங்காலமட்டும் தீட்டுப்பட்டிருப்பான்; இது உங்களுக்கு நித்திய கட்டளையாயிருக்கும் என்றார்.

22. And whatsoeuer the vncleane person toucheth, shalbe vncleane: And the soule that toucheth [the thyng that was touched of the vncleane person] shalbe vncleane vntyll euen.
