1. அன்றியும் இருபது முழநீளமும் இருபதுமுழ அகலமும் பத்துமுழ உயரமுமான வெண்கலப் பலிபீடத்தையும் பண்ணினான்.

1. And he made an altar of bronze, twenty cubits, the length thereof, and, twenty cubits, the breadth thereof, and, ten cubits, the height thereof.

2. வெண்கலக் கடல்தொட்டியையும் வார்ப்பித்தான்; சக்கராகாரமான அதினுடைய ஒரு விளிம்பு தொடங்கி மறு விளிம்புமட்டும் பத்துமுழ அகலமும், ஐந்துமுழ உயரமும், சுற்றளவு முப்பதுமுழ நூலளவுமாயிருந்தது.

2. And he made a molten sea, ten by the cubit, from the one brim thereof into the other brim thereof, it was round all about, and, five by the cubit, was the height thereof, and, a line of thirty by the cubit, did compass it round about.

3. அதின் கீழ்ப்புறமாய் ரிஷபங்களின் உருவங்கள் ஒவ்வொரு முழத்திற்குப் பத்து உருவமாக அந்தக் கடல்தொட்டியின் சக்கரத்தில் இருந்தது; தொட்டியோடு ஒன்றாய் வார்க்கப்பட்ட அந்த ரிஷபங்களின் இரண்டு வரிசைகள் இருந்தது.

3. And, the likeness of oxen, was under it round about on every side, encircling it, ten in a cubit, going round the sea, on every side, two rows of oxen, made in the casting.

4. அது பன்னிரண்டு ரிஷபங்களின்மேல் நின்றது; இவைகளில் மூன்று வடக்கேயும், மூன்று மேற்கேயும், மூன்று தெற்கேயும், மூன்று கிழக்கேயும் நோக்கியிருந்தது; கடல்தொட்டி அவைகளின்மேல் உயர இருந்தது; அவைகளின் பின்பக்கமெல்லாம் உட்புறமாய் இருந்தது.

4. It was standing on twelve oxen, three, looking toward the north, and, three, looking toward the west, and, three, looking toward the south, and, three, looking toward the east, the sea, being upon them above, and, all their hinder parts, inward.

5. அதின் கனம் நாலு விரற்கடையும், அதின் விளிம்பு பானபாத்திரத்தின் விளிம்புபோலும், லீலிபுஷ்பம்போலும் இருந்தது; அது மூவாயிரங்குடம் தண்ணீர் பிடிக்கத்தக்கதாயிருந்தது.

5. And, the thickness thereof, was a hand-breadth, and, the brim thereof, was like the brim-work of a cup, with blossoms of lilies, it could hold many baths, three thousand, would it contain.

6. கழுவுகிறதற்குப் பத்துக் கொப்பரைகளையும் உண்டாக்கி, ஐந்தை வலதுபுறத்திலும், ஐந்தை இடதுபுறத்திலும் வைத்தான்; சர்வாங்க தகனமாகிறவைகளை அவைகளில் அலைசுவார்கள்; கடல்தொட்டியோ ஆசாரியர்கள் தங்களைச் சுத்தம்பண்ணிக்கொள்ளுகிறதற்கு இருந்தது.

6. And he made ten lavers, and set five on the right hand and five on the left, to bathe therein, what is offered as an ascending-sacrifice, do they rinse therein, but, the sea, was, that the priests should bathe therein.

7. பத்துப் பொன் விளக்குத்தண்டுகளையும், அவைகளுடைய பிரமாணத்தின்படி செய்வித்து, அவைகளை தேவாலயத்தில் வலதுபுறத்திலே ஐந்தும் இடதுபுறத்திலே ஐந்துமாக வைத்தான்.

7. And he made ten lampstands of gold according to the regulation thereof, and set in the temple, five, on the right hand, and, five, on the left.

8. பத்து மேஜைகளையும் செய்து, அவைகளை தேவாலயத்தில் வலதுபுறத்திலே ஐந்தும் இடதுபுறத்திலே ஐந்துமாக வைத்து, நூறு பொன் கலங்களையும் பண்ணினான்.

8. And he made ten tables, and placed in the temple, five, on the right hand, and, five, on the left, and he made a hundred tossing bowls of gold.

9. மேலும் ஆசாரியரின் பிராகாரத்தையும், பெரிய பிராகாரத்தையும், பிராகாரத்தின் வாசல்களையும் உண்டாக்கி, அவைகளின் கதவுகளை வெண்கலத்தால் மூடினான்.

9. And he made the court of the priests, and the large enclosure, and doors to the enclosure, and, the doors thereof, overlaid he with bronze.

10. கடல்தொட்டியை கீழ்த்திசையான வலதுபுறத்திலே தெற்குமுகமாக வைத்தான்.

10. And, the sea, he set on the right side of the house, eastward over against the south.

11. ஈராம் செப்புச்சட்டிகளையும், சாம்பலெடுக்கிற கரண்டிகளையும், கலங்களையும் செய்தான்; இவ்விதமாய் ஈராம் கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்திற்காக ராஜாவாகிய சாலொமோனுக்குச் செய்யவேண்டிய வேலையைச் செய்துமுடித்தான்.

11. And Huram made the pans, and the shovels, and the tossing bowls, and Huram finished doing the work, which he did for King Solomon, in the house of God:

12. அவைகள் என்னவெனில், இரண்டு தூண்களும், இரண்டு தூண்களுடைய முனையின்மேலிருக்கிற கும்பங்களும், குமிழ்களும், தூண்களுடைய முனையின் மேலிருக்கிற குமிழ்களான இரண்டு கும்பங்களை மூடுகிறதற்கு இரண்டு வலைப்பின்னல்களும்,

12. two pillars, and the bowls and the capitals on the top of the two pillars, and the two frames of checker work, to cover the two bowls of the capitals, which were on the top of the pillars;

13. தூண்களின்மேலுள்ள குமிழ்களான இரண்டு கும்பங்களை மூடுகிறதற்கு, ஒவ்வொரு வலைப்பின்னலின் இரண்டு வரிசை மாதளம்பழங்களாக, இரண்டு வலைப்பின்னலிலுமிருக்கிற நானூறு மாதளம்பழங்களுமே.

13. and four hundred pomegranates, for the two frames, two rows of pomegranates, for each frame, for covering the two bowls of the capitals, which were on the face of the pillars;

14. ஆதாரங்களையும், ஆதாரங்களின்மேலிருக்கும் கொப்பரைகளையும்,

14. and, the stands, made he, and, the lavers, made he upon the stands;

15. ஒரு கடல்தொட்டியையும், அதின் கீழிருக்கும் பன்னிரண்டு ரிஷபங்களையும்,

15. the one sea, and the twelve oxen under it;

16. செப்புச்சட்டிகளையும், சாம்பல் கரண்டிகளையும், முள்துறடுகள் முதலான பணிமுட்டுகளையும், ஈராம்அபி ராஜாவாகிய சாலொமோனுக்குக் கர்த்தரின் ஆலயத்திற்காக சுத்தமான வெண்கலத்தால் பண்ணினான்.

16. and, the pans and the shovels and the flesh-hooks, and all the vessels, made Huram his father for King Solomon, for the house of Yahweh, of burnished bronze,

17. யோர்தானுக்கடுத்த சமனான பூமியில் சுக்கோத்திற்கும் சரேத்தாவுக்கும் நடுவே களிமண் தரையிலே ராஜா அவைகளை வார்ப்பித்தான்.

17. In the circuit of the Jordan, did the king cast them, in the clay ground between Succoth and Zeredah.

18. இந்தப் பணிமுட்டுகளையெல்லாம் சாலொமோன் வெகு ஏராளமாய் உண்டுபண்ணினான்; வெண்கலத்தின் நிறை தொகைக்கு அடங்காததாயிருந்தது.

18. So Solomon made all these utensils, in great abundance, for the weight of the bronze could not be searched out.

19. தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்துக்கு வேண்டிய சகல பணிமுட்டுகளையும்; பொற்பீடத்தையும், சமுகத்தப்பங்களை வைக்கும் மேஜைகளையும்,

19. Yea Solomon made all the utensils which were for the house of God, and the altar of gold, and the rubles, whereon was the Presence-bread;

20. முறையின்படியே சந்நிதிக்கு முன்பாக விளக்குக் கொளுத்துகிறதற்குப் பசும்பொன் விளக்குத்தண்டுகளையும், அவைகளின் விளக்குகளையும்,

20. and the lamp-holders and their lamps, that they should burn according to the regulation before the shrine, of purified gold;

21. சுத்த தங்கத்தினால் செய்த பூக்களையும், விளக்குகளையும், கத்தரிகளையும்,

21. and the blossom-work, and the lamps, and the tongs, of gold, the same, was the purest gold;

22. பசும்பொன் கத்திகளையும், கலங்களையும், கலயங்களையும், தூபகலசங்களையும் சாலொமோன் பண்ணினான்; மகா பரிசுத்தஸ்தலத்தின் உட்கதவுகளும், ஆலயமாகிய வீட்டின் கதவுகளும், ஆலயத்தின் வாசல் கதவுகளும் எல்லாம் பொன்னாயிருந்தது.

22. and the snuffers and the bowls and the spoons and the censers, of purified gold, and the entrance of the house, the inner doors thereof for the holy of holies, and the doors of the house of the temple, were of gold.
