1. எட்டாம் நாளிலே மோசே ஆரோனையும் அவன் குமாரரையும் இஸ்ரவேலின் மூப்பரையும் அழைத்து,

1. And in the eyght day, Moyses called Aaron and his sonnes, and the elders of Israel.

2. ஆரோனை நோக்கி: நீ பாவநிவாரணபலியாகப் பழுதற்ற ஒரு கன்றுக்குட்டியையும், சர்வாங்க தகனபலியாகப் பழுதற்ற ஒரு ஆட்டுக்கடாவையும் தெரிந்துகொண்டு, கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் பலியிடக்கடவாய்.

2. And he sayd vnto Aaro: Take thee a young Calfe for a sin offering, and a Ramme for a burnt offering, both without blemishe, and bryng them before the Lorde.

3. மேலும் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரை நோக்கி: கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் பலியிடும்படிக்கு, நீங்கள் பாவநிவாரணபலியாகப் பழுதற்ற ஒரு வெள்ளாட்டுக்கடாவையும், சர்வாங்க தகனபலியாக ஒருவயதான பழுதற்ற ஒரு கன்றுக்குட்டியையும், ஒரு ஆட்டுக்குட்டியையும்,

3. And vnto the chyldren of Israel thou shalt speake, saying: Take ye an hee Goate for a sinne offering, and a Calfe & a Lambe both of a yere olde, without blemishe, for a burnt sacrifice.

4. சமாதானபலிகளாக ஒரு காளையையும், ஒரு ஆட்டுக்கடாவையும், எண்ணெயிலே பிசைந்த போஜனபலியையும் கொண்டுவாருங்கள்; இன்று கர்த்தர் உங்களுக்குத் தரிசனமாவார் என்று சொல் என்றான்.

4. Also a Bullocke & a Ramme for peace offeringes, to offer before the Lord, and a meate offering mingled with oyle: for to day the Lord will appeare vnto you.

5. மோசே கட்டளையிட்டவைகளை அவர்கள் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்துக்கு முன்பாகக் கொண்டுவந்தார்கள். சபையார் எல்லாரும் சேர்ந்து, கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் நின்றார்கள்.

5. And they brought that whiche Moyses commaunded, before the tabernacle of the congregation: and all the congregation came and stode before the Lord.

6. அப்பொழுது மோசே: கர்த்தர் கட்டளையிட்ட இந்தக் காரியத்தைச் செய்யுங்கள்; கர்த்தருடைய மகிமை உங்களுக்குக் காணப்படும் என்றான்.

6. And Moyses sayd: This is the thyng whiche the Lord commaunded that ye should do, & the glory of the Lorde shall appeare vnto you.

7. மோசே ஆரோனை நோக்கி: நீ பலிபீடத்தண்டையில் சேர்ந்து, கர்த்தர் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே, உன் பாவநிவாரணபலியையும் உன் சர்வாங்க தகனபலியையும் செலுத்தி, உனக்காகவும் ஜனங்களுக்காகவும் பாவநிவிர்த்தி செய்து, ஜனங்களுடைய பலியையும் செலுத்தி, அவர்களுக்காகவும் பாவநிவிர்த்தி செய் என்றான்.

7. And Moyses sayde vnto Aaron: Go vnto the aulter, and offer the sacrifice for thy sinne, & thy burnt offering, and make an attonement for thee and for the people: & thou shalt offer the offering of the people, and make an attonement for them, as ye Lord comaunded.

8. அப்பொழுது ஆரோன் பலிபீடத்தண்டையில் சேர்ந்து, தன் பாவநிவாரணபலியாகிய கன்றுக்குட்டியைக் கொன்றான்.

8. Aaron therfore went vnto the aulter, and slewe the Calfe of the sinne offering, whiche was for him selfe.

9. ஆரோனின் குமாரர் அதின் இரத்தத்தை அவனிடத்தில் கொண்டுவந்தார்கள்; அவன் தன் விரலை அந்த இரத்தத்தில் தோய்த்து, பலிபீடத்தின் கொம்புகளின் மேல் பூசி, மற்ற இரத்தத்தைப் பலிபீடத்தின் அடியிலே ஊற்றி,

9. And the sonnes of Aaron brought the blood vnto him, and he dypt his finger in the blood, and put it vpon the hornes of the aulter, and powred the blood at the bottome of the aulter.

10. பாவநிவாரணபலியின் கொழுப்பையும், குண்டிக்காய்களையும், கல்லீரலில் எடுத்த ஜவ்வையும், கர்த்தர் மோசேக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே, பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் தகனித்து,

10. But the fat and the two kydneys, and the kall of the liuer of the sinne offering he burnt vpon the aulter, as the Lorde commaunded Moyses.

11. மாம்சத்தையும் தோலையும் பாளயத்துக்குப் புறம்பே அக்கினியிலே சுட்டெரித்தான்.

11. The flesh and the hyde he burnt with fyre without the hoast.

12. பின்பு சர்வாங்கதகனபலியையும் கொன்றான்; ஆரோனின் குமாரர் அதின் இரத்தத்தை அவனிடத்தில் கொண்டுவந்தார்கள்; அதை அவன் பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் சுற்றிலும் தெளித்தான்.

12. And he slewe the burnt offering, and Aarons sonnes brought vnto hym the blood, whiche he sprinckled rounde about vpon the aulter.

13. சர்வாங்கதகனபலியின் துண்டங்களையும் தலையையும் அவனிடத்தில் கொண்டுவந்தார்கள்; அவன் அவைகளைப் பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் தகனித்து,

13. And they brought the burnt offering vnto hym with the peeces therof, & the head: and he burnt [them] vpo the aulter.

14. குடல்களையும் தொடைகளையும் கழுவி, பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் இருந்த சர்வாங்க தகனபலியின்மேல் தகனித்தான்.

14. And he dyd washe the inwardes and the legges, and burnt them vpon the burnt offeryng in the aulter.

15. பின்பு அவன் ஜனங்களின் பலியைக்கொண்டுவந்து, ஜனங்களின் பாவநிவிர்த்திக்குரிய வெள்ளாட்டுக்கடாவைக்கொன்று, முந்தினதைப் பலியிட்டது போல, அதைப் பாவநிவாரணபலியாக்கி,

15. And then he brought the peoples offering, taking the Goate whiche was the sinne offering for the people, & slewe it, & offered it for sinne, as he dyd the first.

16. சர்வாங்கதகனபலியையும் கொண்டுவந்து, நியமத்தின்படி அதைப் பலியிட்டு,

16. And brought the burnt offering, and offered it as the maner was.

17. போஜனபலியையும் கொண்டுவந்து, அதில் கைநிறைய எடுத்து, அதைக் காலையில் செலுத்தும் சர்வாங்கதகனபலியுடனே பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் தகனித்தான்.

17. And he brought the meate offering, and filled his hande therof, and burnt it vpon the aulter, beside the burnt sacrifice of the mornyng.

18. பின்பு ஜனங்களின் சமாதானபலிகளாகிய காளையையும் ஆட்டுக்கடாவையும் கொன்றான்; ஆரோனின் குமாரர் அதின் இரத்தத்தை அவனிடத்தில் கொண்டுவந்தார்கள்; அவன் அதைப் பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் சுற்றிலும் தெளித்து,

18. He slewe also the Bullocke and the Ramme for the peace offering, whiche was for the people: and Aarons sonnes brought vnto hym the blood, which he sprinckled vpon the aulter round about:

19. காளையிலும் ஆட்டுக்கடாவிலும் எடுத்த கொழுப்பையும், வாலையும், குடல்களை மூடிய ஜவ்வையும், குண்டிக்காய்களையும், கல்லீரலின்மேல் இருந்த ஜவ்வையும் கொண்டுவந்து,

19. And the fat of the Bullocke, and of the Ramme, the rumpe, and that couereth the inwardes, and the kidneyes, and the kall of the liuer.

20. கொழுப்பை மார்க்கண்டங்களின்மேல் வைத்தார்கள்; அந்தக் கொழுப்பைப் பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் தகனித்தான்.

20. And they put the fat vpon the breastes, and he burnt the fat vpon the aulter:

21. மார்க்கண்டங்களையும் வலது முன்னந்தொடையையும், மோசே கட்டளையிட்டபடியே, ஆரோன் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் அசைவாட்டும் பலியாக அசைவாட்டினான்.

21. But the breastes and the ryght shoulder, Aaron waued for a waue offering before the Lorde, as the Lorde commaunded Moyses.

22. பின்பு ஆரோன் ஜனங்களுக்கு நேராகத் தன் கைகளை உயர்த்தி, அவர்களை ஆசீர்வதித்து, தான் பாவநிவாரணபலியையும், சர்வாங்கதகனபலியையும், சமாதானபலிகளையும் செலுத்தின இடத்திலிருந்து இறங்கினான்.

22. And Aaron lift vp his hande ouer the people, and blessed them, & came downe fro offering of the sinne offering, burnt offering, and peace offeringes.

23. பின்பு மோசேயும் ஆரோனும் ஆசரிப்புக்கூடாரத்துக்குள் பிரவேசித்து, வெளியே வந்து, ஜனங்களை ஆசீர்வதித்தார்கள்; அப்பொழுது கர்த்தருடைய மகிமை சகல ஜனங்களுக்கும் காணப்பட்டது.

23. And Moyses and Aaron went into the tabernacle of the congregation, & came out, and blessed the people: and the glorie of the Lorde appeared vnto all the people.

24. அன்றியும் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியிலிருந்து அக்கினி புறப்பட்டு, பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் இருந்த சர்வாங்க தகனபலியையும் கொழுப்பையும் எரித்துவிட்டது; ஜனங்களெல்லாரும் அதைக் கண்டபோது ஆரவாரித்து முகங்குப்புற விழுந்தார்கள்.

24. And there came a fire out from before the Lorde, and consumed vpon the aulter the burnt offering & the fat: Whiche when all the people sawe, they gaue thankes, and fell on their faces.
