1. பின்னும் கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி:

1. And the Lorde spake vnto Moses saynge:

2. குத்துவிளக்கு எப்பொழுதும் எரிந்துகொண்டிருக்கும்படி அதற்காக இடித்துப்பிழிந்த தெளிவான ஒலிவ எண்ணெயை இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் உன்னிடத்தில் கொண்டுவரும்படி அவர்களுக்குக் கட்டளையிடு.

2. commaunde the childern of Israel that they bringe vnto the, pure oyle olyue bete for lightes to poure in to the lampes allwaye,

3. ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்தில் சாட்சிசந்நிதியின் திரைக்கு வெளிப்புறமாக ஆரோன் அதை எப்பொழுதும் சாயங்காலம் தொடங்கி விடியற்காலம்மட்டும் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் எரியும்படி ஏற்றக்கடவன்; இது உங்கள் தலைமுறைதோறும் செல்லவேண்டிய நித்தியகட்டளை.

3. without the vayle of testimonye within the tabernacle of witnesse. And Aaron shall dresse them both euen and morninge before the Lorde alwayes. And it shalbe a lawe for euer amoge youre childern after you.

4. அவன் எப்பொழுதும் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் பரிசுத்தமான குத்துவிளக்கின்மேல் இருக்கிற விளக்குகளை எரியவைக்கக்கடவன்.

4. And he shal dresse the lampes apon the pure candelsticke before the Lorde perpetually.

5. அன்றியும் நீ மெல்லிய மாவை எடுத்து, அதைப் பன்னிரண்டு அப்பங்களாகச் சுடுவாயாக; ஒவ்வொரு அப்பம் மரக்காலிலே பத்தில் இரண்டுபங்கு மாவினால் செய்யப்படவேண்டும்.

5. And thou shalt take fine floure ad bake .xij wastels thereof, two tenthdeales shall euery wastell be.

6. அவைகளை நீ கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் பரிசுத்தமான மேஜையின்மேல் இரண்டு அடுக்காக, ஒவ்வொரு அடுக்கில் அவ்வாறு அப்பம் இருக்கும்படியாக வைத்து,

6. And make two rowes of them, sixe on a rowe apon the pure table before the Lorde,

7. ஒவ்வொரு அடுக்கினிடத்தில் சுத்தமான தூபவர்க்கம் போடக்கடவாய்; அது அப்பத்தோடிருந்து, ஞாபகக்குறியாகக் கர்த்தருக்கேற்ற தகனபலியாயிருக்கும்.

7. and put pure frankencens vppon the rowes. And it shalbe bred of remembraunce, ad an offerynge to the Lorde.

8. அப்பத்தை நித்திய உடன்படிக்கையாக இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் கையிலே வாங்கி, ஓய்வுநாள்தோறும் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் அடுக்கிவைக்கக்கடவன்.

8. Euery Sabbath he shall put them in rowes before the Lorde euer more, geuen off the childern of Israel, that it be an euerlastynge couenaunte.

9. அது ஆரோனையும் அவன் குமாரரையும் சேரும்; அதைப் பரிசுத்த இடத்திலே புசிக்கக்கடவர்கள்; நித்தியகட்டளையாக கர்த்தருக்கு இடப்படும் தகனபலிகளில் அது அவனுக்கு மகா பரிசுத்தமாயிருக்கும் என்றார்.

9. And they shalbe Aarons and his sonnes, and they shall eate them in the holy place. For they are most holy vnto him of the offerynges of the Lorde, and shalbe a dutye for euer.

10. அக்காலத்திலே இஸ்ரவேல் ஜாதியான ஸ்திரீக்கும் எகிப்திய புருஷனுக்கும் பிறந்த புத்திரனாகிய ஒருவன் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரோடேகூடப் புறப்பட்டு வந்திருந்தான்; இவனும் இஸ்ரவேலனாகிய ஒரு மனிதனும் பாளயத்திலே சண்டைபண்ணினார்கள்.

10. And the sonne of an Israelitish wife whose father was an Egiptian, went oute amonge the childern of Israel. And this sonne off the Israelitish wife and a man of Israel, strooue togither in the hoste.

11. அப்பொழுது இஸ்ரவேல் ஜாதியான அந்த ஸ்திரீயின் மகன் கர்த்தரின் நாமத்தை நிந்தித்துத் தூஷித்தான். அவனை மோசேயினிடத்தில் கொண்டுவந்தார்கள். அவன் தாயின் பேர் செலோமித்; அவள் தாண் கோத்திரத்தானாகிய திப்ரியின் குமாரத்தி.

11. And the Israelitish womans sonne blasphemed the name and cursed, and they broughte him vnto Moses. And his mothers name was Selamyth, the doughter off Dybri off the trybe of Dan:

12. கர்த்தரின் வாக்கினாலே தங்களுக்கு உத்தரவு வருமட்டும், அவனைக் காவல்படுத்தினார்கள்.

12. and they putt him in warde, that Moses shulde declare vnto them what the Lorde sayde thereto.

13. அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி:

13. And the Lorde spake vnto Moses sayenge,

14. தூஷித்தவனைப் பாளயத்துக்குப் புறம்பே கொண்டுபோ; கேட்டவர்கள் எல்லாரும் தங்கள் கைகளை அவன் தலையின்மேல் வைப்பார்களாக; பின்பு சபையார் எல்லாரும் அவனைக் கல்லெறியக்கடவர்கள்.

14. bringe him that cursed without the hoste, and let all that herde him, put their handes apo his heed, and let all the multitude stone him.

15. மேலும் நீ இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரை நோக்கி: எவனாகிலும் தன் தேவனைத் தூஷித்தால், அவன் தன் பாவத்தைச் சுமப்பான்.

15. And speake vnto the childern of Israel sayenge: Whosoeuer curseth his God, shall bere his synne:

16. கர்த்தருடைய நாமத்தை நிந்திக்கிறவன் கொலைசெய்யப்படவேண்டும்; சபையார் எல்லாரும் அவனைக் கல்லெறியவேண்டும்; பரதேசியானாலும் சுதேசியானாலும் கர்த்தரின் நாமத்தைத் தூஷிக்கிறவன் கொலைசெய்யப்படவேண்டும்.

16. And he that blasphemeth the name of the Lorde, shall dye for it: all the multitude shall stone him to deeth. And the straunger as well as the Israelite yf he curse the name, shall dye for it.

17. ஒரு மனிதனைக் கொல்லுகிறவன் எவனோ அவன் கொலைசெய்யப்படவேண்டும்.

17. He that kylleth any man, shall dye for it:

18. மிருகத்தைக் கொன்றவன் மிருகத்துக்கு மிருகம் கொடுக்கக்கடவன்.

18. but he that kylleth a beest shall paye for it, beest for beest.

19. ஒருவன் பிறனை ஊனப்படுத்தினால், அவன் செய்தபடியே அவனுக்கும் செய்யப்படக்கடவது.

19. Yf a man mayme his neyghboure as he hath done, so shall it be done to him agayne:

20. நொறுக்குதலுக்கு நொறுக்குதல், கண்ணுக்குக் கண், பல்லுக்குப் பல்; அவன் ஒரு மனிதனை ஊனப்படுத்தினது போல அவனும் ஊனப்படுத்தப்படவேண்டும்.

20. broke for broke, eye for eye and toth for toth: euen as he hath maymed a man, so shall he be maymed agayne.

21. மிருகத்தைக் கொன்றவன் பதில் கொடுக்கவேண்டும்; மனிதனைக் கொன்றவனோ கொலைசெய்யப்படக்கடவன்.

21. So nowe he that kylleth a beest, shall paye for it: but he that kylleth a man, shall dye for it.

22. உங்களில் பரதேசிக்கும் சுதேசிக்கும் ஒரே நியாயம் இருக்கவேண்டும்; நான் உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் என்று சொல் என்றார்.

22. Ye shall haue one maner of lawe amonge you: eue for the straunger as wel as for one of youre selues, for I am the Lorde youre God.

23. அப்படியே, தூஷித்தவனைப் பாளயத்துக்குப் புறம்பே கொண்டுபோய், அவனைக் கல்லெறியும்படி மோசே இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரோடே சொன்னான்; கர்த்தர் மோசேக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே செய்தார்கள்.

23. And Moses tolde the childern of Israel, that they shulde bringe him that had cursed, out of the hoste, and stone him with stones. And the childern of Israel dyd as the Lorde comaunded Moses.
