1. உன் சகோதரனாகிய ஆரோன் எனக்கு ஆசாரிய ஊழியம் செய்யும்படிக்கு, நீ ஆரோனையும் அவனோடேகூட அவன் குமாரராகிய நாதாப், அபியூ, எலெயாசார், இத்தாமார் என்னும் ஆரோனின் குமாரரையும் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரிலிருந்து பிரித்து, உன்னிடத்தில் சேர்த்துக்கொள்வாயாக.
எபிரேயர் 5:4

1. And you shall take to yourself your brother Aaron, and his sons with him, from among the sons of Israel, for him to serve as priest to Me; Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar, the sons of Aaron.

2. உன் சகோதரனாகிய ஆரோனுக்கு, மகிமையும் அலங்காரமுமாய் இருக்கும் பொருட்டு, பரிசுத்த வஸ்திரங்களை உண்டுபண்ணுவாயாக.

2. And you shall make holy garments for your brother Aaron, for glory and for beauty.

3. ஆரோன் எனக்கு ஆசாரிய ஊழியம் செய்யத்தக்கதாக அவனைப் பரிசுத்தப்படுத்தும்படி அவனுக்கு வஸ்திரங்களை உண்டாக்கும்பொருட்டு, நான் ஞானத்தின் ஆவியால் நிரப்பின விவேகமான இருதயமுள்ள யாவரோடும் நீ சொல்லுவாயாக.

3. And you shall speak to all the wise-hearted whom I have filled with a spirit of wisdom; and they shall make the garments of Aaron to sanctify him for his serving as priest to Me.

4. அவர்கள் உண்டாக்கவேண்டிய வஸ்திரங்களாவன; மார்ப்பதக்கமும், ஏபோத்தும், அங்கியும், விசித்திரமான உள்சட்டையும், பாகையும், இடைக்கச்சையுமே. உன் சகோதரனாகிய ஆரோன் எனக்கு ஆசாரிய ஊழியம் செய்யும்படி, அவனுக்கும் அவன் குமாரருக்கும் பரிசுத்த வஸ்திரங்களை உண்டுபண்ணவேண்டும்.

4. And these are the garments which they shall make: a breast pocket, and an ephod, and a robe, and a tunic of woven stuff, a miter, and a girdle. And they shall make holy garments for your brother Aaron and for his sons, even for him to serve as priest to Me.

5. அவர்கள் பொன்னும் இளநீலநூலும் இரத்தாம்பரநூலும் சிவப்புநூலும் மெல்லிய பஞ்சுநூலும் சேகரிப்பார்களாக.

5. And they shall take the gold, and the blue, and the purple, and the crimson, and the bleached linen.

6. ஏபோத்தைப் பொன்னினாலும் இளநீலநூலாலும் இரத்தாம்பரநூலாலும் சிவப்புநூலாலும் திரித்த மெல்லிய பஞ்சுநூலாலும் விசித்திரவேலையாய்ச் செய்யக்கடவர்கள்.

6. And they shall make the ephod of gold, blue, and purple, crimson and bleached, twined linen, skilled work.

7. அது ஒன்றாக இணைக்கப்படும் பொருட்டு, இரண்டு தோள்த்துண்டுகளின்மேலும், அதின் இரண்டு முனைகளும் சேர்க்கப்படவேண்டும்.

7. It shall have two shoulder pieces at its two ends; and it shall be joined together.

8. அந்த ஏபோத்தின்மேல் இருக்கவேண்டிய விசித்திரமான கச்சை அந்த வேலைக்கு ஒப்பாகவே, பொன்னினாலும் இளநீலநூலாலும் இரத்தாம்பரநூலாலும் சிவப்புநூலாலும் திரித்த மெல்லிய பஞ்சுநூலாலும் பண்ணப்பட்டு, அதனோடே ஏகமாயிருக்கவேண்டும்.

8. And the band of the ephod which is on it, like its work, shall be of it, gold, blue, and purple, and crimson, and bleached, twined linen.

9. பின்னும் நீ இரண்டு கோமேதகக்கற்களை எடுத்து, இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரின் நாமங்களை அவைகளில் வெட்டுவாயாக.

9. And you shall take two onyx stones; and you shall engrave on them the names of the sons of Israel.

10. அவர்கள் பிறந்த வரிசையின்படியே, அவர்களுடைய நாமங்களில் ஆறு நாமங்கள் ஒரு கல்லிலும், மற்ற ஆறு நாமங்கள் மறு கல்லிலும் இருக்கவேண்டும்.

10. Six of their names shall be on the one stone, and six of the remaining names on the second stone, according to their birth.

11. இரத்தினங்களில் முத்திரை வெட்டுகிறவர்கள் செய்யும் வேலைக்கு ஒப்பாக அந்த இரண்டு கற்களிலும் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரின் நாமங்களை வெட்டி, அவைகளைப் பொன் குவளைகளில் பதிப்பாயாக.

11. You shall engrave the two stones, the work of a stone engraver, the engravings of a signet, according to the names of the sons of Israel; you shall make them set in plaited work of gold.

12. ஆரோன் கர்த்தருக்கு முன்பாகத் தன் இரண்டு தோள்களின்மேலும் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரின் நாமங்களை ஞாபகக்குறியாகச் சுமந்துவர, அந்த இரண்டு கற்களையும் ஏபோத்து தோள்களின்மேல் அவர்களை நினைக்கும்படியான கற்களாக வைக்கக்கடவாய்.

12. And you shall put the two stones on the shoulderpieces of the ephod, stones of remembrance for the sons of Israel. And Aaron shall bear their names before the face of Jehovah, on his two shoulders for a remembrance.

13. பொன்னினால் வளையங்களைப்பண்ணி,

13. And you shall make plaited work of gold:

14. சரியான அளவுக்குப் பின்னல்வேலையான இரண்டு சங்கிலிகளையும், பசும்பொன்னினால் உண்டாக்கி, அந்தச் சங்கிலிகளை அந்த வளையங்களில் பூட்டுவாயாக.

14. and two chains of pure gold, you shall make them twisted, a work of cord; and you shall put chains of the cords on the plaited work.

15. நியாயவிதி மார்ப்பதக்கத்தையும் விசித்திரவேலையாய்ச் செய்வாயாக; அதை ஏபோத்து வேலைக்கு ஒப்பாகப் பொன்னினாலும் இளநீலநூலாலும் இரத்தாம்பரநூலாலும் திரித்த மெல்லிய பஞ்சுநூலாலும் செய்வாயாக.

15. And you shall make a breast pocket of judgment, skilled work, like the work of the ephod you shall make it: gold, blue, and purple, and crimson, and bleached, twined linen you shall make it.

16. அது சதுரமும் இரட்டையும், ஒரு சாண் நீளமும் ஒரு சாண் அகலமுமாய் இருக்கவேண்டும்.

16. It shall be square, being doubled, its length a span and its width a span.

17. அதிலே நாலு பத்தி இரத்தினக்கற்களை நிறையப் பதிப்பாயாக; முதலாம் பத்தி பத்மராகமும் புஷ்பராகமும் மாணிக்கமும்,

17. And you shall fill in it settings of stones, four rows of stones: a row of ruby, topaz, and carbuncle shall be the first row.

18. இரண்டாம் பத்தி மரகதமும் இந்திரநீலமும் வச்சிரமும்,

18. And the second row: emerald, sapphire and diamond.

19. மூன்றாம் பத்தி கெம்பும் வைடூரியமும் சுகந்தியும்,

19. And the third row: jacinth, agate and amethyst.

20. நாலாம் பத்தி படிகப்பச்சையும் கோமேதகமும் யஸ்பியுமாய் இருப்பதாக; இவைகள் அந்தந்தப் பத்தியில் பொன்னினாலே பதித்திருக்கவேண்டும்.

20. And the fourth row: chrysolite, onyx and jasper. They shall be plaited with gold in their settings.

21. இந்தக் கற்கள் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருடைய நாமங்களின்படியே பன்னிரண்டும், அவர்களுடைய நாமங்கள் அவைகளில் வெட்டப்பட்டவைகளுமாய் இருக்கவேண்டும்; பன்னிரண்டு கோத்திரங்களில் ஒவ்வொன்றினுடைய நாமம் ஒவ்வொன்றிலே முத்திரைவெட்டாய் வெட்டியிருக்கவேண்டும்.
வெளிப்படுத்தின விசேஷம் 21:12-13

21. And the stones shall be according to the names of the sons of Israel, twelve according to their names, the engraving of a signet; they shall be each according to his name for the twelve tribes.

22. மார்ப்பதக்கத்திற்கு அதின் பக்கங்களிலே பின்னல்வேலையான பசும்பொன் சங்கிலிகளையும் பண்ணி,

22. And you shall make chains of woven work on the breast pocket, a work of cords, in pure gold.

23. அந்த மார்ப்பதக்கத்திற்கு இரண்டு பொன் வளையங்களையும் பண்ணி, அந்த இரண்டு வளையங்களையும் மார்ப்பதக்கத்தின் இரண்டு பக்கங்களிலே வைத்து,

23. And you shall make two rings of gold on the breast pocket. And you shall put the two rings on the two ends of the breast pocket.

24. பொன்னினால் செய்த அந்த இரண்டு பின்னல் வேலையான சங்கிலிகளையும் மார்ப்பதக்கத்தின் பக்கங்களில் இருக்கிற இரண்டு வளையங்களில் மாட்டி,

24. And you shall put the two cords of gold on the two rings, at the end of the breast pocket.

25. அவ்விரண்டு பின்னல் வேலையான சங்கிலிகளின் இரண்டு நுனிகளை ஏபோத்துத் தோள்த்துண்டின்மேல் அதின் முன்புறத்தில் இருக்கிற இரண்டு வளையங்களில் மாட்டுவாயாக.

25. And you shall put the two ends of the two cords on the two plaitings. And you shall put them on the shoulder pieces of the ephod, to the front of it.

26. நீ இரண்டு பொன்வளையங்களைப் பண்ணி, அவைகளை ஏபோத்தின் கீழ்ப்புறத்திற்கு எதிரான மார்ப்பதக்கத்தினுடைய மற்ற இரண்டு பக்கங்களிலும் அதினுடைய ஓரத்திற்குள்ளாக வைத்து,

26. And you shall make two rings of gold, and you shall put them on the two ends of the breast pocket, on its edge, inward across from the ephod.

27. வேறே இரண்டு பொன்வளையங்களைப் பண்ணி, அவைகளை ஏபோத்தின் முன்புறத்து இரண்டு கீழ்ப்பக்கங்களில் அதின் இணைப்புக்கு எதிராகவும், ஏபோத்தின் விசித்திரமான கச்சைக்கு மேலாகவும் வைத்து,

27. And you shall make two rings of gold, and you shall put them on the two shoulderpieces of the ephod, from beneath, at its front, near its joining, above the band of the ephod.

28. மார்ப்பதக்கம் ஏபோத்தின் விசித்திரமான கச்சைக்கு மேலாக இருக்கும்படிக்கும், அது ஏபோத்திலிருந்து நீங்காதபடிக்கும், அதை அதின் வளையங்களால் ஏபோத்து வளையங்களோடே இளநீல நாடாவினால் கட்டவேண்டும்.

28. And they shall fasten the breast pocket from its rings to the rings of the ephod with a blue ribbon, to be above the band; and the breast pocket may not move itself from the ephod.

29. ஆரோன் பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்திற்குள் பிரவேசிக்கும்போது, இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரின் நாமங்களைத் தன் இருதயத்தின்மேலிருக்கும் நியாயவிதி மார்ப்பதக்கத்திலே கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதானத்தில் ஞாபகக்குறியாக எப்பொழுதும் தரித்துக்கொள்ளக்கடவன்.

29. And Aaron shall bear the names of the sons of Israel on the breast pocket of judgment on his heart, in his going into the holy place, for a memorial before the face of Jehovah continually.

30. நியாயவிதி மார்ப்பதக்கத்திலே ஊரீம் தும்மீம் என்பவைகளை வைப்பாயாக; ஆரோன் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதானத்தில் பிரவேசிக்கும்போது, அவைகள் அவன் இருதயத்தின்மேல் இருக்கவேண்டும்; ஆரோன் தன் இருதயத்தின்மேல் இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருடைய நியாயவிதியைக் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதானத்தில் எப்பொழுதும் தரித்துக்கொள்ளவேண்டும்.

30. And you shall put the Urim and the Thummim into the breast pocket of judgment; and they shall be on the heart of Aaron in his going before the face of Jehovah. And Aaron shall bear the judgment of the sons of Israel on his heart before the face of Jehovah continually.

31. ஏபோத்தின் கீழ் அங்கியை முழுவதும் இளநீலநூலால் உண்டாக்கக்கடவாய்.

31. And you shall make the robe of the ephod all of blue.

32. தலை நுழைகிற அதின் துவாரம் அதின் நடுவில் இருக்கவும், அதின் துவாரத்துக்கு நெய்யப்பட்ட வேலையான ஒரு நாடா சுற்றிலும் இருக்கவும் வேண்டும்; அது கிழியாதபடிக்கு மார்க்கவசத்தின் துவாரத்துக்கு ஒத்ததாக இருக்கவேண்டும்.

32. And the mouth in its top shall be in its middle; a binding shall be all around its mouth, of woven work; it shall be like the mouth of a corselet; it may not be torn.

33. அதின் கீழோரங்களில் இளநீலநூல் இரத்தாம்பரநூல் சிவப்புநூல் வேலையால் செய்யப்பட்ட மாதளம்பழங்களையும், அவைகளுக்கு இடையிடையே சுற்றிலும் பொன்மணிகளையும் அதின் ஓரங்களில் சுற்றிலும் தொங்கும்படி பண்ணிவைக்கவேண்டும்.

33. And you shall make pomegranates of blue and purple and crimson on its hem, all around on its hem; also bells of gold shall be among them all around:

34. அங்கியின் ஓரங்களில் சுற்றிலும் ஒரு பொன்மணியும் ஒரு மாதளம்பழமும், ஒரு பொன்மணியும் ஒரு மாதளம்பழமுமாய்த் தொங்குவதாக.

34. a bell of gold and a pomegranate; a bell of gold and a pomegranate, on the hem of the robe all around.

35. ஆரோன் ஆராதனை செய்யக் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்துக்குள் பிரவேசிக்கும்போதும், வெளியே வரும்போதும், அவன் சாகாதபடிக்கு, அதின் சத்தம் கேட்கப்படும்படி அதைத் தரித்துக்கொள்ளவேண்டும்.

35. And it shall be on Aaron for ministering; and its sound shall be heard in his going into the sanctuary before the face of Jehovah, and in his coming out, that he should not die.

36. பசும்பொன்னினால் ஒரு பட்டத்தைப்பண்ணி, கர்த்தருக்குப் பரிசுத்தம் என்று அதிலே முத்திரை வெட்டாக வெட்டி,

36. And you shall make a plate of pure gold. And you shall engrave on it the engravings of a signet: HOLINESS TO JEHOVAH.

37. அது பாகையிலிருக்கும்படி அதை இளநீல நாடாவினால் பாகையின் முகப்பிலே கட்டுவாயாக.

37. And you shall put a ribbon of blue on it, and it shall be on the miter, to the front of the miter it shall be.

38. இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் தங்கள் பரிசுத்த காணிக்கைகளாகப் படைக்கும் பரிசுத்தமானவைகளின் தோஷத்தை ஆரோன் சுமக்கும்படி, அது ஆரோனுடைய நெற்றியின்மேல் இருப்பதாக; கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் அவர்கள் அங்கிகரிக்கப்படும்படி, அது எப்பொழுதும் அவன் நெற்றியின்மேல் இருக்கவேண்டும்.

38. And it shall be on Aaron's forehead, and Aaron shall bear the iniquity of the holy things which will sanctify the sons of Israel to all their holy gifts. And it shall be on his forehead continually, for acceptance for them before the face of Jehovah.

39. மெல்லிய பஞ்சுநூலால் விசித்திரமான உள்சட்டையும், மெல்லிய பஞ்சுநூலால் பாகையையும் உண்டாக்கி, இடைக்கச்சையைச் சித்திரத்தையல் வேலையாகப்பண்ணுவாயாக.

39. And you shall weave the tunic of bleached linen, and you shall make a miter of bleached linen, and you shall make a girdle, the work of an embroiderer.

40. ஆரோனுடைய குமாரருக்கும், மகிமையும் அலங்காரமுமாயிருக்கும் பொருட்டு, அங்கிகளையும், இடைக்கச்சைகளையும், குல்லாக்களையும் உண்டுபண்ணுவாயாக.

40. And you shall make tunics for the sons of Aaron; and you shall make girdles for them; and you shall make turbans for them, for glory and for beauty.

41. உன் சகோதரனாகிய ஆரோனும் அவனோடேகூட அவன் குமாரரும் எனக்கு ஆசாரிய ஊழியம் செய்யும்படிக்கு, நீ அந்த வஸ்திரங்களை அவர்களுக்கு உடுத்தி, அவர்களை அபிஷேகஞ்செய்து, அவர்களைப் பிரதிஷ்டைபண்ணி, அவர்களைப் பரிசுத்தப்படுத்துவாயாக.

41. And you shall clothe your brother Aaron with them, and his sons with him; and you shall anoint them, and you shall consecrate them, and you shall sanctify them. And they shall minister as priests to Me.

42. அவர்களுடைய நிர்வாணத்தை மூடும்படிக்கு, இடுப்புத்தொடங்கி முழங்கால்மட்டும் உடுத்த சணல்நூல் சல்லடங்களையும் உண்டுபண்ணுவாயாக.

42. And make bleached linen breeches for them, to cover the naked flesh, from the loins as far as the thighs they shall be.

43. ஆரோனும் அவன் குமாரரும் பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்திலே ஆராதனைசெய்ய ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திற்குள் பிரவேசிக்கும்போதும் பலிபீடத்தண்டைக்குச் சேரும்போதும், அக்கிரமம் சுமந்து அவர்கள் சாகாதபடிக்கு, அவைகளைத் தரித்திருக்கவேண்டும்; இது அவனுக்கும் அவனுக்குப் பின்வரும் சந்ததிக்கும் நித்திய கட்டளை.

43. And they shall be on Aaron and on his sons in their going into the tabernacle of the congregation, or in their drawing near to the altar to minister in the sanctuary, and so that they shall not raise up iniquity and die. It is a never ending statute to him and to his seed after him.
