1. ஐந்து முழ நீளமும் ஐந்து முழ அகலமுமாக சீத்திம் மரத்தால் பலிபீடத்தையும் உண்டுபண்ணுவாயாக; அது சதுரமும் மூன்று முழ உயரமுமாயிருப்பதாக.

1. AND MAKE the altar of acacia wood, five cubits square and three cubits high [within reach of all].

2. அதின் நாலு மூலைகளிலும் நாலு கொம்புகளை உண்டாக்குவாயாக; அதின் கொம்புகள் அதனோடே ஏகமாய் இருக்கவேண்டும்; அதை வெண்கலத் தகட்டால் மூடவேண்டும்.

2. Make horns for it on its four corners; they shall be of one piece with it, and you shall overlay it with bronze.

3. அதின் சாம்பலை எடுக்கத்தக்க சட்டிகளையும் கரண்டிகளையும் கிண்ணிகளையும் முள்துறடுகளையும் நெருப்புச்சட்டிகளையும் உண்டாக்குவாயாக; அதின் பணிமுட்டுகளையெல்லாம் வெண்கலத்தால் பண்ணுவாயாக.

3. You shall make pots to take away its ashes, and shovels, basins, forks, and firepans; make all its utensils of bronze.

4. வலைப்பின்னல்போன்ற ஒரு வெண்கலச் சல்லடையைப் பண்ணி, அந்தச் சல்லடையின் நாலு மூலைகளிலும் நாலு வெண்கல வளையங்களை உண்டாக்கி,

4. Also make for it a grate, a network of bronze; and on the net you shall make four bronze rings at its four corners.

5. அந்தச் சல்லடை பலிபீடத்தின் பாதியுயரத்தில் இருக்கும்படி அதைத் தாழப்பலிபீடத்தின் சுற்றடைப்புக்குக் கீழாக வைப்பாயாக.

5. And you shall put it under the ledge of the altar, so that the net will extend halfway down the altar.

6. பலிபீடத்துக்குச் சீத்திம் மரத்தால் தண்டுகளையும் பண்ணி, அவைகளை வெண்கலத்தகட்டால் மூடுவாயாக.

6. And make poles for the altar, poles of acacia wood overlaid with bronze.

7. பலிபீடத்தைச் சுமக்கத்தக்கதாக அந்தத் தண்டுகள் அதின் இரண்டு பக்கங்களிலும் வளையங்களிலே பாய்ச்சப்பட்டிருக்கவேண்டும்.

7. The poles shall be put through the rings on the two sides of the altar, with which to carry it. [Num. 4:14, 15.]

8. அதை உள்வெளிவிட்டுப் பலகைகளினாலே பண்ணவேண்டும்; மலையில் உனக்குக் காண்பிக்கப்பட்டபடியே அதைப்பண்ணக்கடவர்கள்.

8. You shall make [the altar] hollow with slabs or planks; as shown you on the mountain, so shall it be made.

9. வாசஸ்தலத்துக்குப் பிராகாரத்தையும் உண்டுபண்ணுவாயாக; தெற்கே தென்திசைக்கு எதிரான பிராகாரத்துக்குத் திரித்த மெல்லிய பஞ்சுநூலால் செய்யப்பட்ட நூறுமுழ நீளமான தொங்குதிரைகள் இருக்கவேண்டும்.

9. And you shall make the court of the tabernacle. On the south side the court shall have hangings of fine twined linen, a hundred cubits long for one side;

10. அவைகளுக்கு வெண்கலத்தினாலே இருபது தூண்களும், இருபது பாதங்களும் இருக்கவேண்டும்; தூண்களின் கொக்கிகளும் அவைகளின் பூண்களும் வெள்ளியினால் செய்யப்படவேண்டும்.

10. Their pillars shall be twenty and their sockets twenty, of bronze, but the hooks of the pillars and their joinings shall be of silver;

11. அப்படியே வடபக்கத்தின் நீளத்திற்கும் நூறுமுழ நீளமான தொங்குதிரைகள் இருக்கவேண்டும்; அவைகளுக்கு இருபது தூண்களும், அவைகளுக்கு இருபது பாதங்களும் வெண்கலமாயிருக்கவேண்டும்; தூண்களின் கொக்கிகளும் பூண்களும் வெள்ளியினால் செய்யப்படவேண்டும்.

11. Likewise for the north side hangings, a hundred cubits long, and their twenty pillars and their twenty sockets of bronze, but the hooks of the pillars and their joinings shall be of silver.

12. பிராகாரத்தின் மேற்பக்கமான அகலத்திற்கு ஐம்பது முழ நீளமான தொங்குதிரைகள் இருக்கவேண்டும்; அவைகளுக்குப் பத்துத் தூண்களும், அவைகளுக்குப் பத்துப் பாதங்களும் இருக்கவேண்டும்.

12. And for the breadth of the court on the west side there shall be hangings of fifty cubits, with ten pillars and ten sockets.

13. சூரியன் உதிக்கிற திசையாகிய கீழ்ப்பக்கத்தின் பிராகாரம் ஐம்பது முழ அகலமாயிருக்கவேண்டும்.

13. The breadth of the court to the front, the east side, shall be fifty cubits.

14. அங்கே ஒரு புறத்திற்குப் பதினைந்து முழ நீளமான தொங்குதிரைகளும், அவைகளுக்கு மூன்று தூண்களும், அவைகளுக்கு மூன்று பாதங்களும் இருக்கவேண்டும்.

14. The hangings for one side of the gate shall be fifteen cubits, with three pillars and three sockets.

15. மறுபுறத்துக்குப் பதினைந்து முழ நீளமான தொங்குதிரைகளும், அவைகளுக்கு மூன்று தூண்களும், அவைகளுக்கு மூன்று பாதங்களும் இருக்கவேண்டும்.

15. On the other side the hangings shall be fifteen cubits, with three pillars and three sockets.

16. பிராகாரத்தின் வாசலுக்கு இளநீலநூலாலும் இரத்தாம்பரநூலாலும் சிவப்புநூலாலும் திரித்த மெல்லிய பஞ்சுநூலாலும் சித்திரத் தையல்வேலையாய்ச் செய்யப்பட்ட இருபதுமுழ நீளமான ஒரு தொங்குதிரையும் அதற்கு நாலு தூண்களும், அவைகளுக்கு நாலு பாதங்களும் இருக்கவேண்டும்.

16. And for the gate of the court there shall be a hanging [for a screen] twenty cubits long, of blue, purple, and scarlet [stuff] and fine twined linen, embroidered. It shall have four pillars and four sockets for them.

17. All the pillars round about the court shall be joined together with silver rods; their hooks shall be of silver and their sockets of bronze.

18. The length of the court shall be a hundred cubits and the breadth fifty and the height five cubits, [with hangings of] fine twined linen and sockets of bronze.

19. வாசஸ்தலத்துக்கடுத்த சகல பணிவிடைக்குத் தேவையான எல்லாப் பணிமுட்டுகளும், அதின் எல்லா முளைகளும், பிராகாரத்தின் எல்லா முளைகளும் வெண்கலமாயிருக்கவேண்டும்.

19. All the tabernacle's utensils and instruments used in all its service, and all its pegs and all the pegs for the court, shall be of bronze.

20. குத்துவிளக்கு எப்பொழுதும் எரிந்துகொண்டிருக்கும்படி இடித்துப் பிழிந்த தெளிவான ஒலிவ எண்ணெயை உன்னிடத்தில் கொண்டுவரும்படி இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருக்குக் கட்டளையிடுவாயாக.

20. You shall command the Israelites to provide you with pure oil of crushed olives for the light, to cause it to burn continually [every night].

21. In the Tent of Meeting [of God with His people], outside the veil which sets apart the Testimony, Aaron and his sons shall keep it burning from evening to morning before the Lord. It shall be a statute to be observed on behalf of the Israelites throughout their generations.
