1. தேவனையே நோக்கி என் ஆத்துமா அமர்ந்திருக்கிறது; அவரால் என் இரட்சிப்பு வரும்.

2. அவரே என் கன்மலையும், என் இரட்சிப்பும், என் உயர்ந்த அடைக்கலமுமானவர்; நான் அதிகமாய் அசைக்கப்படுவதில்லை.

2. Surely, he, is my rock and my salvation, My high tower I shall not be greatly shaken!

3. நீங்கள் எதுவரைக்கும் ஒரு மனுஷனுக்குத் தீங்குசெய்ய நினைப்பீர்கள், நீங்கள் அனைவரும் சங்கரிக்கப்படுவீர்கள், சாய்ந்த மதிலுக்கும் இடிந்த சுவருக்கும் ஒப்பாவீர்கள்.

3. How long will ye shout at a man? Ye shall be crushed all of you, Like a wall that bulgeth, a fence pushed in!

4. அவனுடைய மேன்மையிலிருந்து அவனைத் தள்ளும்படிக்கே அவர்கள் ஆலோசனைபண்ணி, அபத்தம்பேச விரும்புகிறார்கள்; தங்கள் வாயினால் ஆசீர்வதித்து, தங்கள் உள்ளத்தில் சபிக்கிறார்கள். (சேலா)

4. Surely, from his elevation, they have taken counsel to thrust him down, They accept falsehood, With his mouth, they each of them bless, But, inwardly, they revile. Selah.

5. என் ஆத்துமாவே, தேவனையே நோக்கி அமர்ந்திரு; நான் நம்புகிறது அவராலே வரும்.

5. Surely, towards God, be thou silent, my soul, For, from him, is mine expectation:

6. அவரே என் கன்மலையும், என் இரட்சிப்பும், என் உயர்ந்த அடைக்கலமுமானவர்; நான் அசைக்கப்படுவதில்லை.

6. Surely, he, is my rock, and my salvation, My high tower I shall not be shaken!

7. என் இரட்சிப்பும், என் மகிமையும் தேவனிடத்தில் இருக்கிறது; பெலனான என் கன்மலையும் என் அடைக்கலமும் தேவனுக்குள் இருக்கிறது.

7. Upon God, depend my salvation and mine honour, My rock of strength, my refuge, are in God.

8. ஜனங்களே, எக்காலத்திலும் அவரை நம்புங்கள்; அவர் சமுகத்தில் உங்கள் இருதயத்தை ஊற்றிவிடுங்கள்; தேவன் நமக்கு அடைக்கலமாயிருக்கிறார். (சேலா)

8. Trust ye in him all ye assembly of the people, Pour out, before him, your heart, God, is a refuge for us. Selah.

9. கீழ்மக்கள் மாயையும், மேன்மக்கள் பொய்யுமாமே; தராசிலே வைக்கப்பட்டால் அவர்களெல்லாரும் மாயையிலும் லேசானவர்கள்.

9. Surely, vanity, are men of low degree, Deception, men of high degree, In the balances, they go up, They, are made of vanity, altogether.

10. கொடுமையை நம்பாதிருங்கள்; கொள்ளையினால் பெருமைபாராட்டாதிருங்கள்; ஐசுவரியம் விருத்தியானால் இருதயத்தை அதின்மேல் வைக்காதேயுங்கள்.

12. கிருபையும் உம்முடையது, ஆண்டவரே! தேவரீர் அவனவன் செய்கைக்குத் தக்கதாகப் பலனளிக்கிறீர்.
