9. Oh, fear the LORD, you his saints, for those who fear him have no lack!

10. The young lions suffer want and hunger; but those who seek the LORD lack no good thing.

11. பிள்ளைகளே, வந்து எனக்குச் செவிகொடுங்கள்; கர்த்தருக்குப் பயப்படுதலை உங்களுக்குப் போதிப்பேன்.

11. Come, O children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD.

12. நன்மையைக் காணும்படி, ஜீவனை விரும்பி, நீடித்த நாட்களை அபேட்சிக்கிற மனுஷன் யார்?

12. What man is there who desires life and loves many days, that he may see good?

15. The eyes of the LORD are toward the righteous and his ears toward their cry.

16. தீமைசெய்கிறவர்களுடைய பேரைப் பூமியில் இராமல் அற்றுப்போகப்பண்ண, கர்த்தருடைய முகம் அவர்களுக்கு விரோதமாயிருக்கிறது.

16. The face of the LORD is against those who do evil, to cut off the memory of them from the earth.

17. நீதிமான்கள் கூப்பிடும்போது கர்த்தர் கேட்டு, அவர்களை அவர்களுடைய எல்லா உபத்திரவங்களுக்கும் நீங்கலாக்கிவிடுகிறார்.

17. When the righteous cry for help, the LORD hears and delivers them out of all their troubles.

18. நொறுங்குண்ட இருதயமுள்ளவர்களுக்குக் கர்த்தர் சமீபமாயிருந்து, நருங்குண்ட ஆவியுள்ளவர்களை இரட்சிக்கிறார்.

18. The LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.

19. நீதிமானுக்கு வரும் துன்பங்கள் அநேகமாயிருக்கும், கர்த்தர் அவைகளெல்லாவற்றிலும் நின்று அவனை விடுவிப்பார்.

19. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all.

20. அவனுடைய எலும்புகளையெல்லாம் காப்பாற்றுகிறார்; அவைகளில் ஒன்றும் முறிக்கப்படுவதில்லை.

20. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken.

21. தீமை துன்மார்க்கனைக் கொல்லும்; நீதிமானைப் பகைக்கிறவர்கள் குற்றவாளிகளாவார்கள்.

21. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned.

22. கர்த்தர் தமது ஊழியக்காரரின் ஆத்துமாவை மீட்டுக்கொள்ளுகிறார்; அவரை நம்புகிற ஒருவன்மேலும் குற்றஞ்சுமராது.

22. The LORD redeems the life of his servants; none of those who take refuge in him will be condemned.
