1. அல்லேலூயா, கர்த்தருடைய நாமத்தைத் துதியுங்கள்; கர்த்தரின் ஊழியக்காரரே, துதியுங்கள்.
வெளிப்படுத்தின விசேஷம் 19:5

1. Let the Lord be praised. O you servants of the Lord, give praise to the name of the Lord.

2. கர்த்தருடைய வீட்டிலும், நமது தேவனுடைய ஆலயப்பிராகாரங்களிலும் நிற்கிறவர்களே, கர்த்தரைத் துதியுங்கள்.

2. You who are in the house of the Lord, and in the open spaces of the house of our God,

3. கர்த்தர் நல்லவர்; அவருடைய நாமத்தைக் கீர்த்தனம்பண்ணுங்கள்; அது இன்பமானது.

3. Give praise to Jah, for he is good: make melody to his name, for it is pleasing.

4. கர்த்தர் யாக்கோபைத் தமக்காகவும், இஸ்ரவேலைத் தமக்குச் சொந்தமாகவும் தெரிந்துகொண்டார்.

4. For the Lord has taken Jacob for himself, and Israel for his property.

5. கர்த்தர் பெரியவர் என்றும், நம்முடைய ஆண்டவர் எல்லா தேவர்களுக்கும் மேலானவர் என்றும் நான் அறிவேன்.

5. I know that the Lord is great, and that our Lord is greater than all other gods.

6. வானத்திலும் பூமியிலும், சமுத்திரங்களிலும், எல்லா ஆழங்களிலும், கர்த்தர் தமக்குச் சித்தமானதையெல்லாம் செய்கிறார்.

6. The Lord has done whatever was pleasing to him, in heaven, and on the earth, in the seas and in all the deep waters.

7. அவர் பூமியின் கடையாந்தரங்களிலிருந்து மேகங்களை எழும்பப்பண்ணி, மழையுடன் மின்னலையும் உண்டாக்கி, காற்றைத் தமது பண்டசாலைகளிலிருந்து புறப்படப்பண்ணுகிறார்.

7. He makes the mists go up from the ends of the earth; he makes thunder-flames for the rain; he sends out the winds from his store-houses.

8. அவர் எகிப்திலே மனுஷருடைய தலைப்பிள்ளைகளையும் மிருகத்தின் தலையீற்றுகளையும் அடித்தார்.

8. He put to death the first-fruits of Egypt, of man and of beast.

9. எகிப்துதேசமே, உன் நடுவில் பார்வோன்மேலும் அவனுடைய எல்லா ஊழியக்காரர்மேலும் அடையாளங்களையும் அற்புதங்களையும் அனுப்பினார்.

9. He sent signs and wonders among you, O Egypt, on Pharaoh, and on all his servants.

10. அவர் அநேகம் ஜாதிகளை அடித்து, பலத்த ராஜாக்களைக் கொன்று;

10. He overcame great nations, and put strong kings to death;

11. எமோரியரின் ராஜாவாகிய சீகோனையும், பாசானின் ராஜாவாகிய ஓகையும், கானானின் சகல ராஜ்யங்களையும் அழித்து,

11. Sihon, king of the Amorites, and Og, king of Bashan, and all the kingdoms of Canaan;

12. அவர்கள் தேசத்தைத் தம்முடைய ஜனமாகிய இஸ்ரவேலுக்குச் சுதந்தரமாகக் கொடுத்தார்.

12. And gave their land for a heritage, even for a heritage to Israel his people.

13. கர்த்தாவே, உம்முடைய நாமம் என்றைக்குமுள்ளது; கர்த்தாவே, உம்முடைய பிரஸ்தாபம் தலைமுறை தலைமுறைக்கும் இருக்கும்.

13. O Lord, your name is eternal; and the memory of you will have no end.

14. கர்த்தர் தம்முடைய ஜனத்தின் நியாயத்தை விசாரித்து, தம்முடைய ஊழியக்காரர்மேல் பரிதாபப்படுவார்.

14. For the Lord will be judge of his people's cause; his feelings will be changed to his servants.

15. அஞ்ஞானிகளுடைய விக்கிரகங்கள் வெள்ளியும் பொன்னும், மனுஷருடைய கைவேலையுமாயிருக்கிறது.
வெளிப்படுத்தின விசேஷம் 9:20

15. The images of the nations are silver and gold, the work of men's hands.

16. அவைகளுக்கு வாயிருந்தும் பேசாது, அவைகளுக்குக் கண்களிருந்தும் காணாது.

16. They have mouths, but no voice, they have eyes, but they do not see;

17. அவைகளுக்குக் காதுகளிருந்தும் கேளாது, அவைகளுடைய வாயிலே சுவாசமுமில்லை.

17. They have ears, but no hearing; and there is no breath in their mouths.

18. அவைகளைப் பண்ணுகிறவர்களும், அவைகளை நம்புகிறவர்கள் யாவரும், அவைகளைப்போல் இருக்கிறார்கள்.

18. Those who make them are like them; and so is everyone who puts his hope in them.

19. இஸ்ரவேல் குடும்பத்தாரே, கர்த்தரை ஸ்தோத்திரியுங்கள்; ஆரோன் குடும்பத்தாரே, கர்த்தரை ஸ்தோத்திரியுங்கள்.

19. Give praise to the Lord, O children of Israel: give praise to the Lord, O sons of Aaron:

20. லேவி குடும்பத்தாரே, கர்த்தரை ஸ்தோத்திரியுங்கள்; கர்த்தருக்குப் பயந்தவர்களே, கர்த்தரை ஸ்தோத்திரியுங்கள்.

20. Give praise to the Lord, O sons of Levi: let all the worshippers of the Lord give him praise.

21. எருசலேமில் வாசம்பண்ணுகிற கர்த்தருக்கு சீயோனிலிருந்து ஸ்தோத்திரமுண்டாவதாக. அல்லேலூயா.

21. Praise be to the Lord out of Zion, even to the Lord whose house is in Jerusalem, Let the Lord be praised.
